I went there 2 days ago to find shower fixtures and Jammie help us. She went above and beyond to find what me and my boyfriend were looking for..She was very knowledgeable, helpful and professionalFor her we will give a 5 star..We just bad point was to wait 30min to wait for someone to help..so, if you go there, make a appointment. The store has really nice stuff..

We just walked out of the showroom after looking around for about 10 minutes without being acknowledged. Another customer walked in and a rep immediately walked past me, greeted them and starts asking about what they’re looking for! I didn’t mind waiting for help but 2 reps were at a desk having personal conversation and then the interaction with the other customer took place right in front of me. It’s eye opening that in 2021 Black People still get ignored in many stores. I guess our money isn’t the right color either.

We purchased all of our bath and kitchen faucets, sinks, etc from Ferguson (more than $3,000) six years ago. Our master bath faucet is not working. We called Grohe for a replacement part but since our contractor handled the purchase we don’t have a receipt and they said they cannot send a replacement part without a receipt. Very disappointing, I thought the Grohe faucets would last more than six years. I contacted Ferguson, they said they couldn’t help.

I was address at the front desk by a wonderful person ! Then I was placed in the guiding hands of another wonderful and knowledgeable professional representative of furguson showroom! Her name was Jamie, which was so much fun that we actually share and spell our names exactly the same!! Lol!! Anyway she helped me find the perfect replacement shower valve and handheld shower head that will look perfect and I’m sure will be a welcome addition to our shower every day we put use to this product!!lThank you very much for your help Jamie ❤️🙏Sincerely yours,Jamie

Got the light today, we purchased and it works well. Decided to see about when the fridge was coming in, which is suppose to be the middle of next month (Dec 14th to be exact) and was told it was coming end of Dec or January. Lady made it seem like that was when it is suppose to come. My wife is due to deliver a baby, our first, in the end of Dec. So, clearly we do not want to be dealing with a fridge delivery while she is delivering a baby. Very disappointing that they wouldnt even warn us that it wont come in time.

Wonderful selection of an infinite variety of plumbing, bathroom, and kitchen fixtures, all attractively displayed. The service is excellent with very knowledgeable salespersons. Prices are very reasonable, especially for what feels like a very high end business. We found everything we needed and are dropping our order today!

I spent over $60,000 on appliances and Ferguson and a gentleman named Michael went out of his way during covid to help me! Im a general contractor and Im writing this review because he made my life a lot easier with extremely stringent customers. highly recommend working with Michael!

Excellent work all around during the purchase and installation of a 48 Sub-Zero refrigerator. The sales process covered all options that were available and reviewed the various configurations possible to make sure we chose wisely and the pricing was quite competitive. We were concerned about the possibility that the new fridge might not fit as it was replacing a 20 year old model of a different brand. The pre-install inspection was quick and answered all of our questions. The responses from people responsible for arranging delivery was immediate and they underpromised and overdelivered to exceed our expectations of delivery by more than a week. The installer was outstanding, doing the job efficiently and explaining how the fridge worked after he installed it. We noticed a blemished freezer drawer, told the installer and our Ferguson contact via email, two days later, a replacement drawer is on its way. Top notch people, smoothing each stage of the process. Would definitely recommend them.

Although the receptionist was pleasant, it would have been nice to have had a sales representative speak with me. I had the part numbers ready - it would have been a fast help. I was there for 45 minutes with my toddler and no one ever assisted me. Going on line with my orders now.

Rude staff.I am building a new house.I called ahead to verify that Ferguson could order solid surface shower pans.I was told on the phone they could and they were familiar with the ones I was looking for.I get to the showroom, walk up to the reception desk and ask about shower pans.The receptionist replied we dont sell them.I said I just got off the phone with someone and they said you could order them.The receptionist replied we dont sell them.I asked if there was someone I could speak with.She replied No, we dont sell themSo either the kind and helpful professional I spoke with on the phone or the receptionist was lying to me.The shower pans I was looking for go for around $2k each, multiplied by four bathrooms (Plus fixtures and sinks), easily $10-15 k sale.All lost because of a rude receptionist that makes $15 an hour.Interesting business model

I purchased $15k of kitchen appliances one piece was a $400 kitchen sink filter! I bought the filter in January it arrive today in May! I asked them to pay to have it installed because it didn’t come with the original appliances so naturally I had to install the sink without it. Then in March they sent a box labeled filter so I hired someone to install it, when the installer opened the box it was a part mislabeled. So twice I paid someone to install it. The email responses all ways lag a week but the response was to them to install it “ we don’t have anyone that can install it”. Seriously ! Poor follow through!

I was in the store this past Saturday to purchase a sink. The prices are inflated but you get a discount when you buy. Discount can evidently vary as only the high prices are shown. However, I was okay with that part of it. Sadly, I had a question when I got home and called the store around 1pm to speak to my salesperson (SS). They said she was busy but would return my call. At 4pm, I still had not heard from her so I called back. This time the recording said they were closed, but the time they were supposed to close according to the same message was 5pm. At any rate, I left another message with my phone number once again. I did not receive a return call on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or today. So today I decided to post as follow-up service of their customers is evidently not a high priority. I am truly sad and disappointed as I had heard that they were a great company. Not sure what has changed, but lack of customer service will be a reason that I dont go back

Once you wander for a bit looking at all the eye candy, you will realize you need some help...ask for someone to help you, then. Everyone was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! Nicki made sure I knew all the options.

Purchased a pot filler and cabinet hardware. I specifically asked if I can return unused hardware because I wasn’t sure exactly what I needed. I was assured I could without a problem as long as I have a receipt. No restocking fees were mentioned. 2k later I had my order and needed to return the hardware... there is a 20% restocking fee on all of their product but none if you buy online? Called back to speak with a sales person who wouldn’t return calls and when my husband stopped by in person she told receptionist “I don’t feel like talking to him right now so I’ll call him “ horrible customer service and very deceptive sales staff.

Snobbish attitude of employees. Walked into store and employees act as if they do you a favor. No greetings. Zero help. More interested in their make-up than in helping customers. I am in the process of building a contemporary lakefront home and intended to buy all plumbing fixtures, toilets, and a bathtub. I will go somewhere else. I do not need that attitude. Horrible experience.

While in the store the sales associates were more than helpful. However after placing my order and receiving confirmation I never received the products. I called customer service and they were unable to locate my order. After about 15 mins they located it in the system, but stated that I was cancelled but no one knew why. The representative also informed me that I would be unable to reorder unless I went into a store and paid cash.

Employees penny attitude cheapens such a beautiful store. How unfortunate! Keep in mind, every customer who walks into the store is a potential buyer because they already know what you are selling, price point, and employees are there to sell products and hired to do so. Unfortunately, they only stared at me when I was walking around for 35mins when I came in today. Even when they were passing by and pretending not to see me, perhaps thats their main responsibility and assume customers would have to beg them for help. Couple females were looking out from their office, then when I tried to make eye contact, they immediately turned away. Then when a female finally helped me, she acted as if she was too good to help me, and here I thought i came in to buy products. I hope she gets paid more than just hourly rate. Notice Im not the only one talking negative about customer service. Management team: if you walked into a store and got mistreated, would you ever come back? Simple concept. Also, your employees seem to be lacking of training on these basics, hello, how are you today? Or maybe just make eye contact with a smile. Hope that isnt too much to ask from customer service. Btw, Im remodeling my home and in need with lots of new items.

We visited this store 11am Sat (earlier today). The store has a receptionist but we were not greeted when we walked in. We passed numerous employees who did their best to not make eye contact. We were there for 1.5 hrs and not 1 employee spoke to us, made eye contact, etc. Including the receptionst that we wished a nice day to when we left. There was a chef cooking something that smelled delicious, not sure what/who that was for. But The store had many selections and prices were clearly marked on most everything. Prices ranged from mid-high range. I wish I could tell you more about the products but I had no help so I could not gain the information I need and will not be purchasing our home remodel items from here. I have an empty house with no toilets, lights, kitchen, bathrooms, etc. So we definitely had a potential to purchase many things.

Pros: Good selection of products.Cons: Purchased all plumbing faucets...having to replace Delta kitchen faucet for the second time (which the builder took care of within the first year and no fault of Ferguson). Now, at two years I called Ferguson for assistance in the the model number of the faucet and Deltas contact info, ten days later I received a new faucet. HOWEVER its the wrong faucet, which I now have to pay to return to Delta in order to have to proper faucet shipped. I have called Ferguson again asking how they provided me the wrong information and apparently 10 days later they state they cannot find any of my order information due to the system being purged ever year, WHAT???!!! Additionally. they do not provide any MODEL information on sales quotes therefore without going under each sink/fixture you have no information.Extremely disappointed in there long term customer service and accountability. And no, unfortunately I do not have the name of the first person I called 10 days ago.

Stopped by yesterday (Sat) the front desk guy was absolutely NO help with anything...he did say their staff was limited on Saturday...however i wanted to purchase my kitchen sink and faucet but there was no one to take that purchase order...to bad they have such a limited staff on Saturday...dont go there....and weekday hours are 9 to 5....doesnt help me much there either those are my work hours..
