Excellent experience. The technician was very knowledgeable and correctly diagnosed my issue after I described it over the phone. He came to my house same-day and had my window fixed in under 15 minutes. Price was fair and came in under other estimates that I received. Highly recommend.

Recently wrapped up a service appointment with them and it was super convenient to have them come to my home. Biggest issues however was that they informed me of my appointment the day it was going to happen and they only take cash or checks. I wasn’t able to use a CC so I had to go get money out at the conclusion of the service.

I set an appointment nobody showed up, I gave them a call and they said a lot of people called in sick which I can understand but then I didnt even get a call back for a reschedule or an update

I got a motor installed and I was very happy at first since it was cheaper than the dealer wanted for just the part, plus, they came to my house to install it. You get what you pay for. The part they used broke again after only 8 months, and the warranty was 6 months. Im back to where I started. Im getting a better company.

He has reasonable pricing and he sas just amazing and general. I suggest going to him when your glass is broken or needs to be fixed.

I would caution everyone from using this company. I called to get a window motor replaced on a Mazda CX-7 and was quoted $150 over the phone. When he arrived he quoted me at $180 because the motor supposedly cost approximately $100 yet he had nothing to show for proof, after a brief back and forth I went to the bank to withdraw the funds and he tells me the price is now $190. A quick google search revealed the part costs $49. Very dissohnest, shop elsewhere. I’ve posted pictures to show proof.

Purchased a vehicle and they driver side window did not work nor did the locks. They sent to repair it however on 10/14/16 they came and fixed the lock and told me he had to order the motor for the window. I have been calling to no avail. Today it is 11/29/16 and still they do not return or answer my calls. NO STARS given.

Not very good service, didnt use OEM parts. Window wasnt working and came to change and left with out it working. Then had to come back and said it was the motor that went bad. Changed the wrong thing in the first place. Once motor isntalled it makes a loud noise unlike the rest of the windows, thats how you know it is not OEM. Not a great experience and wouldnt recommend.

Came out 30 minutes late. My car was dead after repairs and my door handle can’t even be opened. No answer when I try to call back. Do not use this company!!!!!
