Overall a great experience the vehicle we purchased was a used certified pre own Nissan staff and our sales person was polite and not pushy they answered any and all questions I had. Apon testing the vehicle we noticed the steering was pulling to the left why this was not taken care of before putting it up for sale is beyond me it is a inconvenience to bring a new car to have service done that is why I knocked off a star.

I went to place for a door fix went to the wrong place for my app which was at nissan at longwood the guy took my info couldnt find it didnt even try to attempt was already annoyed that he didnt see me in system I have a nissan sentry for 5 years now really well as I go he told me he will ch a rge me 600 for repairing the door handle and labor I was really disgusted at this point I was covered with my extended warranty but I guess seeing a women he felt he was gonna get this money I dont think so was disgusted with how things were handke so long story short I was in the wrong place hp figure I went to long wood nissan I seen Zachary dambaugh and took care of me very professional. No question ask I was covered with a deductible 100 drove to that place wasted my morning . But nissan at longwoid there more professional and very cear.

Service rep I believe his name was Doug, super nice, explained everything that in the future would need be done to the car. Only problem was when I to leave car was parked in the service bay facing the entrance, forcing me to reverse in order to leave, not only was this super inconvenient, this also posed a potential hazzard, you guys have a lot of people walking around and cars coming in. In the future maybe dont park cars that a ready for pick up in the service bay, or if you do make sure they are facing the exit.

I was double checking problem I was told about from local auto parts/repair place.I called Nissan sevice, they were friendly, professional and got me in within an hr. I’m not one for writing reviews but honestly, I had to after the awesome service I received today. I called this week to make an appointment for an oil change and to fix two of my doors. When I arrived today I casually mentioned that my AC wasn’t blowing cold air and if they could check to see if my warranty would cover it. Not only did it cover it, but they got me out the door with two fixed doors, an oil and filter change, a new AC compressor, and two new tires mounted, balanced, and aligned for less than the cost of labor (seriously guys, get the extended platinum warranty through Fidelity, it’s worth every penny). Isaiah was so professional and courteous and kept profusely apologizing for how long it was taking (it took no longer than you would expect all of those things to take, mind you). I may live on the other side of Orlando now, but I will continue to drive out to Sutherlin for all of my car issues. They have been 5-star service every time I go there, my only regret is not buying my car through them to begin with!

I have never written a review before but this goes to show how strongly I feel towards avoiding this location. I vowed to avoid this location 2 years ago when the salesman tried to take advantage of me for being a single female trying to lease a car. I know cars and I know what I should be paying, it’s crazy how I went from over $700 at Sutherlin for my car down to $300 at Bill Ray Nissan. Despite my feelings in the past I decided to give them one more chance out of convenience for their location to do service on my vehicle. The condescending tone that Johnny (who refuses to give his last name) took towards me was only the first of many complaints. This location also charges double for their services than any other location, we verified with Bill Ray same products same trained employees but half price. This all goes to show that they don’t care for their customers just about the money regardless of how much that makes us bleed during a pandemic when it’s hard to afford even food on the table. Makes me wonder how they sleep at night not willing to help or change a discount when a better one was found during the time the car was in service. Hear it from me ladies and gents run as fast as you can to Bill Ray, Universal, or even Reed before stepping foot through the doors of SUTHERLIN Nissan to avoid the scum you will encounter.

Well I purchased my car last Thursday and I had a minor issue on the passenger door then I called it in and I speak with Giovanni Castellano. Lemme tell you this guy is nothing but helpful and speaking with him and the rest of the staff there are all freakin nice. Went here to get my new car windows tinted and got there at exactly the time of my appointment and they took the car in right away. The car was done within the hour just like I was told. They have a small waiting area with TV, Wi-Fi and free snacks and coffee. I use to service my old Nissan here too. I will start bringing the new one here as soon as its due for the first oil change.

I came here with a friend because she was considering buying a car and before we even came out of the vehicle, like Vultures circling waiting to a animal to die, they were by the car asking us our reason for coming. Ok, I love great service and attention but, smothering me before I can even get entirely out of the vehicle is not good. Shows they are desperate for sales and I wouldnt feel confident Im getting a good vehicle because of the way we are approached.We of course eventually left. Im glad I didnt come here to buy my car. I enjoy how Holler Honda sells. No hassle no pressure. There is where we do our leasing.

Its a shame you cant give negative stars. Two weeks ago I was at Summerlin Nissan after they promised me a car no money down. After 8 hours and running my credit 15 times it came down to that they had lied to the banks and didnt sell me a car. They even lied to me saying will call you tomorrow with a car . Ill check the Inventory, ( Mr. ROSA). That  was Friday, and Saturday came and went and nothing. Sunday morning I visited East Orlando Kia on East Colonial Drive and met with Pedro Sotolongo. I explained what had happened and in a very professional manner he explained what he could do for me. Not only was he awesome and professional in his treatment and ways he dealt with me, he got me a car. Where the other plaaced just lied to me and hurt my credit. It dropped 57 points in 24 hours after running it 15 times, and wanted to sell me a used car without warranty, he got me a 2020 brand new car with all the whistles and bells with no money down, a reasonable payment and gap insurance. If I need another car or need to refer someone to a dealer, I will definitely recommend Pedro Sotolongo and East Orlando kia. You will not be disappointed. If you want to be respected and treated right ESST COLONIAL KIA AND PEDRO SOTOLONGO IS YOUR GUY. MR. ROSA AND HIS SALES AND FINANCIAL ADVISERS SHOULD GO AND TSKE SOME LESSONS WITH PEDRO. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS DEALER TO ANYONE I CARE FOR NOT EVEN MY WORST ENEMY.

The customer service at the front desk was ok but the repair and warranty service is horrible. Their policy behind closed doors are so rediculous and very inconvenient. Took my 2018 altima there because my crash sensor kept on deactivating on its own claiming that there was something blocking it, so I scheduled a warranty appointment. The drop off portion was a little crazy because there is so many other people dropping off at the same time. Finally my turn came and I saw the guy I was suppose to see for my appointment and gave him the key and they were awsome enough to give me a rental for the day while my car was being repaired (Reed Nissan doesnt offer this perk). Later that day got a call saying it was ready, they inspected my car and said that the sensor was dirty and that they cleaned it and its fine now. Came and picked it up later in the evening and returned the rental, not even 3 miles down the road the sensor started deactivating again, I immediately grabbed my phone and set another appointment. Few days later went to the second appointment and dropped it off for the second time. Again they provided me with a rental, later that day got a call claiming the car was ready did a full inspection and that the sensor was dirty ....again and that this time it fixed the issue and was tested and good to go. I got there to pick it up, got the key returned the rental and was on my way. Again not even 3 miles down the road the sensor deactivates AGAIN! So immediately I grabbed my phone and set another appointment. The third time was the charm, i dropped it off, got another rental and was on my way. At this point, thank God, they decided the replace the sensor instead of cleaning it. Now my car works great and it has not malfunctioned since. Its just horrible that it takes so many tries for them to actually fix your car. By the way this dealer is 45 mins away from my house and work, on a good day, so imagine the time wasted going back and forth. Not a great look but must admit, still better than Reed Nissan.
