I walked In today and I was instantly amazed with the variety of home products they have. Such beautiful bathing room sinks, mirrors, tubs you name it! Over all the staff is amazing and so helpful especially the front desk associate, who immediately attended to me. Also her sense of humor was awesome!! I will definitely be coming here more often and recommend build smart to all my friends and family!

I surprised my wife with a new LED mirror for her vanity which I purchased from here all thanks to the young lady in the front who convinced me to buy it and showed me all the little features it came with let me just say my wife was so satisfied with how everything turned out 👍👍 and if my wife is happy I am happy which means I will definitely be buying all my future items here for my new home. I went into the store today to make a purchase because I was referred by a friend. The associate stayed behind the desk on her cell phone and never once approached me to ask how she could be of assistance to me. I walked around the space for a good 5 minutes, and the showcase of items are not that vast. However, she got up from behind of the desk when she overheard people arguing next door. On my way out the door as the associate was being nosey at the doorway, I asked her what type of sales associate she was. I told her if I was white she would have rapidly come to my assist. She assumed I was playing the race card, which I wasnt. I simply wanted service. I told her she lost my business and I was going elsewhere to make my purchase. She didnt want my business because she was rude & unprofessional. Never did she attempt to gain my business instead she told me to have a nice day. In sales your suppose to ask a customer how you could be of any assistance as soon as they enter the store or give the customer a minute or two to look around and then ask how you could assist but that was not the case today. I would not be returning to that store.

Bought a refrigerator - great price and in stock. Problem arose when delivery came. Two guys had no idea what to do. Took three hours to get into second story condo. Refrigerator was dented and scraped. Build Smart readily agreed to replace it with new one BUT same delivery team plus one more guy. Took about 1.5 hours this time. And they somehow managed to put the leveling pads down so it wouldn’t fit in cabinet. Took my husband and I an hour plus to fix that.

The folks here are very friendly and helpful in finding our powder room vanity. Some of their vanities are one of a kind and do have some small blemishes but they are honest in disclosing any imperfections. However I was able to find a brand new in the box modern vanity and faucet for a great price. Do check them out...

I had a great experience purchase with the store owner n staff. They were very helpful assisting me in tile selection. After visiting many tile stores big n small places, I found this store has the best prices for the best tile I found at other stores. They have many tile selection and bathroom vanities.The store owner allowed me to take couple sample home which make so much easier in decision making.Our floor turn beautiful we received many compliments on the floor and shower.

I did a DIY renovation on my daughters entire bathroom and purchased the vanity, countertop, mirror, the toilet, glass shower doors, and a cabinet all from Build Smart Liquidators. From the beginning to the end the experience was great. Charles was super helpful in helping me find what I wanted and answered any questions I had. They even loaded everything up for me. I was walking home one day and happened to stumble upon this store. I did not know it was located here. I browsed the store for close to an hour. I managed to find some excellent deals! I also found some good deals. And there were also some not-so-good deals. I like what the store has to offer product wise and Im always looking for the best deal possible. I am sure I will be stopping in here regularly just to see what is new, exciting or just catches my eye. I must say the staff was most helpful and very very efficient!! I purchased some tile from this company. The guy that help me was Mark and he was very friendly and nice. I did not use all the tile and have about 2 boxes of untouched tile that I will never use. I went back to ask if I could return them or even get a store credit. I also tell them they could do a restocking fee. Some guy that’s there told me they can’t return them because it’s special order! No where on my receipt said I couldn’t return the unused portion! The guy was so mean and didn’t offer any type of assistance. I mean nothing said I could not return them. Now am stuck with tile am not going to use. I ask for Mark which is the person that sold me and the guy which I do not know keep he is not here and don’t know when he is coming to work in the most rude way. Well am going to the better business bureau because nothing on my receipt said I could not return or exchange! Beware when u purchase things here as they are not honest when it comes to returns!

First time coming to build smart liquidators, I went yesterday looking for a ceiling fan. I bought a LED fan. I was so pleased and happy with the customer service, helpfulness that I received through one of the young man that assisted me there. Best home improvement store to buy cheap vanities with good quality in central florida.These guys sell a vast range of items including vanities, tools, patio furniture, plumbing accessories and appliances.Employees are really cooperative and helpful and resourceful.Must visit the store at least once if you are thinking of renovating, or improving your home. You can save a lot of money here, and these guys are much cheaper then home depot.

First of all we purchased a vanity bathroom cabinet there and it came in was very nice. We had originally looked at another cabinet but decided not to get it and when we left we noticed that they charged our card for that vanity that we did not purchase anyway. Had to call and get a refund and they did do that and refunded our money so that was good. We purchased a fan there got it home and put it up and it did not work was broken went to the store to try to get a refund they said they couldn’t refund us the full amount they could only refund Us 80% of our money back or can offer to exchange for equal or lesser value. I looked and disnt see anything i liked. After talking with them for over an hour at the store they finally agreed to give me my full refund. But since I didn’t have the card that it was purchased on present ( i had a picture of it) they said they couldn’t refund it without physically having the card with me they couldn’t just do it over the phone. Although they were able to give us a refund on the vanity over the phone. I will never go back there or purchase anything there again. Just be prepared to purchase broken or non working products.

Very big selection but the prices definitely arent great in certain aspects. Tried to buy some lighting fixtures, but the one I chose was broken in the box and another of the same light was missing multiple pieces.One thing that bugs me is when the manager or owner follows you around the whole store. (I had no intention of stealing low quality or broken products. I came to browse and possibly purchase. ) I understand you have nothing to do when there arent any other customers inside but dont make it so obvious that you ARE actually following someone. Left empty handed.

I bought a chain saw that ended up being used and when I got it home It wouldnt start. I messaged them on facebook and they refused to take it back. I was going to call better business and he told me to bring it in to look at it. I misplaced the receipt and they wont help. Even though they sold me a used chainsaw that someone returned that was broke. Im calling better business in the morning and consumer affairs. This should not be how you run a business

This is my fifth time buying from place. Sales person regi very helpful. Bought bathroom vanities, Fixtures, toilets, bathtubs and appliances. There is no reason to buy from them. They are genuine and upfront.

Clearance home supplies. Cant beat the prices (so long as you are willing to haggle)! You have to dig around in random boxes, but I purchased everything 50% off retail or better, including quality name brands. Stop here on your way to Home Dept to save some $$$. I came in for a nice discontinued Hampton Bay fan they posted on OfferUp...and walked out with low-voltage landscape lighting, Orbit irrigation valves, a Scotts manual lawnmower, Ryobi electric weed-whacker, closet organizer, etc. They also have scratch and dent appliances, bathroom vanities and glass shower sliding doors, etc. Beware that the listed prices are not much lower than retail, but if you haggle with the owner, he will concede to lowering them substantially.

Horrible experience. Before we purchased a stand alone tub, my husband asked several times their return policy. The tub ended up not fitting our restroom and when we tried to return the tub, they wanted to charge a 20% restocking fee. This was never mentioned when my husband asked. The sales person who helped with the purchase simply said it’s stated on your receipt.

My previous post was deleted. I bought over $400 there. Some things didn’t fit or were missing parts (most products sold are previously returned to DIY stores) there is a 20% return fee so be aware of that. The issue is one product was missing parts and they said how do they know I didn’t keep it (felt like I was accused of lying). The other part didn’t fit so they said it was my fault for not knowing better. I paid 20% for return and left. I found out later when I went to install a facet that it was broken and I had to glue it together. Just be careful what you buy there and make sure you never have to go back

I have purchased privacy door locks, thermostats and building tools, there are amazing and almost 50% cheaper than other home improvement stores like HomeDepot or Lowes . They advertised brand new, unopened airless paint sprayer so I went to pick it up. However, when I opened the box, it was used and opened. I drove 20 miles and paid tolls to this ghetto for the clerk to tell me he cant give me any compensation or discount. What a terrible organization. Do not go here! Dont let them rob you for your money.

Never been here before but their advertising on Craigslist is the most annoying thing I have ever seen. Talk about desperate. Was searching for a deal on a used tool but couldnt make it past all their posts about freaking vanities. Terrible desperate salesmen. I will never travel to this store for this reason.

Okay now these people are just very rude. Also they have a clearance place in the back, and they have these locks that says you can hook it up to your Bluetooth on your phone to unlock it but do not bother because in the whole building there, they dont have any keys for the locks and apparently although the lock says it hooks up to Bluetooth it doesnt..... I dont know we asked the employees that work there but it just seemed they didnt want to sell anything to my family or help us. Also the prices are outrageous. One of their mirrors thats what seventy something or higher priced, you can find almost the same one at your local WalMart, Target, even the family dollar maybe thats next door for alot more cheaper. I found a mirror that was about 600? And my family went next door to the family dollar and found a mirror that was bigger and was the same color for thirty bucks. I really wouldnt come here but if you do dress to impress and be sure your single because theyre more nicer if they know youre not with anyone. I dont mean to sound ridiculous but honestly, living in Orlando for four years and not once have I met such ride, racist people ever.
