I believe this store is under new ownership and it is amazing! The staff were very attentive and they helped me find everything that I needed. They even helped me find the perfect wig which I’m totally in love with! Ladies, if you are looking for the perfect wig please check them out. I will definitely return to shop here for all of my beauty supply needs!

So glad this store is under new management. On my last visit I had a great experience. They was very helpful helping me find the hair I needed for my daughters hair. Everyone was very friendly and willing to help.

The worst salesperson ever. There was an older lady with an accent working there at the time told me my wig will last over a month with proper care, I even bought the wig products to maintain care for the wig. I paid $299 for the wig and it only lasted less than a week. Everything seemed over priced!!

Found my style for tonights big event! # excited!

Went to this place with a friend who has cancer looking for a wig. The little old sells lady was so nasty. She was telling my friend what style wig she sure buy. When my friend finally found the wig she liked she told her she couldnt try it on because it was on all and my friend couldnt make up her mind. What wig actor do you know that you cant try on a wig Exspecially at those prices . Nasty lady and pricey store.

I went to shop at this store at 4:30 in the afternoon yesterday. No one was there, I knocked on the door and looked in the windows, the store was dark and no one was around. Lost my business. Google and your sign say you close at 6?

The lady that works in this store is very racist. I am caucasian and she kept saying such offensive things about other races its was a terrible experience. I would never go there again. The lady is the owner and is Spanish and kinda old. This store really should be shut down for the terrible racist things she says .Told me she only wanted to sell to white people.

Worst customer service ever. The woman is also racist, even though it wasnt directed at me it will of course make anyone feel uncomfortable. She kept emphasizing that we sell to white people a lot. That back wall is for Africans. It is cheap and poor quality. Stick to the middle isle.Horrible human being, even if she had the best wigs in the world I would not give this business my money. Those were very indecent comments that she felt comfortable saying because she assumes everyone is a racist.

My mom has gone two Saturdays in a row, today 11/9/19 and last saturday..both times there was no one there..but they are supposed to be open till 6pm???
