Fl Auto Services is Fantastic!!I came here after leaving a bigger rival tire company down the road. The other companies receptionist was rude and they told me it would take over an Hour!!! For a tire plug / patch????!!! Ridiculous ! I left right away and googled another company.That’s when I found Fl Auto.I run a tree business and when my trailer gets a nail on the way to the job-site, I need a quick solution. My time is valuable & I appreciated how The service guys were quick & extremely professional. I will always support small businesses especially ones like this who value customers, their time and wallet!!The only reason I’ve never been here is I live a cross town. I have a matt blue 98 civic daily / audio car. The cars extreamly old and means alot to me and alot of the bigger jobs like timing belt, water pump, full brake rebuild i cant do myself. Fl auto service & sales have been extremely good to me and my old car taking way more time and attention to detail then i ever expected with a more then reasonable price making sure the job gets done correctly. Ill definitely be coming back soon to slam the car and do the exhaust 👌👍.

Competency, quality, reliabilityWhen I visited their shop firstly I think - they cannot repair my car ( kia sportage 2005 )because there was misfire of cylinder 5. It may several reasons to get such issue. For determining the engine issue it took a time. But then the job was done! Highly recommend this guys. Thank you for fixing my car.

We stopped by FL Auto a few months ago to get air in our tires (purchased from a different shop) Nathan left such a good impression that we came back today and got the car serviced. I brought in my car for a diagnostic to which they first told me they couldnt read and I needed to bring it to one of my manufacturers dealerships. Then when I brought it back for them to fix the large cooling fan, they installed it wrong. They not only didnt bolt it correctly, they didnt even install it correctly as they didnt plug in the switch for both fans to fully operate. I currently work with mechanics so I had one of them look at the car for me and told me exactly what was wrong. When I brought it back to FL Auto and told them that information, I asked for the whole fan to be replaced as it had been damaged and was still under warranty-they wouldnt do it because it was still operable. Not to mention the fact they didnt even mention to me the small cooling fan wasnt working. Overall their work is sloppy and they are very unprofessional. You get what you pay for: cheap service.

On September 7, I went to FL Auto Service & Sales for an oil and filter change service. Within a few days while driving at night, the oil light came on. I stopped as soon as I could at a gas station, I checked the engine and I saw that there was an oil leak through the filter and also, when measuring the oil, the dipstick did not show anything. I added 1 quart to it and so it turned off the warning light. The next day, I called the mechanic and explained what had happened, but before taking the vehicle to be checked (already with the engine cold), I was able to verify that the filter was indeed very loose. Upon arrival and after completing 3 quarts the mechanic said that it was not because of the filter that all the oil was spilled. Despite this, the oil leak persisted for another day and I had to go back again, this time, to have the filter replaced. This is how the oil leak was stopped. As of today, the engine has not leaked oil again and the level remains within normal limits. In my opinion, the leak could have been caused by two things: poor filter installation (inadvertently), or the filter was defective at the factory. Anyway, in the end, I ended up paying for a simple oil change: $ 60.47- Oil and filter change service .............................. $ 38.00 +- 1 Qt. at gas station for leak ................................. $ 5.85- 3 Qts. extras for leak ......................................... $ 16.62What should I expect about it?....I lost a little money, but they lost a client.

It was amazing. Milton it is really helpful. There service is really good. We went with no car, in the worse situation, and Milton ran the extra mile and found the best offer for me and my partner. Always really communicative and honest. Also, they have an auto repair service next to them which helps more because they do the services as well for the cars. A good variety of cars and so far so good. No complaints at all. I would recommend it to anyone.

Really nice and professional folks, took my 1970 Chevy C10 for an alignment and a couple other services and they did an amazing job!! If you live close by I recommend doing your regular services with them!! Look for Nathan, he really goes the extra mile for you!!

Went here for a wheel alignment. I checked the pricing at a few places nearby before choosing to go here; their prices were competitive. The service was friendly and my car was ready for pickup a few hours after I dropped it off. I was particularly impressed by how the technician sent me an email with the detailed results of the alignment. His email included a note about how the caster cannot be adjusted on the Toyota Prius without adding an aftermarket adjustment bolt. The techs note by email made me feel like they genuinely cared about fixing my car instead of just getting it in and out as fast as possible. Service was bilingual (Spanish) and friendly.

Very satisfied with the service here! I went to the shop to get AC repair. I had no idea why the AC wasnt working. All I knew was that there was no cold air blowing. I went into the shop without a clue and I left with a full education of the process they go through to troubleshoot the issue and once they find it, the repair and cost. My AC is now blowing cold air after having the blower motor resister and and AC compressor replaced.The guys in the shop were very polite and professional! Ill definitely be going back!!!!

This place was so honest and nice! I was actually there on vacation from NC. On the drive down, my back brakes started making a horrible grinding sound. I Googled local places and found this place. Upon their free brakes inspection, they found that I needed back brakes and rotors. They had me in and out very quickly and with an unbeatable price.Highly recommend.

I am truly amazed of the customer services provided here as well as the quality of the work.Whenever going to a new mechanic I am always worried about mechanics trying to scam me out of my money and making problems where there isnt one.I didnt have to worry about that here in FL Auto service. Their more honest than Honest Babe himself. Plenty of times I came there thinking I was about to pay and arm in leg only for them to tell me there isnt a problem after checking my car and not charging me a dime.Theyve also saved me money as well. Theres been times where Ive come in thinking I knew the problem and tell them I need this problem fixed. Each time theyve always asked me if I was certain, go and check the car, and come back telling me what was really going on with my car and if I wanted them to handle it. I had a very pleasant experience. When I was trying to be alignment for my car, which was pulling to the right I took it here. For more than an hour 3 mechanics examined thoroughly if they could pinpoint exact cause/defect and tell me what it would cost. They came back and said that everything checked out to be okay and they could not figure out what to do they just returned me the keys and did not charge me a penny. this was to me a exceptionally honest way of treating a customer they where very polite and sweet and offered to help again if I bring the car back.

My mom was having a very bad time starting her car and we found out her key was so dull and because she was forcing the key in the ignition it ruined the inside of the ignition. They rebuilt the inside and fixed the issue and made us a new key. They were so detailed in letting us know the issues with the car. Helpful and respectful. Very grateful for them. A liar company, They charge for the service, they make you sign a document saying that you are satisfied, after this you can have access to the car (you will only take your car after signing the document) when you leave with your car you will notice that nothing has been done, you continue with the problem in the car and without your money, u can resort to the means to get your money back with your bank, But this liar, they have documents saying that you signed, and the bank will accept!!! fraudulent company, they do not put new parts that you ALREADY paid to have, they jerry-rigged the old one to run for one or two days more and you will continue with the problem, BAD company!! don’t do this with your car, because if you take your car in this place u will be a LOSER !! I tell you from experience with my WHITE MUSTANG !!!

Overall great service. I had my Oil & filter change + had my A/C fixed. They told me what was wrong (blown fuse) and even went out and got the part that day.Fiance just had her remote starter installed and it works beautifully. I took my car in for an oil change and because my car shakes even I reach 70 mph. I told the gentleman that and he checked my brakes and they charged for a tire rotation when I needed a balancing of the tires. I have never been to a shop that doesn’t balance when they rotate tires. Now the manager is telling me I have to pay for something they should have done in the first place! I told them I came to their shop because the reviews and he told me, “we ma’am we pride ourselves on customer service”. I’m disappointed and will not be referring them.

My daughter got 2 New tires and balance cost her $160 she left the shop and came home and got up for work and was sitting on a flat. She called the shop this morning and they told her how do they know she didnt put a nail in it like seriously what kind of question is that? I guess she had $160 to throw away ! Plus the lug nut is stripped on it. They told her to bring the car in ..ummm how she is sitting on a flat what part do you not understand plus we live a hr away. I do not recommend this place at all

2 broke down cars that have left me stranded to and from work in less then 30 days!!!! cost me over 1,000.00 in down payments and insurance and got fired from my JOB cause they are not reliable vehicles would NEVER buy a vehicle from this man milton again he doesnt care about your hardships or kids he told me I dont know what to tell you when I called crying cause I just lost my job cause the 2nd vehicle broke down a second time in less then 2 weeks of having it!!!! I went to this workshop to have my air conditioning checked and they made me wait more than an hour to tell me that the compressor was damaged. It should be noted that the revision costs $ 99.They gave me a budget in which only the compressor cost $ 550 and the total labor cost was $ 1016. And of course I was immediately offered to finance this repair, they didnt give me more options just that one.When I went to another workshop in just 5 minutes, they told me and they detected that the compressor was damage. I never told them that I had already checked the vehicle in another workshop and they didnt charge me for the review either. (It should be noted that in this first workshop they took an hour and that was reviewed immediately because they had the space and the technician available)I went to Autozone and bought the new compressor (AC compressor and whole kit) with a lifetime warranty for $ 300 and went to another workshop to have it installed, the total amount of the reparation including the labor cost was $560, That is half the price that these people were charging me.It is very sad how in this workshop they play with the need of the person.My personal recommendation is that you never go to this workshop Unless it is the last option on the entire planet Earth.—Fui a este taller para que me revisen el aire acondicionado y me hicieron esperar más de una hora para decirme que el compresor estaba dañado. I took my car here last Tuesday Oct 10 my sat in the parking lot in the same spot until oct 16.Never had been looked, I called and went by the shop multiple times to see what was going with my car because engine light was on and it was shaking really bad. I kept being told I call you but no one ever called me or looked at the car.I had to have it towed to another shop who looked at the next day.I gave them 2 stars because I have gone here before for an oil change and breaks and they did it quickly and at a reasonable price.I dont what happened this time they showed no since of urgency at looking at my car even diagnosing the problem. I just kept getting the run around, very disappointing I. I after meeting the owner that first timeI bought my car there I thought he seemed a lot more honest that a lot of these other mechanics out there but I guess not.

Worst place to ever get your car serviced. I went in using a groupon and they said one to one and a half hours only after they told me to go wait, and I asked how long it would be. 2 Hours later, they come in saying they were done but had been trying to turn off the oil maintenance required error on the screen. I said you could have told me, I know how so I did, then they said have a good day. I asked for a receipt of everything they did, and they said only no. I asked why not to get you bought it groupon as a reply. I get that I bought it groupon, but I still want a detailed list of everything done to my car... I wanna know the type of oil they used and EVERYTHING. I get groupons all of the time to get my car serviced at Valvoline and still get a detail of what was done. He said, your receipt is your groupon voucher listing. THAT only shows what they advertised... not what was actually done. I dont recommend this place to anyone. The purpose of a groupon is to get the business out there and show what they have to offer - they have nothing to offer.
