Remodel Surplus! My husband and I are trying to contact you since Oct 8th, 2021 and we haven’t heard back from you so far. When are you coming back to finish the kitchen cabinets installation you started by the end of July? This is a 30K project and I don’t believe you are considering this project concluded, since there is 1 handle missing, uneven cabinets, bended door, visible nails in the toe kick, as shown in the pictures. In addition, part of the countertop is in front our garage door, waiting for the installation. One star is for the salesman! He did a great job!

9/2020 - Worked with owner, Jose Ortiz, to replace the floors in my condo. He and his team were absolutely amazing and offered pricing that beat any where I compared in the Orlando market. Ive attached before and after pictures to show the transformation. My only regret is that I didnt have the budget to execute on the full remodel plan that Jose created for my project. I highly recommend this firm and their install team.

To be clear, my husband & I didnt have any work done by this remodeler, so I cant comment on the quality or value of their work. My experience was that we stopped in to discuss remodeling a bathroom. The person in the showroom (possibly the owner but he didnt introduce himself) only listened long enough to hear the word bathroom. He then spent the next twenty minutes talking, going off on tangents that were irrelevant to us. We couldnt get a word in edgewise, and we couldnt get away fast enough. The 3-star rating, in my mind, was generous because I would never do business with someone who would rather hear the sound of his own voice than take two minutes to listen to the needs of potential clients.

Remodel Surplus did an exceptional job with my kitchen remodel. Their services were affordable, professional, and left me more than pleased. If anyone needs any work done on their house in an efficient and timely matter, I would recommend these guys in a heartbeat!

First and foremost, Jose is excellent at consultation and finding you what you’re looking for. Then he and the guys he works with are even better at making it happen. I’ve worked with Jose for 2 flooring jobs now and the 2nd time was even better then the first. Everyone who sees our floors are always awestruck and wants to know where we got them and who installed them. I’ll recommend working with Jose to anyone who’ll listen.

Awesome place! I can get everything to remodel my home. Cabinetry, windows, interior/ exterior doors, baseboards at .80 cents. Paint new colors or to match existing colors. Beautiful floor coverings. I LOVE THIS PLACE.
