I went there with my friend just tagging along because I didn’t know how to use makeup.Valentina was there consulting and teaching me how to apply make up. It was not an easy job as I just finished swimming at the lake and had 0 moisturizer on. Valentina was very patient, knowledgeable and friendly. She gave great recommendations and I ended up getting a few as I felt it was a great investment in the future. I also really appreciate her time, she spent almost 2 hours went over different products with me without pressuring me into buying. She’s a great asset to the store.

I went to this store two weeks ago and I missed the survey on my receipt but I need to say honestly that I received one of the absolute best customer service of my LIFE by Dimo. He provided many options of perfume and kept such a good and positive mood although I had arrived almost when the store closed. If you ever need anything throughout the store I can assure you that Dimo will be able to assist you. He should honestly have a leading position in the store, he will make it very far. I had a very interesting experience here. I did feel I was being watched because I am black. I was looking at some skincare products and a women came over, I said I didn’t need assistance and she proceeded to follow me around. She walked past me four plus times doing absolutely nothing. The manager was pleasant and helpful. But, another employee came up to me and without even looking me in the face tried to “match” my foundation, as if all black people were the same color. She was way off had me looking gray, casket ready. Honey there are 50 shades of Fenty. Anyways I found something.

However, I am extremely upset at what happened at your store in Orlando at the Millenia Mall yesterday 3/20. I was being helped by one of your associates and I noticed that she didn’t look well. She seemed dizzy and had to leave me because she started bleeding from her nose. It wasn’t a regular nose bleed either. I can’t believe that your managers or supervisors would let her work in this state. I felt so bad for that girl and I just hope that she’s okay. Do better, Sephora.

I was in the store today and a sales associate with blue/ green hair was very rude to me. She talked to me with an attitude and was disrespectful to me. I was very disappointed in the customer service that this woman gave me. It made me not want to come back to this store again. She was everything a sales associate shouldn’t be to a customer.

Ive been to this store twice and they are always wonderfully helpful and patient. They always go out of their way to make sure that I get good products that work with my skin and ability. The store is a bit crowded and is often very busy but they keep it very clean and it is bright and inviting. Whenever Im in the area I will always stop by!

Always a great experience in this store! Today (10/19), I had a full face makeover done for engagement pictures and the guy who did my makeup was amazing! He went above and beyond to ensure I was completely happy. He made me feel gorgeous! On top of that, I-4 traffic was atrocious and I was 15 minutes late. I called and asked if that was okay and the two staff members I spoke to were very nice about it and assured me it was fine. I’d definitely book this experience again.
When me and my cousin first stepped in it was nice and people greeted us . but when I asked for help about my eyebrows I got the help and some attitude. After the help I decided to look around to maybe purchase an item and as began to walk around to look, employees began to watch and follow me as if I was going to steal . I couldn’t even turn without the employee behind me it was so uncomfortable and weird . I felt ashamed And like I wasn’t supposed to because I’m as the only black person in their . Will not attend again . Personally feel like some employees are racist and disgusting .

Normally I dont like to go to Sephora, but I had a fantastic facial today (Paulina did the facial). She was knowledgeable and took her time. The associates that helped me out were kind as well, ill be returning just to get another Perk facial with her.
My worst experience, between very happy until a woman approached me who said she wanted to help me, I wanted to walk through the aisles to try products and see what was new but she did not separate from me, she offered me a credit card and I said no, he insisted a lot and at the time of paying, he added me. I just accepted to run from that place. Very bad ascesoria. I wouldnt buy there anymore

I want to make you all aware about the illegal return policy at Sephora. I went to return a blush that I bought on 09/10/18 a day after. I had paid cash and had my receipt. The manager said that they could not accept my return and that I had to call a certain number because they could not say why my return was declined. NO where in the return policy states that you can not return something in fact the receipt states that if you are not fully satisfied you have 60 days to return with original receipt. I then called this numbers they advise me to call and no body was able to help me. Manager was not helpful and neither were the two numbers given. DON’T Waste your money or this might happen to you. I have spend much money to this money hungry company of Sephora and they don’t care about consumers apparently. I will make a complaint to better business bureau about return practice as well as Sephora.

This is a larger Sephora with a big selection. I had my makeup done there today by Roberto and it turned out really beautiful. This store is always clean and the customer service is excellent. They are always happy to answer beauty/skincare/makeup questions with great expertise.
Worst sephora experience of my life . every two seconds in employee was shoving a basket in my face it would not take the answer no. i was just looking around and i ended up picking up an eyeshadow pallet but i didn’t want a basket! i told the same employees multiple times that i would not like a basket KINDLY, but i got so frustrated with being FOLLOWED around and baskets shoved in my face . i’m the type of person who likes to shop by myself peacefully but they were just on my last nerve i put my stuff down and left . they were literally following me into every isle and harassing me i couldn’t take it . i will never be returning to this sephora ever again. they don’t even deserve my 1 star
I personally dont like this location. I mean yes they do have more selections and carry more brands than some other smaller Sephoras, but due their high volume they run out of things a lot, the popular items are always gone. And because they are busy, their store is such a mess, there are tissue papers all over the floor and trash cans are filled all the way to the top, their staff just stand in front of a shelf talking to each other, have fun, and get in customers way. Oh, and the last time i shopped there during semi-annual sale, i asked to make sure that i spent enough to reach Rouge that day so i can get the 20% off instead of the 15%, and the cashier said yes Im already a Rouge, but when i got home and looked at the receipt i realized that I was only given 15%, then I check my App and found out that i was like $30 something away from a Rouge. I could have bought something to reach it while i was there, but i was told the wrong thing.
While visiting the states my boyfriend and I went to this Sephora location. I loved the atmosphere there was a Dior event going on the time so you can tell everyone was feeling amped up, the staff was super friendly too. I can’t remember the girls name but she helped me find a beaitiful Tom ford lipstick. The cash out experience was awesome too! Super friendly :)
I was looking for a foundation, the lady who was helping me, was going to show me few color choices. I asked her about their device which they use to check foundation color,so she asked the other lady to get it checked. Asked this guy if he could help us find a color dupe single shadow in a palette that we didn’t want to buy because we only liked that one color. He told us that there was nothing like it and we should just buy the palette, obviously that was a lie and he wanted us to spend more money. In my lifetime at Sephora I’ve never had such terrible service at one in my life! No matter the Sephora store we go to, they usually walk us around and help the best they can by doing side by side swatches but this guy! He was lazy, unknowledgable, and money hungry! He doesn’t even look like he belongs there! How did he even get a job there?? Will never be doing business here again. We asked another girl and she found a dupe within 3 seconds. She marched us over to the single shadows and voila!

Went in there to get color matched for a new foundation because Im terrible at doing it myself. Waited for a while to have someone help me so I asked a worker for help. She quickly chose a color put it on my neck, because I was wearing makeup, and said that is my color. when I looked in the mirror, I couldnt really see the foundation so I assumed it was, but when I got home I tried it on I realized its way lighter than my skin color. Im very disappointed, I wish they spent a little more than 10 seconds to help me choose my color.
The first time I went there was during a week day, and the staff seemed to be more interested in chatting with each other than trying to help customers. But the second time I went back on the weekend and they were so so helpful! Especially Monicha, she set me up to try everything I purchased and Im so much happier with the products I got. I suggest going back on the weekends.
I went in for a color match for a foundation because I am pretty new to makeup. I had questions about what should I try and everything. The woman answered very fast and wasnt much help. Walked off. I couldnt find her so I just left. I thought the staff is there to help us. Very disappointed and the shade that I was matched to I didnt get a chance to try on.

If you’re a POC, find a different location cause they’ll get LP to follow you around the store. Instead of using customer service as a deterrent for stealing, they proceed to racial profiling. I was shopping with a friend (who was white) and as we split off to look for what we wanted, she was asked if she needed help while I was followed by “security”. Maybe I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt and blame their LP staff, however, I’ve never returned to this location since. It’s humiliating
I love how this store has EVERYTHING! They have Tom Ford, Pat McGrath, etc. The people who work there are awesome and eager to answer any questions you have. I usually spend a lot more than I anticipate. lol.
Sephora is great for a beauty addicted as I am! Love that they have many brands we cant find elsewhere.This retail is pretty full of new items and its well taken !

I had a phenomenal experience at Sephora. I went specifically for the new Charlotte Tillbury foundation and learned new techniques plus received some cool sample. My associates name was Destiny and I must admit, I feel like it was destiny for us to meet. She listened to my concerns and helped me color match. Foundation is so hard to buy and its not cheap either. Ill pay for the right product as long as there is someone there to help me. Thank you Destiny and Sephora!

Rude checkout person. After waiting several minutes to pay, this person said that we were standing in the wrong place for the line. We moved over to the correct position to the front of the line as there was nobody waiting. After a while, more customers joined the line and this checkout person told us that we should move to the end of the line. I had to tell us that we were there first. That’s no way of treating a customer who spent $115 in the store. Another shop assistant stepped in to serve me otherwise I would have walked out. Needless to say I won’t be back.

This is probably the weirdest Sephora I’ve ever been into. I stood around for SO long trying to find someone to help me. All I wanted was to see if there were any extra foundations in the bottom drawer. Thinking back I should have just checked myself, considering I stood there for five minutes while employees rushed by without stopping to see if I needed help. There were many employees, but they seemed to all be talking to each other rather than customers. When I did check out, the cashier was emotionless, robotic, and almost seemed annoyed he had to check me out. I was happy to get out of there, the overall atmosphere was weird and it was purely because of the people working in there.

The worst experience Ive ever had. Amario was rude, impatient and disrespectful. If I could give him a quarter star I would. Our entire exchanged lasted less than 4 min.He rolled his eyes at me with each question ( I only asked two), he stomped his feet at us as he approached and walked off, he then started talking to a co worker as we began a 3rd question.I have no clue why he came over in the first place if he didnt want to help. We didnt flag him down. He approached on his own. Super irritating!!!Other girls there were super helpful and patient. Could have done without the Amario Show. Beware of the guy wearing the dusty floral halo.
I enjoyed my experience there soooo much! I learned a lot about beauty, makeup, and skincare. Everyone there were lovely! I have already recommended this place to my friends and they have always left happy!
I am a makeup junkie and enjoy treating myself to something new every once in awhile, thus making my visits to sephora lengthy as I peruse the aisles. Today’s visit was SO AWKWARD. I was followed around by, what felt like, all of their sales associates. I was asked no less than 20 times if I needed help (and several times by the same people) and as I finished my shopping trip, one of the earlier associates came and talked to me, or rather interrogated me, about various products I had at the beginning of shopping journey that I later put back. It was humiliating and so uncomfortable to feel as though I was an assumed thief. If they have a large theft issue, they should put security measures in place by the doors and lock up expensive products. It was a very unpleasant shopping experience. I won’t be back.

Walked into Sephora i was asked if i need a shopping bag at door i kindly said no and continued to look at what was in the store. I went through several stores today in the mall and i was greeted and asked for help. However no one asked me if i needed help or anything here. The employees were chatting away about their boring lives instead of acknowledging the customers. Yes i was interested in buying something but no one helped me. I walked around and walked out and the employees were still just standing chatting away about their lives. That’s not how it should be at all. I do have the choicr to approach and ask for help but when you see a customer looking or searching you offer help it’s your job to provide help. That’s good customer service not just stand their talking about who you went on a date with or what happened between you and so and so.People need to take their jobs seriously at that place. I had help and a good experience at every store i went to but Sephora.

I am from Northern Ireland and we dont have a sephora, so when i am on hols i love to get in. I was there about a week ago. I had bought myself a blusher set but the one i brought was not the one i wanted (my own mistake) after reading the reviews online i was worried they wouldnt change it. Well the girls could not have been nicer, very helpful and professional. On both my visits i was offered assistance and given advice on any recommendations and queries. I was very happy with my experience
This place has several people just walking around you ask for help they have to get someone else after talking to 3 different people that was not able to help. The customer service is horrible they dont even greet customers.

THE WORST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER. I used to go to this one because its the closest to my house but never again. Today was the last day I ever visit this location. Rude personnal they followed my friend and I the whole time we were there and we were actually shopping. We didn’t need any help but kept getting asked the same thing with an eye roll and attitude by the same people as if we were trying to steal. STOP HARRASING YOUR COSTUMERS, if you guys don’t trust the people that go buy your expensive products to your store install detectors at the door so that you dont have to harras and disrespect the costumers when All we are trying to do is enjoy the experience and purchase what we need. If I could give half of a star I would If you need help at sephora don’t go here. You’ll be disappointed.

Ive never even been to this store and its the worst store ever.
Went in to get a color matching for new foundation. There were three employees standing near the mirrors to help with makeup applications who were talking to each other and not helping customers at the time, so I walked up and politely asked if someone could help with a color match. One stared at me for a second and walked away. The other two looked at each other and finally one said I guess I can help you. Come over here. She color matched me after insisting that I had just had a facial and an initial refusal to do a color matching thinking I was already wearing makeup. She then proceeded to apply foundation to my face roughly, and didnt tell me when she was going to be near my eyes so I could look up.I left with no setting powder on the foundation, and foundation in my eyes.Ill be taking my business to MAC, or going to a different Sephora.
It was terrible And It was not my first time in there. I only returned because I need to do a IQ code test that only Sephora has. The sellers are snob And arrogants. I standed in the middle of the store for a long time asking for assistance And nobody seemed to be willing to help. They treat you like a scum. They dont have a clue how to treat a customer. I bought a Dior foundation ariflush there just because they dont sell this product in Brasil yet
THE WORST Sephora I have ever been to! I am a VIB Rouge member and needless to say I spend quite a bit of money at Sephora. I went in to this location because I am looking for a new foundation and I wanted to try some higher end ones in person. I have weird combo skin with large pores, so finding a foundation I like is a nightmare. As I’m looking around, I’m hounded by several salespeople even though I said I’m fine and just looking. I finally cave and say I’m on the hunt for new foundation. Salesperson suggests a brand I hadn’t considered, tried it on me-I hate it. I politely said thanks very much, I just don’t want anything that sits in my pores and I’m going to keep looking. As I’m looking around, the same salesperson follows me around and comes up to me repeatedly and first of all suggests primer (which I am aware of and I use) then suggests changing my skincare routine, then tells me my pores are huge and I need to focus on procedures to improve my skin instead of finding foundation!!! First of all, my skin is under the care of a dermatologist and it’s way better than what it was a year ago. Second of all, I was there to shop for foundation not skincare and not be insulted. Lastly, just because I don’t want the same cakey overly made up look this salesperson had doesn’t mean I need better skincare, I just need the right foundation. Which, by the way, I found at Neiman Marcus where the sales person was actually helpful. Whoever the manager is at the Millenia location needs to be replaced because you are clearly incapable of training your staff. At least tell them to leave people alone and let them look around. It would have been a much better experience and at least I wouldn’t have felt uncomfortable.
