I bought the best full lace 30” blonde human hair wig, it’s so beautiful and even though the hair is platinum it doesn’t feel damaged at all. I washed and conditioned it and there was no smell at all!! Love♥️

I went in this store yesterday to get 3 613 bundles and a closure. I spent $400 and some may say that’s too much for hair but if you want good hair that’s exactly what you should be spending if not more. The hair had little shedding but nothing that was crazy and there was no foul smell. If you don’t mind spending the money I say come here to get your bundles💙

Being very honest here. I love this place! They have a large variety of products so it’s pretty much a one stop shop for hair products and even other beauty supply items. I live near the airport but will drive from there to this place because I like what I get for my dollars. Understand the place is a mom & pop type shop that employs many other people besides there kids (love this whole heartedly).I’ve bought the natural bundles from them, different pack hair and crochet hair, and was even stepped into try out wigs but making them fit me to look super natural. Each items I’ve been able to where at minimum a month (I don’t go past a month - posted pics). I purchase different hair products and skin care items from them (loving charcoal soaps, cleanser and masks at the moment). There is always people walking around asking if you need help. Some of the other reviews mentioned workers being on their phone but honestly they can work and still pick up their phones every now and then while being productive...I work in an office environment and do it too; just not recklessly.At the end of the day I’ve been all over for a decent place to get products from since I’m not the order online type of lady (instant gratification) and this place has comparable prices, a large variety and is very consistent for me as far as service goes. I’ll continue shopping here as long as I live in Orlando.

Friendly staff with Good customer service for the most part

They have everything you need for hair and hair care in the store, but it feels cramped and the parking is even tighter. It seems like they are trying to put too much inventory up for the size of the location. My car was blocked in by someone else and we had to go into the store to get the person to move their car. I thought the ladies that worked there were very helpful and polite.

Im so amazed by the friendliness in this store. The workers are always generous with the prices. Go here if you want the best quality hair. Also, make sure to ask for kareem, hes the BEST

Very dirty, rude employees, and the management is horrible. I was profiled and I’m sure management told them to do that. I have never been to this store before except for this 1 time and I will NOT be returning. Nevertheless, they tell you to leave fake 5 star reviews so they will not look bad. I had a horrible experience and even had to contact Orlando’s Sheriff Department.

Way better than what i get from other beauty supply stores. They offered help when I walked in and checked on me. When they didnt have what i needed they suggested another store. Im grateful and will take the 30-40 minute drive back! 😊

The customer service here is even worse than the East Colonial location. However on my most recent visit one of the girls did ask me if I needed any help and she helped me picked out a wig. Before she could even hand it to me, one of the guys who’s always at the front (the chunky one) stormed in and grabbed the box from her, threw it on the floor and yelled at her “the manager needs to talk to you right now!” She was all confused and left me there but I already knew what was going on. He saw my LV bag and tried to up-sell me thinking he could get me to spend more than I had intended. I picked up the wig off the floor that the girl had originally helped me with and bought that instead of all the other pricier custom units he was trying to show me. I understand times are hard right now and everybody has to make a buck, but there’s no excuse to be treating your staff that way. I still shop here despite the all around terrible customer service but now I definitely won’t be back after that.

The women are so helpful and encouraging. Found a wig for my trip to Europe. Although I was indecisive and picky the women were patient and I’m about to look so good in Italy!!

Horrible and rude customer service from someone that needs to remove herself and stay home. She works in the area where the wigs are. Then we ran into Jojo she was very helpful. Will be a minute before I return.

Love it here. My go to store for all my hair needs. They are usually pretty good at being well stocked. The staff are usually pretty friendly and well knowledgeable.

The staff is very helpful, my problem though is that there is a sign on the door the says we are practicing social distancing and we need to wear a mask, upon entering the store 90% of the workers are without a mask.When asked the cashier why she is wearing a mask her response is I just cant so I do not understand the double standard but I wear mine because of my own interest.

Nice prices, very helpful workers, helped me find what i needed, however the parking area is pretty compact and tiny so i dont suggest showing up with a pickup truck or even a van lol

I filed TODAY a complaint against them to the BBC . So save your money and go to a real beauty store. This is not a good place to go. I

Good selection but on the term “customer service” is like a bad work to these employee. The overall attitude of the employee is toxic. It’s like they don’t want anyone in the store. After I found what I needed, I asked the guy that works there how much my total was and he didn’t say anything, just reached his hand out to take my card. I’m not handing you anything until I’m told what the total is, especially since I can’t return the items I buy. Good selection, but if you’re hoping to have an informative staff with good customer service, expect to ignored.

A lot of different things to choose from in this place

Lady lied about the price, lied about me being able to return it if I didn’t like it, and tried to charge me a higher price than the advertised sale they had on their Instagram page. The bundles are also RIO bundles. Which you can get in any other beauty supply store with better customer service. I didn’t go along with the transaction because there were too many issues.

Love the store even gave me a flat iron as a free gift for spending money with them I enjoyed my experience must go back again and again the hair prices are very cheap but very good quality if you want the bang for your buck make sure you stop by the hospitality is great

If I could give it no starts I would.. first of all there customer service was horrible & second of all I bought the most “ expensive “ hair in the store supposedly by what the ladies stated and this hair sheds like crazy, there were plastic fibers in it & does not curl after you wet it mind you I gotCurly hair.. completely disappointed. The owner is arrogant. Meanwhile his workers have better customer service, but of course his customers apparently are not important. I was quoted one price which was wrong (fair), but the owner quoted me a totally different price that was double! I blame the owner for not making it right or even... Apologizing would have made it a little better. No, instead he makes a scene in the front of the store to confront the worker instead of making sure the customer was happy. Had he done that I would’ve accepted the price and came back. But since he didn’t, I won’t! Terrible customer service and the prices aren’t that great. One star!

14 Human Hair Color 613 Wig.Sent message on Instagram messag was read with no reply and I was blocked.Left feedback on Yelp.Received the wig today, I live in California and ordered a wig from this store. It is very thin like baby hair with quite a bit of breakage. The crown and scalp are full but as you reach the tip there are only a small number of hairs which make the wig seem like the tips are simply fly aways. I would have to take about 4 inches off in order to make the wig seem natural and full. I have purchased many wigs over time and have not ran into this issue before. I am very dissapointed. I do not want a refund or exchange, I just wanted to let you know of the issues I found with your vendor. For the price and calling it a discount is an overstatement. Sadly I am very dissapointed and will be sure to post reviews so no one else is decieved. Perhaps reaching out to the company who custom makes my wigs would not be such a bad idea. They might be able to give you their vendors information. Their quality and hair type is much higher quality. They are starlacewigs dot com. Very disappointed in the end result. We were told to bring hair back because it was not quality hair but it costs quality money. Got there and was given the runaround. Of course no one told me they would exchange it....yeah right. As a licensed cosmetologist I shouldve known better. To the so called owner, the fair skinned guy with the curly hair sometimes you just get a bad batch. Providing excuses as to why your product defaulted is bad business. The hair was bad point black period. Lesson learned. I know many people that shop here and trust me you didnt just lose a customer you lost many.

This hair store is definitely my go to place for all of my hair needs. They neatly pack soooooo many items in such a small place. It is every hair lovers dream! They have something for every budget, from deals on the packs of braiding hair to the highest quality of human hair bundles and wigs. I usually buy crochet hair for small box braids and they have the widest selection of textures and colors and best prices in town, and trust me, ive done the foot work. The ladies and gentlemen are always so helpful. Although i dont personally do wigs, they are always helping customers with wig fittings and selecting bundles. They truly have the best in all areas of hair care.

Nice selection but one of the men (Im guessing one of the owners) was very unfriendly. He didnt speak at all when I asked him where the register was. He rang me up and just reached for my card without even telling me the price. I had to ask him to tell me. And then without looking me in the eye he just hands me the receipt without any salutations. Extremely rude. The lady did say hi to me when I came in though.

Place it supposed to open up at 9:00 been here since 8:55 and its 9:20 and place still isn’t open. Will probably not return due to the waste of time.

Very nice owners and employees! If you need any kind of hair (fake and human), extensions, wigs, whatever they have it all!! I went to get false lashes and they have a good selection for cheap! Multi packs, single sets, and tons of individuals. Prices range from $.99 to $2.99 (for single pairs) and $7.99-$10.99 for multipacks.

It looks small but its huge on the inside. All the ladies are so kind and helpful Tia is really good helped me find everything. Great products just wished they had some type of deal, bought 2 wigs and paid 85 other places charge me $50ish
