Best beauty supply store in orlando, lots of variety on beauty products and always stocked

Listen, i hv been purchasing a particular product on line for years, and i walked into this place to get my regular items,which here is sooo much cheaper than other beauty supply stores, and low and behold I found that product and CHEAPER!!!! This store ROCKS!!! Plus, the guy at the register has gorgeous eyes yal!!!!👀👀👀👀

That man in charge needs to learn how to talk to and interact with people. Yelling at his employee in front of customers. Yelling at customers. Giving purchased items bag so inappropriately that the items fall on the floor... no apology... It was my first time in this store.. I will never go back. I dont need to see that twice.

One of my favorite hair stores simply because the guys are nice in here and their prices are a little lower than most hair stores especially the eyelashes!! Which I purchase a lot since I’m a makeup artist. It’s a comfortable environment to shop in, some hair stores in Orlando have really rude staff members and this hair store is family owned so they’re just different. It’s also much smaller, I don’t really like to shop in super busy areas (just my preference) usually I’m in and out at this hair store! I save more shopping here for certain items!! And they are the only hair store that carries my favorite lotion (razac) in all the different scents. if you know then you do lol

The guys were Very nice. They guided me how to get there.Their store has Sooo much. Hair care (products), perfume, makeup. A dream, yes? 💄👛 So many nice things, and at good prices. Its like a beauty outlet. 😊

I was a customer for years they have very bad customer service sometimes it’s a hit & miss when it comes to their hair but the only reason why I was a frequent customer was because they have very good prices when they feel like it. & the brother always being fresh trying to solicit for hair. I was trespass because I wanted a refund for the hair that I had for 2 minutes literally the owner is very rude & they don’t care about Minorities they just want the money very unprofessional

I always buy from them and I’m a regular customer. Yesterday I purchased 3 packs of 100% human hair from them, I was told the hair was the best quality in the store. The hair was sooooo beautiful, no doubt, but it slightly shed. So, today, I returned the hair in exchange for another brand of hair. I’m just so upset because this new hair is soooo much worse than the first hair. I cannot not slide my fingers through the hair. I lost $200 because I threw it in the trash. I’m so hurt. I called the owner to make him aware of it, he said “ I can’t keep changing hair for you, you didn’t like the first hair, now you don’t like this one”. I said “okay, I was just letting you know” and we ended the call. I literally shed tears because I I have to order 3 new packs of hair online. I wish I never went to think for hair. They’re very nice people but I’m just so mad. I should have just kept the first hair I got and dealt with the shedding, at least it was beautiful.

First time there and will be my last. He said the lady just left that could help take down items from the top shelf and told me if Im sure that I want it then he will take it down. Duhhhhh I wouldnt have asked for it to be taken down if I wasnt sure smh I walked right out. Bye!

This store has a decent amount of products but they are not focused on customer service. I asked to view a product that was on the floor in a pile (they were taking it off the shelf and replacing it) instead of just saying yes, he badgered me with questions, had a rude tone in his voice and looked at me rudely. He made it seem like a hassle for me to look at the products that were ON THE FLOOR. The cashier didnt greet me or even look at me, he spoke in a different language the whole time to someone else and was banging my products together before bagging them. He never said one word to me, like I didnt exist. If you want to spend your money and be treated like crap, then this is the place for you. Very horrible experience.

I had no issues with my visit. They have thenusual beauty supplies and fair prices.

I find it quite economical to purchase the wigs that I like. $9.99 cant beat it

He doesnt know his own prices and try to trick you into paying a higher price than what was sold to a previous customer.

Horrible service. Locked me in the store and turned off the lights and it was only 8:30! They close at 9:00 pm I had to call the cops to get me out of the store. They are neglegent do not shop here!
