Dont go here. Wayyy overpriced and they are unwilling to match competitor prices. Andis T outliner cordless clippers for 129.00 on Amazon and this business sells them for 179.00. I asked if they would match the price and they said they wont. This place is taking advantage of customers in the area who arent willing to find other options. Id recommend finding another place with realistic prices that match the actual market value for these products.

I have been in the world of hair since I was like 17...and this is the biggest store I have been in my life.....the owner and their workers are polite and professional..loved it

I worked here for a year and a half. The pay does not exceed $10 and you do not get commission. Breaks are 15 minutes or less. Certain people can sit down and rest on the clock when others can not. They show a great deal of favoritism to their own kind. I also got tired of hearing a specific person in their family say the N word, even after I had told them not to say it.

Very efficient place to pickup your beauty supplies for men and women. I restock for my shaving supplies from here. The staff are nice too!

They sell false wigs. They sold me a “100% human hair” and when I went to flat iron it and the hair was melted all over my flat iron. When I called the store to express my concern the employee said I shouldn’t straighten my wig passed 450 because I wouldn’t do it to my own hair. Well obviously that’s why I bought a wig. Regardless if I’m straightening it passed 400, “real hair” wouldn’t melt off. She told me to pass by the store in the morning and speak to the owner. When I got to the store the owner wasn’t available and said they didn’t know when he would return. The other 2 employees told me there is nothing they can do and said it melted because of the texture. They have 0 knowledge about hair and heat and what’s real vs what’s fake. They care about the sales more than they do about customer satisfaction. Do not recommend.

Its ok... like a hit or miss. The wigs are reasonable but not necessarily quality. So, if youre looking for something quick that will do temporarily. This is the place. They dont have some products so I wish they could be a little more accommodating and order it for you so you wont have to go anywhere else. Staff is pretty nice and provides good customer service.

If I could give it a zero, I would. I just spoke to them on Thursday, for several minutes, verifying that they had a specific brand. The attendant that I spoke to seemed rushed and like she didnt really care while I was on the phone, but none the less, I kept her long enough to verify that they had not only a certain brand but also the price, the color, and the length. She verified several times to me over the phone that they did in fact have that brand for the various prices, length, and color. I had an expensive appointment scheduled for Saturday and trusted that they were good for their word, and timed myself accordingly. As soon as I got there, the attendant acted like I was speaking a different language when I asked for the hair they had JUST verified they had! Talk about BAIT and SWITCH! They ran around for several minutes trying to figure out who I talked to, show me other brands, etc, until finally at this point I am late for my appointment and ask them do they have it or do they not, and they admit they dont. I could have ordered it in time had they just been honest when I called them. Instead I was late to my appointment and without the correct extensions. I will be telling everyone I know to avoid this place at all costs. There is NO excuse for flat out lying to your customers to try and make a sale!!!

They dont have a large selection. I can tell their main distributor is Model Model. However, once you know what to expect, its not bad at all. Its hard to find a beauty supply store that has everything you need, especially on this side of town. So, I appreciate the selection and the service. If theres anything I need that they dont have, theres always Amazon and the West side of Orlando.

I decided to give you guys a try today and was disappointed. From the moment my sister and I walked in we were ignored. After someone finally came to help us and gave us the products we wanted to PURCHASE we were treated like criminals. You called your security to watch us and then when we got to the register you were actually shocked that we were going to purchase that expensive hair. Still after I pulled out the money to pay for the hair you felt it was counterfeit and decided to mark every single bill before we walked out. My sister recommended you guys, unfortunately she was wrong.

The prices are HIGH here. I came here for crochet hair that I saw online. They had the hair but the price was more than double. I went to a few places on John young, they had the same hair for a much more reasonable price and more of a selection, so it was worth the drive.

Not my first choice for a beauty supply store but when you live on the East side of Orlando, options are limited. Overall they have a basic selection of products and hair but my issue is with their customer service. The employees arent very knowledgeable about their selection and the overall customer service needs to be better. One employee is running around helping everyone while the other 2 are conversing or walking around.

Not very knowledgeable about hair care products.( Why work there if you dont have a clue?) Only one staff member is willing to help while others talk. Some products are old and spoiled. Inspite this, they are very nice, but nice can only take you so far without intelligence and knowledge.

I just called to get information on their nail selection and the women i just spoke to literally seemed like she was not interested in anything i was saying. & when she put me on hold i heard her out the phone down and tell another person “ i don’t understand what this lady is telling me, answer the phone.” When she spoke pretty clear English so I’m confused ?

This store caters to Hispanics more than Blacks. They lack when it comes to natural hair textures/products. Last time I came to this store they did not have Marley braiding hair. Also, on separate occasions I bought thread for a sew in and the thread was so weak. I could literally rip it apart and another time I bought glue for a quick weave and the glue was completely dried out. This store lacks quality, customer service, and they overcharge. I rather drive to OBT or Pine Hills for better quality and selection.
