I have the dragon shears and its the best I have ever had!!

Shears are only bending the hair and notCutting. I keep calling and received no answer. I purchased at Orlando premiere and I wasted my money! Now I have no shears for clients!

Definitely disappointed in my purchase. Bought 2 pairs of shears, one cutting & the other texturizing. Visited the booth at Priemiere Hairshow. Had the owner adjust my cutting shears...they were pushing the hair & not cutting (Ive only used them for less than 6mths) so I knew they couldnt be dull. They were too loose. I had both shears so owner said hed look at my texturizing shears too. Ok, no problem. Well when I got to work to use them...shears still pushing the hair & my texturizing shears wont close. Cant use either one. Ive emailed & NO RESPONSE. Finally decided to find their local location to NO AVAIL. Called NO answer. You keep getting redirected to hit buttons. Im so disappointed & feel as if I threw $600 away. Maybe this review will get me some action. Definitely will think twice about recommending or if at all, even though they were recommended to me.

Don’t waist your money with them. They are not professional and totally irresponsible with their clients.
