Horrible! I mean horrible! I don’t ever take the time out to do reviews but will to make sure no one gets scammed from this place.They over charge and place the charges more once everything is done.They mentioned it would only be $75 for motor mounts charged me $113 and lied about it but I have me receipt. Keep in mind the motor mounts were charged to my account but it was for my mothers car who paid way over $1000 prior to getting her stuff fixed with them.DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AGNER IS NOT TO FAR AWAY FROM THEM AND NEVER HAVE HAD THAT ISSUE.Sadly had to bring it to these scam artist as my car was over heating and they are 3 minutes away from my house.NEVER AGAIN.

Quality of work is terrible. Held the car for two days and still didn’t fix the issue. They have you pay for things you don’t really need then try to get you to pay for the real issue after you already shelled out a ton of cash for unnecessary work. What’s more surprising is we were referred to them by the military vehicle processing center. Very immoral and unethical.

I was so nervous and uneasy to go to a mechanic shop after various attempts and always left disappointed, and honestly found it really hard not to think this mechanic just wanted to charge me an arm and leg for something that I did not need. However I was pleased with the service provided and was explained every step of the way and additionally shown my old car part that was broken with out even asking!. My Chrysler Pacifica 2017 A/C gave up on me. Took 3 days and NO COMPLAINT. Working A/C for me and my babies. A mechanic in my area I could rely on?! Miracles do exsit! THANK YOU! Do I recommend? Yes.

I recently moved to the area and was finally able to try out my new neighborhood mechanic. Everything was great until I reviewed my bill with Angel. Apparently they charge $55 to pull a code, even if you have them fix the problem. Strange policy, I thought. Not going back.

For the past 3 years I have always taken my Cadillac to Key Auto Repair for service and it has always been great service. My truck is always fixed correctly the first time and the price is always good compared to dealers and other repair shops. I will always take my truck to Key Auto Repair for for service. I strongly recommend this place. The owner Mo always does a thorough check of my vehicle before it leaves the shop.

RUN!!!! They are SCAMMERS!! I went to this establishment because my car was making a loud noise underneath when I drove over 40 mph. I figured it was something severe so I told them they may have to do a diagnostic. Come to find out it was just a panel that fell and needed to be attached (maybe a few screws). I waited over a hr just to be told this and they charged me $97.00 for 15 minutes LABOR ONLY!! No actual parts were required (screws) This is higher than the BMW DEALERSHIP. Then he had the nerve to run my plates as if my BMW was stolen!! If your are looking for true repair shop this is not it ...DO NOT GO HERE!!! Trust ME!!! WILL NEVER COME BACK!! The 5 star reviews on here have to be FAKE!

I have taken my Nissan Murano a couple of times, I would recommend them because they seem honest and reliable, took away one star because they take too long, staffing issues, but that is understandable in todays market. Prices are competitive

Decent to good work, but pretty poor communication and a bad front desk experience, so down from four stars to three.*update* I was very surprised to get a VM from Moe (the owner and mechanic with whom Ive had great experiences) apologizing for my experience and letting me know that his staff had, since, been adjusted. Who needed to let me know? Thats just great customer service; back to for stars (would be five, but who likes going to and paying for a mechanic? ).

I took my Beetle for an alternator replacement, i was expecting my bill to be expensive because of how difficult it is to reach but i never expected to get a quote for $1,000. I had no choice but to take the car without fixing because no alternator costs $1000 to fix. Price around before settling in this place.

I’ve had several bad experiences here and will not continue to do business with them. They’re careless and do sloppy work that in some cases could have led to serious safety issues with my car. Management has an attitude of indifference when shown the issues with their work. Zero stars would be a more appropriate rating for this place.

I have been going here for several years with my cars and my wifes cars. prices are reasonable and if you have serious mechanical problems speak with Mo and explain with good detail what is wrong, he will figure it out and get you back on the road.

I originally took my VW to the dealership for a diagnosis and repair. Unfortunately the dealership did not fix my car correctly, told me I needed a new transmission and charged me an outrageous amount of money for their services. I then found Key Auto Repair and took my vehicle there to try and get it fixed correctly. I explained my situation to Mo (The lead mechanic/owner). Mo assured me that the issue with my car was not what the deanship said it was (the transmission). Within about an hour Mo was able to explain to me what the issue was with my vehicle and said he could have fixed within an hour. When everything was all said and done, I received a diagnosis, new battery and my basic settings restored to my vehicle. Mo saved me from having to buy a new transmission for my vehicle. The people who work at Key Auto Repair are extremely knowledgeable, respectful, and will give you the best price in all of Orlando, TRUST ME! I will definitely be taking my vehicle back to Key Auto Repair!!

I was a loyal Firestone customer. Until I was taken care of on the spot with an extremely short wait time for service and great customer service by the guy at the desk. It was slightly more pricey than Firestone but location trumps that for me specifically. Theyve earned my business.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! We were referred to Key Auto Repair by a friend. We took our vehicle there for an A/C issue. I spoke with Bill and explained the situation. He offered us a same day appointment. When we arrived we were impressed - the auto shop was pristine yet very busy (ever bay had a vehicle being serviced). Bill checked us in and introduced us to Moe, the owner. They asked us to give them a few hours to identify the issue. As promised, Bill called and gave us a thorough explanation, cost options and committed to completing the repair the next day. Thank you again Bill and Moe - we appreciate your promptness, patience, thoroughness, honesty and excellent quality / customer service.

Key Auto Repair got me in quick, fixed my issue immediately and had me back on the road in 4 hours. All other places in town said they would need to order the part and it would be a couple of days. Best auto repair I have ever experienced. My husband and I were on our way back home from Miami to North Carolina when our car broke down on the interstate. We called a few auto repair shops within 5 miles, but Key Auto Repair was the only one who was extremely helpful in helping us find a tow truck that wouldnt cost an arm and a leg and could accommodate our needs. When we got to the garage they took our car in immediately and began trouble shooting. Keep in mind that this was at about 4 or 4:30 and they were going to be closing soon. They found the problem and didnt have the part they needed, but they called around to their other stores and had someone rush the part over. They managed to get the part in and get the car running 20 minutes before they closed. They also didnt take advantage of us by trying to charge us a fortune it was a very reasonable price for the part and work they put into it. If I lived in Orlando I would definitely make this shop my number one auto repair shop.

Yes I had some car issues with my Nissan that needed fixed. I am a do-it-yourself person but decided it was a little too much for me.best thing about this place above all else is the honesty with the mechanics and not just me I overheard others in the waiting room as they discussed some of their issues with their vehicles.its great when you have outstanding honesty and great customer service!! you will not find the combination of great service and integrity in a mechanics garage now a days. Their pricing was fair as well. They fixed only what needed to be fixed- how refreshing! This place is the way to go if youre in South Orlando . Way to go MO!!!

Ive always had very positive experience with Key Auto. I am an independent luxury auto dealer and I take all of my cars to them for inspections and repairs prior to retailing vehicles. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen, they try to rip you off any way they could, they take your car for a simple fix and come back telling you you need to change half the car and they’d only charge 600 for some brakes and a tire.. when I said no that I didn’t want to pay that much and all I wanted a tire they proceeded to tell that I have to and that they already changed it when I started getting rude they said ok the car is ready you can come pick it up, to my knowledge today they tell me they don’t want to change my tire since they’ll probably only make 50 dollars rather than the 600 they wanted to rip me off for. Don’t recommend at all if you’re on a budget these scammers will try to take everything outta you for a simple tire fix

I had went in for an alignment and the tech showed me what was wrong with the car and what would start going bad. They did not try to up-sell me anything which shows their quality. Most shops try to up-sell everything but honesty goes a long way. Definitely would do business with them again.

I took my truck here for a repair. They called to say it was ready, but i could not picking up until the next day because they were closing. The next day (yesterday), called to say it was stolen. While i was making the police report, the rude lady working there said the surveillance showed someone getting quickly into the truck and accused me of giving someone a key to steal my own truck!! We do not even have a 2nd key for it, so to us it seems like someone from THEIR shop may have copied the key. Last night, we received a call from a tow yard in Kissimmee that they have the truck and we have to pay $165 to get it back! DO NOT GO HERE!!

It was a blessing to choose this place when I was broke down. Not being from the area and needing a new engine. They had an engine replace in my car in 3 days. Mo did not like the sound of the engine and sent it back. Found a new one with less miles cost a little more and we split the cost. I cannot say enough about Key Auto. I was in the waiting room with a lady to drives an hour to use their services. If I lived in the area this would be where I would take my car for service. Thank you Mo, Bill, Mrs Kahn

Bad service and very expensive.dont waste your time

Key Auto Repair told me my right high beam wasnt functioning properly and I needed to pay $80 for some kind of electrical inspection. I declined, went home, and troubleshooted it myself at home. Eventually, I looked in to the cars fuse box and saw that the 10A fuse for the right high beam was missing.Not to mention the premium valve caps for two of my wheels had been replaced with cheap plastic caps (although I suppose thats my fault for not taking them off before having them worked on).

Paid them to fix my truck. They didnt. Went back to give them a chance to make it right and while I was waiting past my appointment time he took another person in ahead of me. Now I got to go pay someone else to fix what I already paid them to do. Based on my experience instead of paying twice to fix your problem just skip these fools and go somewhere else!
