By far the best place Ive been for a hair cut n then got amazing lotus by the talented staff. Great atmosphere. Wonderful prices. So detailed and you can feel the pride in the work they do. Highly recommend.

Visiting Orlando and dropped in for a cut this morning mostly because it was only a few minutes from my hotel. Got a cut from Jay and he did a great job! The guy made me feel right at home and is open to discussing anything in his chair. Just a good dude. Cut was fantastic too, and he made sure it was just what I wanted. Easy 5 star visit for me.

Christian was fantastic! Been years since I’ve gotten a hair cut and was really nervous. He was patient, had good ideas, and helped me figure out what I needed. Everyone there was great. Definitely going again.

She performed a phenomenal skin fade,straight razor shave, hot towel treatment, an shoulder massage! I give this place a 10/10 in all categories. Walked in on a slow day and was not even approached or acknowledged while waiting 30 minutes for the 1 of the 3 barbers who were just sitting in the chairs on their phones. They walked past me multiple times while heading out front and didn’t say a word.

If you wanna great haircut ask for Joel. All barbers are great here, however he is the best in my opinion, always cuts great and is an easy guy to speak with about any subject. Very knowledgeable about what he does and I have ALWAYS walked away with a smile from a job well done.

They charged me $30 just to shape up my beard. The place is so expensive and the service is very bad.

Took my two boys in to get their haircut on our last day of vacation. Place was nice, clean and the staff was very friendly. They were taken at the same time and the amount of time and detail the two employees took to cut their hair was fantastic. Typical cuts. No one acknowledges customers as they walk in. No sign in sheets. Barbers sit in chairs and turn away clients to go home early or go smoke out front or go to the store.

The shop had a great atmosphere. You can tell the people working there love what they do. Eddie did a fantastic job with my hair. Lots of cowlicks, hard to cut. Made me look fantastic and did a great job lining up my beard. Ill be going back.

Yo guys! You need to check out hair genius barber shop. My man Eddie the barber hooked it up with the sick fade and bread trim. He left me fresher than spring showers. You guys won’t be sorry. Great atmosphere and people to be around. They also play some great tunes to hear. Definitely a mixed variety.

Just had my hair cut yesterday. I dont remember his name but hes done a much better job with my hair and beard than the barbers that Ive been going to. Good and reasonable pricing and thats saying something because some places charge exorbitant amounts for cutting hair or a beard (like 20 bucks for a beard trim is ridiculous!). Cool vibes, staff and you cant go wrong with them. Will definitely come back again when Im in the area

I dont really know much about hair or hairstyles. Going to Genius was the first time I left a barber totally and completely satisfied. Not just satisfied but excited. Excited I had a style when I usually just ask for a trim, short on sides. The barbers at Genius, Monty specifically is an artist. A genius. He took my boring request and turned it into, in my girlfriends words, the best haircut youve ever had. And now she wont stop touching my hair. Be smart go to Genius.

Man I was in town visiting from PR. Let me tell you one thing one of the best experiences I have ever gotten. And I’m not just saying this I’m a barber to and this dudes are at a whole different level. Everyone said hello when I got there, the music was great, the atmosphere was popping, everyones haircuts were dope. And I got a hot towel with a massage at the end of the cut. Super relaxed after I left. If you are in FL and you don’t visit this shop you did not go to FL let’s just say that. Deff go check them out.

I was very disappointed with my haircut, the woman that cut hair act as if she didnt know how. It was worth the drive nor $30 bucks. Thats my opinion though, go check them out they do keep a good sounds track.

I just moved to I-Drive, and stopped in one night to ask questions. They assured me that every barber in there establishment was 5 stars. A few days later I stopped in. No one acknowledged my presence for an hour. 5 barbers, two waiters. No kind of customer service. Then someone finally asked, can I help you. I told him specifically in detail, how to cut my hair. He **** my hair up bad, and my line up looked like a stop sign. I found a shop in kissimmee and they fixed everything. Also, did my brows, face, and blowout for half the price of hair genius. The price doesnt matter, I usually tip what the cut cost. I will definitely not be returning.

Me and a friends went to get a haircut at this place on the 02/14 and we were totally mistreated by the employees. After I got my haircut he asked me if I wanted to wash my hair and I asked him just to rinse it with water to remove the hair that wasn’t removed with the blowdryer. The hairdresser who was cutting my hair (William) said that we could certainly do that without mentioning that actually that would cost me 10 dollars more. I only realized that when I went to pay and instead of the 25 dollars that he told me at the beginning he charged me 35 dollars. I try to argument that I had not been informed about this additional cost and that he did not do the service they were charging me since it was just rinsed with water no shampooing at all. At this point the guy at the register started to be EXTREMELY GROSSY and RUDE with me and my friend. Another hairdresser got into the discussion trying to argue that this is how the business works! My friend and I tried to explain to them that this wasn’t fair, but we were afraid that we would be beaten up by the exalted employees. When we left the hairdresser came to the door and cursed at us in the middle of the sidewalk. An extremely difficult situation. I do not recommend going to this place unless you’re willing to pay whatever they will charge you!

I went for a haircut as a walk in, one of the employees ask me if I have an appointment while sitting on a chair not even trying to get up and start asking me what do i need to be done to my hair, which seems kind of weird and make me feel like he is interviewing me, so I was like never mind and walked out . So for that person you need to get your customer service manners checked first before you start cutting hair and you could say that you have no opening at that time and remember you are just a person that cut hair with all my respect to the other stylists out there I appreciate you and you are not a surgeon to ask me all those questions!

Hair cut ok but terrible serviceI went to this barbershop today with a friend to get a haircut and the first question we asked as soon as we walked in was about the price. The guy sitting at counter told us that the haircut was 25 dollars and since we work at Disney we would get 5 dollars discount so my friend agreed with the price and Willian was responsible for cutting it. After he finished he asked my friend if he wanted to wash his hair and my friend friend only asked for a quick wash with water, not even shampooing or anything. Literally just to remove the hair that was still sitting in his head and neck, something that should be included in any haircut price. When we finally when to pay the haircut that was supposed to be 20 turned out to be almost 29 dollars simply cause he said that the since he washed he would have to pay 10 dollars more but with our Disney discount it would be 7! 7 DOLLARS JUST TO WASH HIS HAIR WITH WATER, NO SHAMPOO OR ANYTHING! That would be fine if Willing had told us that but no he didn’t instead he made it sound like it was all part of the package! When we tried to tell them that this wasn’t fair cause they should have told us before the only thing we got as an answer was: Well this is how this business works! We charge for everything extra but is up to you to ask for the price since they just offer in a way that it looks like is for free when it actually it is not! Moreover when Willian tried to say something cause he also agreed that they should charge for the washing since it was only water the guy at the counter said it in Spanish to him something like drop it! He already payed for it! BE SURE THAT IF YOU GO TO THIS PLACE THEY WILL TRY TO OFFER YOU THINGS IN A VERY DISHONEST WAY LIKE IT IS FOR FREE BUT AT THE END YOU WILL BE CHARGED! On top of that it doesn’t matter if you wanna try to argue with them cause they wouldn’t listen!

I was very disappointed. I thought I would have the best haircut of my life. 😭 I gave the staff the instructions and he was like “i got you” and I said okay but it turned out to be the other way around. I have two suggestions in mind, 1st is that when you’re unsure pls ask and 2nd listen with your ears, not with your mouth. Gawddd i’m so unhappy right now, this shop ruined my self esteem.

Made an appointment for 1 o’clock, they forgot about me until 2pm then they cut a birth mark / freckle on my neck during my haircut that was easy to see. Not going back
