I am very satisfied with this dealership. We had absolutely no stress buying our vehicle. Our sales person Leo, was very helpful. He made sure I got the vehicle I wanted and that I was satisfied with it. He spent a lot of time explaining how everything works and helped set up my electronics. One of my pet peeves is not getting a timely call when the car is ready...not this time! Got both a phone call and a text at the estimated time of completion, so no wondering about it!

Staff and customer service is awesome. But Im slightly disappointed in everything else. I Inquired about a car earlier this week, filled out all trade information and was given an estimated trade-in value. I received an email with my deal and price and payment breakdown with trade. I wanted slightly more for my trade so I sent in email. I was told my request didnt seem unreasonable but needed to bring in my car. So i drive an hour, and they offer me 5k below the online offer. Then Im told the trade-in price is what they would sell it for on their lot. Just a huge disappointment. And very misleading.

My wife and I purchased a new 2022 Q3 a few weeks ago from Audi South Orlando. As soon as we entered the door, Leonardo Santos walked over to us to introduce himself. We were so comfortable with him that we quickly started exploring options to replace our current Mercedes lease, which was nearing expiration. We owned two Audis previously, and after 3 years with Mercedes, we knew it was time to go back to Audi.Leonardo was very easy to work with; no high pressure of the typical car salesperson stereotype. My service adviser was Danielle, she was the most professional, attentive service adviser that I have dealt with in quite some time. Further, she displayed appreciate concern for issues important to me. It is my genuine belief that she is an asset to the Audi staff and deserves praise and recognition for all that she does as an Audi representative.

This is my Audi Q3…For the past 7 months it’s has been in and out of the service department 6 times because it rains inside my car. You can imagine with rainy Florida summers that is everyday. They can never fix the same problem, it’s not even 2 years old. Audi South Orlando has been telling us for weeks they are working on an exchange, but still nothing. With a rain storm and a light show in my car it makes driving close to impossible. And they refuse to return our phone calls!

Customer service is always great. Manuel takes care of everything needed to make the customer feel well served. However, everything time I go I have the perception that their main goal is make the customer expend as much money as possible instead of procure the best for Audi owners. Since my car had 25 000 miles they are recommending replace tires and breaks. Which made no sense for me. I have many years driving and I have never replaced breaks or tires with less than 50k miles to any of my previous cars. I had BMW for many years right before I got my first Audi and I replaced its breaks at 70k miles the first time. Tires at 50k the first time. Now my car has 50k miles and still have same breaks and tires they wanted to replace 30k miles ago. Now I very sure it is the right time to replace them. The quote for tires and breaks is close to $4.000. I would love to trust whoever is taking care of my car service and being sure they are always giving me the best recommendations and not having the feeling they are trying to empty my walet instead.

All I will say is, make sure you carefully inspecting the vehicle your interested in. Anything you miss is all on you. They could care less. Go to Mullinax Ford of Kissimmee. Way better experience.

This was my first visit to Audi South Orlando. I was pleasantly surprised at the ease of setting up a drop-off time that fit my needs. The staff was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I especially appreciated Danielle providing me up front information about some difficulties the shop was experiencing at that particular moment. I also appreciated the Lyft service provided. My service was completed in a timely fashion and the pickup was as easy as the drop had been. Keep up the great service!

Im really disappointed. I spent more than 4 hours at this place last Thursday. They told me I should change one of my tires because I had a screw. But I decided to only do the oil change and tire rotation. I took my car to another place and they found that the tire was completely fine, that it had a little needle that never puncture the actual tire. Audi didnt even wash my car. I used to have a Mercedes and even to have my car checked they will clean it for me, and provided me a rental while they do the service. AUDI DOES NOT PROVIDE ANY OF THESE SERVICES.

My recent experience at Audi of South Florida was exceptional. Great customer service from Chris who was attentive and over communicated throughout the service. Also worth noting that there are COVID precautions being implemented at this location. Most employees and customers were wearing masks. There was even a social distanced waiting area. If you don’t want to wait, no problem. They’ll drop you off at the local mall and pick you up when you’re done. Service was top notch. I will be back to have my other Audi serviced here too.

Get there early ready to buy a car. Looking at a specific car. Talk to a salesperson who gives me mixed info about the car. He says he has to talk to another rep. Wait another 45 minutes to get to this guy. Finally they come back to tell me the car is sold. Waited an hour and a half for this. They don’t not care about ones time.

I purchased a Q3 here.. the salesperson James was very helpful and got all done quickly and explained me all the details about the car, the team was very delightful and very quick.. I had issues with my tag as I missed to pay a $14 toll fees but these folks were too fast and very impressive to get the tag transferred.

I was on the fence about buying an R8 but half way home I came to my senses. The sales team worked all night, constructed a deal that was favorable and delivered my new R8 to my door. Received my annual car service and everything was completed correctly and service team was nice and helpful. I was able to schedule a car to take home during my service so I could continue to work at home. Only downside was there was a delay so I had to come back the next day to pickup my car as it could not be completed the day I dropped it off. Otherwise, great service over all!

Very UnProfessional. There is no Customer Service. I am bringing up this issue with Audi Head Quarters so other customers dont end up the Victim.Paid $ 5000 in Repairs back in August 2021 and took Loan a Car. Returned Loan a Car in August 2021 with Gas as picked up. At the time of Returning the Car every thing was Satisfied. After two months now in October they charged for the Gas forcefully. Service Director Robert Grass didnt showed any professionalism or interest to listen or resolve instead stated thats the way they work. Its all about the Ethics to do what is right.

Completely disappointing. I’ve visited this dealership before and have always been attended by extremely attentive and professional personnel. Like many people these days, I was shopping for the best deal. I returned today to potentially get a value for my trade and seek options for leases & was attended by James. James was short, bothered and unprofessional. I’ve never dealt with anyone so sleazy and unpleasant before... not even at a used car dealership. It’s not the experience you’d expect from a luxury brand. I usually don’t write reviews but I don’t want anyone to experience what I experienced today nor do I feel that this is the service that Audi’s reputation is known for providing. Shopping for a new vehicle is already a stressful process and the last thing that anybody should feel is uncomfortable and ridiculed. If James wasn’t in the mood to attend anybody he could’ve said that and I would’ve scheduled an appointment for another day or with someone else. But sitting across from someone who was clearly uninterested in providing me with a service and more focused on dismissing me is unethical. Overall, I hope that this review can be a direct indicator to management of some employees lack of respect and customer service skills.

I’m very happy with my new Audi Q3. Shane, the sales person, was very professional and helpful. He made the whole transaction seemed very smoothly. Finance or leasing a new car can be very stressful and time consuming but at Audi South Orlando Shane and David ( the finance guy ) made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. I’ll definitely recommend Shane at Audi south Orlando if you are looking for a new car. He is not only a very cool guy but also very knowledgeable about the brand.

Ive been looking to lease a car for the past 4 months, and have had horrible experiences everywhere I looked because of the low inventories for cars right now. Audi South Orlando stood out from the minute I contacted them - Shane Kush was polite and helpful from the the beginning, and has made our lease experience outstanding. Bought a used car from their Auto Nation. The car was priced fairly and in good shape and as advertised. They were prompt to answer my inquiry and set up an appointment to view the car.However, once I arrived the salesman didnt seem very interested in the sale. They were unable to deal with my financial institution. I didnt bring a checkbook and they were unable to allow more than $3000 on a card. Had to drive an hour back to my house to get the checkbook. They said they closed at 8 so we made it back at 7:45 and then they made us wait 40 minutes to hand them the check.Salesperson gave my husband one key and said we would have to come back to get the other. Found out after the fact there was only one key anyway. They didnt care.End impression is that if you want a good deal and you dont care about being treated well while you are there, this place is fine.

It felt like a very typical car dealership experience. I didnt purchase the vehicle that I was interested in. The price shown online didnt include all of the exorbitant fees and taxes which tacked on roughly an additional $2000. That included a $549 fee for my tag/registration. I was told that if I transferred it, the price would come down by a couple hundred dollars. After doing some digging, I discovered that many dealerships charge less than $100 for a transfer. The dealer wasnt exactly pushy about it, but he definitely didnt seem to understand that I wanted to take some time to think about it and analyze my finances. He just kept asking questions and I felt like I couldnt leave. If a customer says they need to think about it, you thank them for their time and let them know that youll be available to help or answer questions.

I really like my Audi Q5, its easy to drive and modern style. The best service I have ever had during my purchasing car, the salesperson Shane Kush is the best even though he has only worked in the dealership for two months, hes so dedicated and considerate for the customer. Hes awesome!

What a great car buying experience. We stopped in knowing we were in the market for a new car but not really considering Audi. Our sales rep, Mackenzie Scott, quickly changed our perspective. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful walking us through the benefits and features of the A6. Brought a car to our house so we could test drive...fell in love. He searched the inventory in the US--found us our dream car and then worked a sweetheart of a deal to get that car into our driveway. We never felt pressured; always felt like the Audi team was looking out for our best interest. Finalizing the sale and picking up the vehicle was a dream. Mac walked us through the process and even presented the car with a big red bow. After we purchased he followed up with us and came out to the house to walk through all the features and make sure we were still pleased with our purchase. Soooo happy we happened in to Audi South Orlando and Mac walked up and offered to help.

The staff understands customer needs and lay out the pros and cons of their product very accurately so you can make an informed decision. Carlos is a delight to work with. He was patient & helpful. We felt very welcomed and comfortable around him & are very happy with our purchase.

Good service once I was able to talk to someone to schedule the service. I would call and get the main desk. She would transfer me to service, I would sit on hold then they would disconnect me. I tried emailing the Service Manager to complain and his email was discontinued. Once I finally was able to talk to someone I had to schedule more than a week out so scheduling and availability not great.

Very good service and professional staff that will make you feel right at home. Attention to detail on needed repairs.

Anthony was incredible!! He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles in inventory and helped me pick the one that met my needs. I got all the features I needed and more. He even got me out of my comfort zone a bit. I was going to get a boring color like black or white but he showed me that red Q3 and I was in love! He also showed me ALL the features of the vehicle I had chosen and didn’t let me leave with any questions about my new Q3. Usually when I buy a car I have had to try to figure out what all the buttons do on my own but this time was different. I appreciate his patience and friendly demeanor he made me feel like I was ‘family’. I visited a few dealerships before Audi South Orlando but I have to say that this was the only place that I felt the employees genuinely cared and weren’t trying to rip me off. William also went above and beyond to get me approved with a great rate. I wish I could give 1000 stars ⭐️! I will totally recommend this place to friends and family and I will be back in three months to trade in my other vehicle!

My wife and I had the BEST experience with our purchase. I am generally a fan of purchasing used cars having done so with a 2009 A3 for our son and a 2013 S4 for myself it’s just apparent that we are a Four Rings a family. However, my wife fell in love with the new 2021 Q8 and as we inquired with Neal N. he made the information gathering process so easy and exciting as well as suggestions on how to stay within or preset budget my wife drove home with our new addition to the family the next day. For all you car buying “persons” the financing was smooth, not a bunch of credit pulls and bank shopping or hopping, all documents signed electronically at dealership and all tags done in house. Truly a walk in the park. Our biggest challenge was adding vehicle to our insurance at a reasonable rate…lol and that was on us. Thank you Audi South Orlando for hiring a GREAT staff and hats off to Neal N. and Gabriel E. for going the extra mile to keep us in budget while exceeding our purchase expectations.
