Are you debating a vacation cut and trim? DO IT! Ive taken my son here for multiple dramatic hair cuts, and they always treat him like family. My dad is also sure to swing by this location any time he wants a clean look. Im so impressed with the level this staff listens and assists. My son likes his hair a little longer, and weve had plenty of barbers cut his hair too short. Not here. Here they make sure you are leaving happier than you came in.

I stopped by while on vacation, and beyond due for a haircut and shave. I asked about their services and they offered to take me as a walk in. The wait would only be a few minutes. However I was told that there would only be time for one service - a haircut and no shave. That sounded reasonable. When it was time for my haircut, my barber Sam welcomed me and once we got started, Sam determined that he had time to offer me a shave after all.Sam is a professional from start to finish. He was confident and talented. He also has a great sense of humor. I had a pleasant experience in the chair and I was impressed with the finished product.While I was waiting for Sam in the Art of Shaving store, Terrance took the time to educate me on the benefits of some of the shaving products available. He was so informative and patient. I appreciate him keeping me company for a few minutes. He also spoke with Sam to ask him to consider adding a shave if there was time.My entire visit was a rare Customer Service experience. Im glad I stopped by.

I had left an unfavorable review based on my experience with one of the products purchased, a small, $32 detailing razor.Returning to the store, and after speaking with George, who instructed me on setting up the blade, I returned to this review board to update my review, only to find that it has been pulled._It was my plan to change my 1 to a 5._Seeing that Art of Shaving seeks to hide my reviews inspires this 2* rating, with my experience with George being the ONLY saving grace here.I wont be returning.

Got my first ever beard trim today by Samuel. Absolutely perfect experience. Felt like a male spa day and he was professional, welcoming and easy going. 10/10 recommend.

Very cool straight razors and shaving supplies and can last you up to 15 months.

Barbers are excellent! Management not so much. Leaving 3 voice mails in 2 consecutive days trying to get an appointment with no follow up was unprofessional. Talking to the assistant manager about the problem in person was very disappointing as the excuse was “we get busy”. Hope my conversation will lead to better customer service.

I went in for a simple haircut and was charged like... 50$ for a sub-par haircut. Ive gotten better at a SuperCuts before. Not worth it at all.

Made appointment for the Premium Shave. Benny was fantastic and so worth the time and money. Great products, Great Shave! If you have a little extra money and some extra time while in Disney Springs...highly recommend dropping in for a premium shave.

Great experience and highly recommended. I booked an appointment a couple of days in advance and when I turned up I was greeted at the door and then introduced to the barber who would be performing the service. Can’t remember the guys name but think he said he was from New York. Absolute craftsman you could tell he enjoyed what he did and made it a very relaxing experience. Will visit him again next time I’m in Orlando

Best haircut ever by Benny!! Love this place, everyone is so courteous and helpful!! Love the comfy leather seating and the interesting books they have for you to read and browse through. They always offer a complimentary beverage while waiting. The steaming facial towel with Lemon feels incredible which is also included in the haircut. Will continue to see Benny every two weeks, wouldnt go anywhere else!! Thanks guys, phenomenal service!!

The shave was a 5 star, but I give it 3 because of all the selling they do while giving the shave. Its constant telling you want they are using and how much it is, and what the sale price is, and the discounts... its on and on and on. I dont think I would go back just because of the constant hard sell. Try showing the products before and after the shave, but leave people alone to enjoy the experience. With tip I paid $105 for a shave, so let me enjoy it...

Outstanding had full head and beard shave by Andrea. A very professional job, made to feel totally at ease while an expert went to work. Best 75 minutes of my holiday and thats saying something in Florida. Will be back, highly recommend.

After reading some reviews about this place we were a little bit skeptical, however we had a great experience. Made an appointment for my boyfriend. The appointment was on time. The barber was Jeremy. He is working with the company since 2015. He is the master of his craft. My boyfriends haircut looks amazing. If you are seeking for professional haircut, I definitely recommend Jeremy as a barber.

They trimmed my hair. Just... trimmed it. And then charged me FIFTY DOLLARS. 50$!!! I couldn’t even believe it!What pirates! Go anywhere else.

Great shave and a hair cut. A lot more expensive than two bits.This is a “Treat Yo-Self” experience. You can probably create the same cut at a local barbershop but the spa portion is very nice just not necessary unless you are looking for a spa experience. Even then. It’s expensive.

Not only did they take a walk in before me but 40 minutes after my appointed time, I was still sitting there waiting.I drove to Disney Springs on a Friday night, paid for valet parking, and wasted my time with no shave. I specifically asked when I arrived 10 minutes early if they were running behind. They told me they were right on time. I was then told that they were running 10 minutes behind but they were finishing up. 40 minutes later, I walked out.They need to learn time management, and that appointments should ALWAYS be taken before a walk in. I cant honestly say if the shave is good, bad, or indifferent, as I couldnt get one - even with an appointment.I love everything Disney, but this place needs to close down as they have Zero customer Service and dont care. They will have 50 walkins to take the place of those of us with appointments and will continue to treat guests poorly. Make changes and honor your customers with appointments or close shop and go away!

Good products but need to double check if going for any packages because what you think your getting and told comes with deal actually doesnt. found pk of blades missing which we were told came with the heated razer plus depends on brush you pick as well we were unaware of this only was new when bill came to 391 instead of 257. Told 2 different things from members of staff .

Wow! Ive got to say this has been the BEST straight razor shave and haircut Ive ever had! Edwin, the master barber, educated me, provided some great laughs, and most of all, knocked the service out of the park! I recommend this location to everyone whos looking for the best in Orlando. Ive found my go-to barber!

I started out the day with an awful experience at another barber shop (a beauty salon actually), and I wanted to redo my haircut. I happened to pass by this place but what I got was exceptional service and by far the best haircut Ive ever had. I can still smell that amazing towel thats included in the haircut. Then, I was tempted to do my beard. My face feels like a babys bottom and my beard has never felt better. After it was all done, the price was very lofty but it was a great experience that I probably wont repeat again.

I give the shave 5 stars, but the haircut 1 star. Butchered my hair and didnt listen did what I wanted .Great shave, but constant pushing/selling products got REALLY old! I would go back for the facial and shave, but would never get my haircut there again. Besides the horrible haircut, it was an experience and enjoyed everything else . Products were average at best.

Andrea is truly what you call a master barber. I really don’t know how else to say it besides just outright saying she is the best. She is the only person I know that is a stylest and barber. She can fade you up, however if you are looking for a new style up top she is great with scissors. I am very very picky with my hair, and have gone to many other places to cut my hair, however I keep finding my way back to Andrea. A haircut is a funny thing, it requires a lot of trust, and I have the upmost trust and confidence that after I finish with one of Andrea’s cuts, my hair will look it’s best it will until the next time I get a haircut from her. I trusted Andrea with my haircut for my wedding, before family reunions, Christmas Day and job interviews. Trust me, you won’t regret it. And besides all that, she is an amazing story teller and conversationalist. Till the next cut!

We had to wait a few minutes for assistance (busy during holidays), but the wait was well worth the service and advice given to my husband and young adult son. Great selection of mens shaving products for Christmas.

Products were good, the service was great but the subscription will not stop. I stopped it on-line and still received products, I called for a return and they didnt include all of the products or a return label. I called back again and never received anything as promised.

I called The Art of Shaving at 12:48 pm today and inquired if they offered beard trims. I was told yes and that an appointment was not necessary to come right in. I arrived about an hour later and was not greeted at the door. However, I proceeded to ask for a beard trim for my boyfriend who is in a wheelchair. The young man said he would check if there was anything available. After pretending to look in a book, he returned to say that nothing was available. I remarked to him that I had called earlier and he asked if I had gotten the answering service. I replied that I had spoken to someone. This lack of service was disheartening and disappointing. Is this a case of discrimination against the disabled? One wonders!

I just finished with my haircut here today, Andrea gave me an excellent haircut and she even squeezed me into her schedule when she was busy all day, and she definitely deserved the big tip, I will recommend anyone to go to her.

My receipt shows I was charged $1 for a reusable tote. I was not asked if I wanted to purchase the dumb thing and it’s in the garbage! Very sneaky salesman.And my husband won’t use the brush because it stinks.

The staff was very friendly and great at explaining the products, the store was nicely kept and we purchased one of he sets that was on sale! Great experience, will probably be back for future gifts.

This is the best place to go to get a amazing shaving

My wife went in to purchase some products for me. She was ignored by the register employee in a virtually shopperless store. When she was able to get the employees attention, she was told that there was no stock in the particular products, and, then promptly ignored again.

Absolute joke of a place. ZERO customer service. Will NOT answer the phone. Will NOT return calls. Four hours later I arrived after calling three times and leaving a message, three “workers” and one customer. There employees leaning on the counter. Finally acknowkeled me and asked could they help me. I asked for a shave and I was told first available time was 9 pm which was more than four hours later. I said that’s too late. Told them I wish they could answer a phone or return voicemails. They told me there were too busy to which I told them “for four hours? And you’re standing around now? I’ll just shave myself”. As I turned the female employee said “who cares”. Terrible place to which I’d never recommend and will never go back. Pathetic.

We stopped by because my husband wanted to see their products and then we realized they had an actual barbershop right next door. So I went in with my two boys who are 9 & 4 and we were greeted by a barber with the most professional, welcoming, and inviting appearance by the name of Edwin. He was also wearing the biggest and friendliest smile. I... Being crazy... Asked him if my boys could get their beard trimmed lol and he right away said of course and put my 4 year old on his beautiful barber vintage chair. Then he proceeded to give him the treatment of his life time which included a beard tream lol essential oils, a warm towel, lotion... I mean the whole treatment. My son was truly feeling like a million bucks. Then my 9 year old followed and he gave him the same amazing treatment. I mean both of my boys were feeling like men their chest was up to their chin!! Lol my husband and I videoed everything and laughed so hard. Then we asked Edwin how much we owed him and he said nothing. 80.... I mean... I know that none of that was part of his job but he went out of his way to give two boys an amazing experience for nothing in exchange... Which showed me that he loves what he does, that he has passion for what he does, and that he is not in it for the money but to give people an amazing experience!!Little boys dont get experiences like that... Little girls can get their nails done and hair done and stuff but theres nothing like that for little boys. So this for my boys was AMAZING!!! A million thanks Edwin... We will never forget that experience.

The shave was great but the price online was the same price on the door but when we talk to the guy he said it was more. $75 was a lot for full head but $100 was what they changed it too.

So it was my first time in Orlando, Disney Springs, coming from Dallas. Disappointed, online it says the store closes at 12 I rushed and finished eating to buy a gift to take back with sentimental value coming from Orlando, and NOPE, they were already closed by 11:40PM. Well if they close early, then maybe they should change the time on the website, and Google. False information!
