The highest priced grocery around but they usually have all you need. Went to the pharmacy and a ladys prescription was higher than expected, so a kind gentleman stepped up to help. The female pharmacist seeing this came over and told of some type of rx plan that would only be a $10 copay. Now if there is something like that available, why not suggest it to everyone? It was a feel good thing to see with the kindness shown.

The manager on duty was totally amazing. She made our day. We traveled over 100 miles for other reasons and decided to stop at this location before we started our trip back. WOW!! Extremely surprised!! It was so clean, plus the AC was amazingly cooling all around and it was really hot outside. Food was delicious and hot and fresh and the entire staff was working together so that everyone was given the right order. The front counter lady had an amazing personality while she not only took care of the front and the drive-thru and everyone in between. She deserves a gold ⭐⭐ star times two!! And we will definitely be back again to this same location. We havent eaten Burger King since the pandemic started and wished all of the Burger Kings were run the same way!!

Pretty good location except the dining area has been crowded with less desirable folks who seem to be parking their butts in there for hours at a time to not be stuck outside in the heat or rain. Thats my only complaint, but theyre there first so I just dont usually plan to eat hot food or a sub while there. Decent store...

I enjoyed my shopping experience today because being unable do to bring disabled. Everyone starting with the young man correcting the carts to every employee that I passed or spoke too and last to the cashier was so Friendly and Professional. Awesome staff! Ryan in the bakery is the man! Went and looked for the last mini red velvet cake to make my old lady happy and was able to write a cure message in tha tiny space. Plus you cant beat the taste of a publix cake

The pharmacies do not accept affordable Care act plans which I find unacceptable. Prices on food keeps going up.

My favorite Publix. Has a great Boars Head presliced cheese and meat display....no waiting in line. Grab and go. Also, an Asian cuisine section. First I have seen in the many Publix I have frequented. Very clean and great staff.

Usually satisfied. Yesterday cashier and bagger engaged customer in front of me at length, pausing in their work to talk to the customer. I wasnt happy about the delay it was causing them to get to me and told them so when they asked how I was doing. Generally good place to shop.

2-26-2020Publix is by far all around best grocery store in florida. The staff will fall over them selfs to help you. Its super easy to find help and they are always friendly. The store is super clean neat and organized. The produce is fresh and there meats are wonderful.

Really nice store. Staff was super helpful and pleasant. Prices are kind of high or higher than stores. However, this store also has nicer products and items you cant get at Walmart.

We went to pick up our dinner and there was a mix up at the deli. Don, who was working the counter, went above and beyond to make it right. While we waited, we observed him with other customers, and he accommodated their wishes with a smile, despite wearing a mask. He is definitely someone who keeps me shopping at this location. Subs were very good as usual. We went on Wednesday and they had fresh sushi for $5. Tasted great!

Self checkout is trashy. And way too much Styrofoam and plastic in pre-made options. Minimal organic produce especially for the size of the store. But, its Publix, so at least the rest is dependable.

Nice selection stores to compliment the publix. My only complaint, is around rush hour, the parking lot traffic can be hectic. They are opening another publix across the street, perhaps that will alleviate the congestion. Otherwise, enjoy. Service is great amd helpful. Store clean and stocked to the best it can during these trying times. God bless

I have been shopping at this Publix for many years. Today at the hot food counter and employee named Lula decided I was not important enough to serve although I waited in line for some time. She saw someone she knew behind me and decided to call them forward to make sure their needs were filled. Completely ignoring me. I am very disappointed and I asked why they do not have numbers at that counter like they do in the deli. She then gave me a very rude response saying she doesnt know. I am very disappointed with this location.

Just about everything about this plublix is great. But I would do anything to have them hire someone to make more subs when there are 7 people in line and one employee making subs. Ive easily spent 25 minutes in line waiting for their absolutely killer subs.

Called the pharmacy Monday to transfer our scripts she said it would be ready Tuesday and would cancel the other at my old Publix show up Thursday to be told not done not ready would be 2 hours if I want to wait really!!! Had to work so I left this is why I called 3 days ahead get it together

Im always pleased when I visit Publix.

This Publix is always busy, but for good reason,. The staff is always courteous and friendly. They have a variety of ready foods (Asian, Sushi, comfort foods, or subs), along with a delicious variety of pastries, and their produce is always fresh. My kids and I enjoy going to this Publix, even during Covid times.

What can I say I will go to the store now and forever in comparison to all other stores this company offers better customer service than most and they will go out of their way to try to rectify any situation that you might find yourself in. Including ordering items that they dont necessarily stock just so you can have the products that you need and want.

I believe its the best Publix in Central Florida they do a lot of great things there for the public made available a lot of options that are not at other grocery stores

When i was checking out a cockroach was on side cashier Towner I slipped and took my foot and killed it knocked it down the cashier walked around and ask the manager do young black manager lady walked over sub their nose up like it wasnt no big deal I picked it up but a napkin for the cashier and threw it in the trash I think you need to spray your store Bill. Bakery has way less to offer than most Publix stores other than that nice store and has lots for hot lunch choices.

Always great to shop here. Parking can sometimes be challenging but with some patience it is available.
