Went in to make a purchase. I asked the guy at the checkout that I wanted a particular pack of extensions. I asked the price and if it was the only length. He said yes it was the only length and it’s $49.99. Just as I said can I have three of these he jumped to the next person in line and said next and said I’m busy.I was confused because I was very polite the entire time. I then replied to him “I’m trying to purchase something from you” and he said if you don’t like it you can leave and I did exactly that because the person he pushed me aside for was buying a bottle of hair gel meanwhile, I just asked for $150+ worth of extensions.Please stop giving your business to these people. He did what he did because he felt that I needed it and don’t have a choice.Update: There is no need for me to call. I work hard for my money and I will not spend it where I’m treated unprofessionally. There are hundreds of other places I can purchase from who know how to treat their customers. Focus on treating your future customers better; this one is already lost.

I quickly found the hair that I needed and was very happy with the price and variety of colors and hair types they had available.

Selection was ok. I was able to find a couple of options but was surprised that i did not recv a stocking cap with my purchase. Usually you get one when with your purchase.

Tried unsuccessfully for 20 minutes during non peak hours 9:00 a m. to contact someone by phone. The line rings busy then cut you off.

They had a really good selection on wigs & hair which I loved.The cashier at the front of the store with the blonde natural hair has a really bad attitude & needs to take it down a notch before it effects there business.The store itself is great & when I am back in town I will surely stop on again.😁👠👠

Customer Service was terrible! I asked if they carried a certain product and she directed me towards an isle it would be on if they had it. She didn’t bother to walk with me to help me find it, but she and her coworkers had no problem following me around the store to make sure I wasn’t stealing anything. I was just visiting the Orlando area but my experience was so bad that I made sure to come back to make a review of this place. They do not deserve your money!

This beauty supply is the BEST Ive seen in Orlando....Im a hairstylist of over 30 yrs..they have a plethora of products. And they have awesome hours if I need something I dont have rush because they close at 9pm....I love it!!!

Horrible customer service! Employees are lazy and lack any knowledge of their hair selection and supplies. You ask them a question and they say oh we don’t have that, yet I found what I was looking for on my own. I asked for a type of comb and one chick says oh we have combs on the back wall. Yes thank you for your direction but I asked if you carried a type of comb. Never again. The only reason I spent money in this store is because I am on vacay and needed a quick fix. You ladies are all unprofessional and lazy.

It was well stocked. The stuff was well presented. They had real Shea butter and black soap. There were plenty of products for my hair type, clothes, cute purses, shoes, etc. The only thing I would say was mildly annoying was the music was loud. I felt like we were in the club.

I came here to buy some hair dyes and bleach. They have fantastic prices and the employees and owners are so friendly and outgoing they make you feel like family. Also they have some awesome sunglasses

Very poor customer service..the employees are very lazy ..I ask for assistance and the lady just answer I dont really know and the she start dancing to a weird song that she have on the radio boombox all loud..I do not recommend this place

I love this store I go here over any other hair store in Orlando they are the cheapest with the best selection and quality and available to help if you need it right away most shops dont speak Spanish this one does come here before you go anywhere else they also have a great rewards program something most hair stores dont have

The weave bundles I bought were so beautiful but once installed the stench was unbearable. It smelled like burnt chemicals. After 5 washes I was able to rid the odor. The store owner was also very rude to the lady in the back where the salon was, because the store was closing he forced us both to go outside in the rain on the sidewalk where she proceeded to finish my sew in. This is by far the worst beauty supply store ever. Definitely wouldnt recommend.

My daughter got the hair that she wanted for her extension sew-in and the lady at the counter was very accommodating and very helpful as I did not have a clue. She laughed at me when I almost passed out at the price being $200 but this is my only child and shes well worth it

Dont need to be in sales with African American products and racist at the same time. When asked for help after following us for about 5 minutes we got attitude. I just dont get it how can you look down on the ones you suppose to give great customer service.

This place is o.k. I went in to get a half wig, i picked a few styles and they did not have the color I wanted. The customer service was really good. They tried to help just didnt have what I wanted.

This afternoon I stop and shopped at Elegant beauty supply located in Orlando, Florida. During my time in the store I was harassed, belittle, and attack by the store manager. The store manager became upset with me when I ask him a question where to find a product. He end up throwing a product at my hand and used foul language. It took everything inside of me to be the bigger man and not the situation escalate, but I would not recommend nobody to ever shop there again. By far the worst experience I ever had at a beauty supply store. I wish I could give them 0 stars

Completely no help, if you dont know Spanish dont expect to be helped. I was not even greeted by the manager sitting out front, but he went out of his way to not only greet but also help other Spanish speaking customers. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!

My total came to $70 and I walked out because he of his attitude.. dont shop there unless u want to probably me scammed out of a few dollars..instead of helping your customer u lure them away to go else where..

In this place the products are not so reliable.Some unsealed, and the store has a very strange exchange policy.For after the purchase they do not exchange under any circumstances.
