Honestly, the workers were nice but me and my family received horrible customer service from Carolina Matehus. We called her back because the sink had fallen and the cabinets drawers wasn’t properly put on. We called just to let her know and she just gave us an attitude, lied to us and was being disrespectful. Its just too much to go into details on what took place. I said to myself Let me look at the reviews, sure enough everyone is saying a lot of good things about Carolina Matehus. I am sure she is not always like this but for some reason when dealing with us she was very rude. Maybe she was just having a bad week I really don’t know. I hope no else got treated like this. May God continue to bless you and your business Carolina Matehus.

My wife an I went to the Amazing Cabinet Store looking for new bathroom cabinets and countertops. They had a wonderful selection of Ready To Assemble cabinets that we could order and build at our house.Building the cabinets was straight forward, and I only had to go back to them because the middle drawer came with the wrong sliding hardware. Not only did they swap it out with no questions asked, but they even installed it in the drawer for me. If you do not have the tools or time to build your own they also offer to build your cabinets for you. Either way that you decide to go, you will not be disappointed in the final product.The counter top we decided to go with was made of quartz. It is beautiful! With the wonderful Ogee style edge it adds a nice finish to our bathrooms. It was installed quickly and professionally. Since it was cut to measure I was even able to get them to offset the sink from the middle of the cabinet so we could make sure the sink center fell in line with the light and mirror centers.I was able to take my measurements and ideas for my bathrooms and I got advice and wonderful customer service from the moment I stepped in their door. I highly recommend checking them out if you are looking to buy new cabinets or countertops for your kitchen or bathrooms.

We love our new Kitchen! The crown molding is a must have finishing touch. Soft close drawers and pull out shelves also make using the kitchen a dream. The team was great to work with our schedule and coordinating with tile flooring contractors for the kitchen. The price was affordable and lower than other vendors for quality workmanship. This company is AMAZING! I had them do both my bathroom vanities. They completed the work in less than 10 days. Prices are good and Carolina is very knowledgeable. She keeps you up to date the whole process, and is always available for any questions. All the employees who came to my house were great and respectful. I will use this company on my kitchen project next year. I recommend them 1000%. Let them give you a quote before you start any kitchen/bathroom projects!

Carolina was very easy to work with and always accessible by phone and email. The installation team was professional and the price was unbeatable. There were a few hitches, the installation was meant to be completed in one day but one of the pieces came damaged and they could not get back out for a week. Then the wrong piece was installed so I waited another week. Then they didnt come . . . and finally came the next day. It took three weeks which was a little frustrating since it was meant to take a day but they included the beautiful handles for free and were very apologetic. Overall, I would recommend working with them.

I WILL NOT be using Amazing Cabinets service again! Carolina lacked an overall attention to detail and she seemed rushed and unorganized. I informed her three times that I wanted a full bull nose (via email, via text and again, face to face). As you may have guessed, I did not get the full bull nose … and all I received was sorry my mistake. She also readjusted by invoice by $200.However, the countertop installers; Hector and Fernando did a great job! Energetic and focused.

I normally don’t write reviews, but Amazing Cabinet Store did a MARVELOUS job re modeling our kitchen! And they are truly a lifesaver! Our kitchen was literally demolished and in need of reconstruction; the company our insurance recommended was very unprofessional. Carolina and her team worked seamlessly with our insurance company, offered a great price, and truly made our dreams come true! You are truly a blessing! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Well where do I start, this could be a good business but I had a horrible experience with Carolina specifically. I cannot express my dissatisfaction with her lack of customer service. She will just would hang up on you if she doesn’t want to deal with a question or problem. I paid in full up front, HUGE mistake. Only upon completion of the installation did we realize, there are no drawers for utensils in our kitchen. There was poor communication from the start, causing an outlet for the microwave to be installed in the wrong position (per her advice). Also, she told us to buy pulls but failed to tell us we needed the sink onsite during install. I had ample time to have done so had I known. Then she tells us she did say to have it, basically calling us liars. You think I wanted to wait an extra week without my kitchen and having only 1/2 of the cabinets installed?!?! Do some research and you can buy the cabinets yourself from the supplier and have an installer come put them in for you, allowing you to save her middleman “fee”. I wish I could leave zero stars. There was no follow up afterwards to ensure we were happy or anything. Not once did she apologize or offer to try to come up with a solution to ANY of these issues.*Response - “unfortunately” ? First of all, why would it be unfortunate for my girlfriend to be involved with a kitchen you are installing cabinets for? In HER house, as in YOUR customer!! My girlfriend, speaks your native tongue, therefore as a favor to you I allowed her to speak with you directly as to avoid any confusion. I had forgot to mention your negligence in measuring the vent for the a/c and now I have a upper cabinet that doesn’t open, perfect. Yes, you “completed” your job. Notice there is never an apology or any attempt to correct this folks? This is what you can expect from this business. Just blame and excuse making “unfortunately”.

This company is one of the best I have dealt with. The quality of their products is excellent and their pricing is the best. Though there were some minor delays in completing the project I am still giving them 5 star due to how they value customer satisfaction. We worked with Carolina and she was very responsible and made sure we are very happy with the work. Excellent customer service!!!

This company is amazing, as in their name. We had a difficult project per many vendors in Orlando, simply because it was modern, but this company welcomed it and did all they could to make sure it was exactly what we want. They even checked for the cabinets with a distributor outside of the US. What I like the most is that they are honest about their expertise & what they know and also wont leave the site until you are 100% satisfied. The project turned out great! Its our favorite room in the house. Thanks to Carolina for being very committed and making sure we were happy!

They are by far the most customer service orientated company I have dealt with in Florida. I called on Monday, they came and looked at the job I had for them 2 hours later. Gave me a very reasonable price and came back on Wednesday to complete the job. This was on short notice as the original install was set for Friday. BEST COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH IN ORLANDO BY FAR. Carolina is very courteous and professional, as well as her husband and other employees. Great to find such an awesome family run business.

I drove an hour and a half both ways twice (Because I changed my mind plenty of times) The first trip I went to a larger cabinet store ( Leaving it unnamed) The larger store felt like a thrift shop with teenagers running it.. Since I was so far from home, I looked on the internet for another cabinet shop around where I was close to... SOOO Glad I did! Amazing Cabinet Store is by no stretch the correct name for this place! Amazing personable service by people that absolutely know their stuff! I absolutely love the quality of their product! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. They first did our laundry room by putting up cabinets and making a custom granite sink. I was so impressed with their work, we asked them to make stackers to raise the cabinets to the ceiling for the kitchen. Top notch work again. They also installed backsplash tiles for the kitchen. It looks great. And finally we asked them to make a custom linen cabinet for the master bath to our specs. Once again, it came out flawless. Carolina and Carlos were professional from start to finish.

Finding this business was a blessing. I had purchased a new home and wanted to remodel the kitchen before moving in. I had gone to Home Depot and Lowes and was told that it would take months to get new cabinets and countertops. The estimates that they gave me were also very expensive. I found Amazing Cabinets online and called Carolina who met with me within a day at her showroom. I chose the cabinets and countertops that I wanted and they were installed within a WEEK!! It looks amazing and they are true professionals. The rest of my renovations are not going as smoothly but thank goodness that I found this company to do the kitchen!!
