This urban outfitters is very chill and has nice staff and their staff stays on their game. I bought an item at their store but for some reason it wasn’t bagged with the other things. I gave them a quick call and they were quick to know which item I was missing and even gave me expedited shipping.

This is one of the better urban outfitters on the east coast, definitely better than the one in international plaza in tampa. Its big with a big selection.

I love this funky store! Their staff is sublime and always friendly, helpful and outgoing. The selections here are varied, for many ages and sizes. Some very cool limited edition merchandise is always available too. If youre looking for funky, fresh--this is the spot.

Shopping for a Christmas gift card and none of the gift cards available use the word Christmas. Its an obvious omission. I guess they dont cater to Christmas shoppers. Ill buy elsewhere.

Being helped by cashier in that case you needed help with something so she asked the other cashier for help. Because I wasnt wearing my mask she asked me if I could put my mask up over my face, while her customer she was helping this other cashier didnt have a mask on and five other customers behind her didnt have a mask on. I didnt want to start a scene so I put my mask on but I wont be shopping there again.

Lots of items and clothing. Only downside are the prices. Youll be paying a lot for a little but thats just UO for you

I never have an issue shopping here workers are always pleasant and always willing to help! Store never fails to always look clean ! Manager Scott is too kind and a great leader! Worker Chris helped me out big time and had patience.

Good variety of clothes; however very overpriced

The moment I walked in I knew my life was going to change for the better. I was finally going to be hip. I immediately scurried through the store to find something that would just yell HEY! LOOK AT ME! and what do you know, I found it! I copped myself a trendy, super-fresh, out-of-this-world outfit. I even got looks from everybody that felt like acceptance. I was finally part of the crew. The cool crew.Oh, and the store was actually really nice with a great selection of trendy clothing that fits the popular style of now. The staff were all nice and helpful too.

Good service and funky clothes and other items. Sometimes the people in the dressing room seem suspicious that you might steal something. Also, Ive had them not honor their return policy because the clerk couldnt find the transaction in the system. But all in all a pretty good place for fun clothes.

I like their clothes...if I were only 25 and had fobs of money. They sell a lot of smaller fun items.

I love this location centrally located in the mall on the 2nd floor. The vinyl selection has some hidden gems and exclusives. also, their perfumes are easily overlooked, but are pretty nice unique scents. You do you as far as apparel and housewares go, its not my style. But Ive seen other people pull it off nicely

Great Urban Outfitters store! not a lot of attitude from employees and they were very helpful. Can easily spend $500 on a few items. Not sure why the lines are always so long to check out but appreciate three cashiers.

The store is over priced the girl by the fitting room was so rude I was helping my daughter getting her different size since no one cares to help Her I took the blouse to my daughter into fitting room the girls jumped knocking at the door kicking me out while I was in the room with my daughter trying to help her . I respect and follow the role anywhere I go but this one was So rude she made me hate the store even more I couldn’t wait to get out .

The line was very long and they only had a fee cashiers open meanwhile the associates on the floor were walking around with nothing to do. They werent even greeting customers. It just didnt feel welcoming. Customer service needs improvement at this store.

Poor selection of merchandise

Who brings a baby in urban outfitters?I was there today ready to spend some of my parents hard earned cash, when a young woman comes in with a cute little baby. Cool, I thought, a cute lady with a cute baby.She went in the dressing room to try on some clothes, and the baby started freaking out. Im like, little dude, come on, chill, youre in like the coolest place in Orlando.But this babys harsh vibes were harshin my urban Easter outfit shopping experience.When the young woman came out of the dressing room, because I am such an a hole, I and several others gave her dirty looks. But inside we smiled, smug in our collective belittling of her and all she stood for, that which was the Opposite.I watched her oppositeness as she had to ask an employee to move so she could get the stroller by. The employee suffered the imposition with the grace of a gazelle.Young mother and baby departed the sacred grounds, finally, and I returned to my quest to find the best high waisted jeans that moms money could buy.

Trendy store with great service, just was fustrated that I had them order a pair of jeans for me and they were extremely tight in the leg unlike the ones I had tried on I. The store that they said would be the same, when I went to get a refund they wouldnt refund me for the shipping.

I had the worst experience at this place. Scott, was extremely rude . Guess what !? I didn’t plan on shopping, I stopped in for directions! I purchased make up and the sensor was on it. Which caused me to beep....while exiting the store. Scott approaches me and said “let me help you figure out why your bag is beeping”! He was extremely condescending.and arrogant. I assured him that I JUST walked in the store and asked for directions. He literally tried to look inside my bag while!!! While I was opening it!!! I understand you’re supposed to probe when sencors go off etc! But, repeatedly saying you want to help me figure out “what’s in my bag” cmon sir . Once I pulled out the make up powder and put it near the sensor. Scott said “no that’s not it” and then the dector went off. It was Infact the makeup powder and he rolled his eyes and stormed off. I am a black women and he’s a white blonde male . I wonder if Scott treats everyone this way. Unprofessional, Loser.
