Roaches. Left right away. I LOVE Publix, my family as well.. but after this I don’t know what to even think. Never going back to this location.

Publix is always the same, or rather equally good.You always know where to find something.And this something is always there, and of good quality!Nice service, friendly staff.Convenient and ample parking.There are many other shops nearby.

Theres Covid-19 yet no self check out. Shouldnt feel forced to have to interact with people when I dont want to nor need to. Its 2021. This has to be the first publix location I have come across that doesnt have self check out. Its truly disappointing.

Deli/hot foods employees too busy talking to each other and doing side jobs. While people wait. This isnt just a one off every time I go there it is like this.

They are definitely improving. The set up isn’t as nice as the ones in Winter Park but the new managers are definitely raising the bar. Due to covid the lines are longer but the staff is very friendly....Hot food line : except the one older guy who fix the hot foods . He will completely ignore you standing there waiting for help and pretend to watch the chicken cook.Bakery : Love the bakery, they’ve always went above and beyond . I carry in blue prints of cakes which they follow to the T or replace if they mess up. For the fondant I order the copyrighted material myself and apply.Seafood counter : The older guy who seasons the shrimps in the back is amazon.Produce : the manager is more helpful then the staff, he takes so much pride in the produce and I’ve caught him taking pictures of the strawberries to show how great they are this season. He was so proud lol

This is the best customer service I’ve had at any Publix. The employees have a hard job but they still manage to take great care of customer requests. Shout out to Holly at customer service for being empathetic, professional, and absolutely winning my patronage for the duration of me living in this area. 👏🙂🙌🏻

Everytime I go into Publix it feels like Im in Kroger which has great staff. Helpful. Prices high on some things. Great time when I go to Publix.

It is organized, neat, and have a variety of options at their deli. If you are a vegetarian, you can get a meal to go.

Just bad service overall. I go there because it is closer to my job but the one near my home on young pine has amazing service. I went to the deli department today and no one acknowledged me so I asked if anyone can assist me since I was standing there for a little while. Everyone just looked at me and turned around except for Gabriel who informed me that a lady would be right with me. There was a pregnant lady who was not assisting anyone and decided to worry about her task for closing when I asked for help. There was also another associate counting deli items instead of worrying about the customers. I informed the manager and he was polite at first and advised that he would speak to them immediately. I walk near that department just to see the manager walking away laughing including the workers from the deli department. This just makes me wonder “was my complaint acknowledged or was it patronized”. Very disappointed with the service. Publix is supposed to have better service than Walmart which is why I rather spend more money. In this case going to the Walmart nearby would be equivalent so why bother.

I like Publix and most of the Publix brands are good but am very disappointed in the quality and flavors of their baked pies. Yesterday i bought a pumpkin pie and it was dense and in not flavorful like it used to be. Bring back the creamy good tasting pies you used to make.

The seafood department staff was amazing in providing outstanding customer service! I purchased several seafood items and had them steamed... Everything was OUTSTANDING!!!

Ordered 5 subs from the deli online and they got two of them right. The rest were completely not what we ordered and paid for. Please make sure your deli employees are able to read. I will not be ordering anything from this Publix again.

The customer experience is impeccable at this location. The food is always very fresh and well stocked.

Nice location being that its the only Publix in the ares for miles they were really busy. Staff were nice and welcoming. Went to the deli for subs and they only had two people working in the deli. One lady was busting her behind helping customers while the other guy was taking his time slow poking and having an extensive conversation with a customer.

Super big, easy parking, great selection, lil pricey, but overall cant wait to go back!

The best Publix I’ve ever been to! They have self checkout so you don’t have to wait and they have a bigger cafe/deli department where they have rice bowls and Chinese food! I’m impressed! 🔥

This supermarket had everything at a great price. There were items that I would have to go three different places in Az to find. The staff members were very courteous and helpful.

I enjoy going to shop there. I feel, some ways they can be more efficient and better structured in their customer service area.

This publix is great. I like their location because it’s inside a shopping center with other convenient shops. They have a good selection of fresh produce and their Bakery has good selection of sweets.

They never have nothing. It’s dirty, never have any lanes open. Never been to a Publix and had to wait in an hour in line for one item. Definitely worse than the average Walmart.

... Eh idk... Publix always feels like they are pushing their smiles and wanting to help... Dont get me wrong there may be a few there that are sincere about it... But it isnt worth it.

Shopping and customer lanes are speedy most of the time.

Publix is a place where shopping is a pleasure they have all the fresh things that you would ever want in the vegetables and fruits and things that most stores dont have Publix do have and they also have an ATM outside the store and they could also give you cash inside the store as well the ATM on the outside I dont have to pay any Bank fees it also save me a trip from going to the bank for that I can kill two birds with one stone Publix is a place where shopping is a pleasure.

I purchased Fried Chicken before our flight back to Washington DC and EVERYONE who ate the Fried Chicken got sick on the plane and 2 days later. I am so Angry because I dont live in Orlando, FL to go to Customer Service and COMPLAIN. Beware.

This is one of the worst Publix grocery store in Orlando and not very clean and is kind of in a bad area. This store is in need of a complete face lift and associates are in need of some training in customer service immediately. Congested, never stocked, just to much going on at this Publix grocery store! ☹ DISAPPOINTING 😞

Clean good service but if your a person who want to go in and out this is not the one . Every time i go its always three lanes and not moving fast now at night time is your best option to shop plus theres a police officer there in the front so have less fear women .

The store always has everything I’m looking for. The cashiers are always nice. My cashier today was Jaeliz, and she was very pleasant and great at her job. The superstar of the day today is Rey, a stock associate. He went well above and beyond to go in the back to find me an item that wasn’t on the shelf. At first he came back and said they couldn’t find it in the back. Then, he went back to check again and attempted to search for me in the store to let me know that they finally found it. The customer service can’t get any better than that. I am very appreciative of the associates there, as they are all always pleasant and professional.

Its like all Publix, good food and no real wait to check out(when I was there). The pharmacy has been very good compared to other publix I have used in the past.

Ive been going to Publix on John Young and Americana for the last 20 years, this was the first time I felt good about shopping at this Publix, the employees was more friendly, I must say they are still selling items that had expired, they are getting a little better about selling items that show the expired dates, myself and another shopper was talking about how this Publix put items on sell weeks before there expiration date, we both have purchased items that had days before the items would expired, anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months, and yes, they were still on the shelves, they really needed a SECRET SHOPPER, I must say this Publixs is in a LOW INCOME NEIGHBORHOOD, and the prices are up the YANG YANG, Im a senior citizen and its hard for me to shop I dont look forward to shopping so when I go to our neighborhood grocery store I wished it could be a little more pleasant, and maybe better sells,Thank You for asking my opinion.

The WORST Publix ever...Twice in a week, I ordered a sandwich online..Came in a half hour later, NO SANDWICH! Order ticket is just laying around. Both times were early in the morning when they have no customers...So theyre just highly incompetent..Will never order here again.
