They told me autozone was lying and their mechanic has to tell them what’s wrong in order for them to replace an important part of my vehicle ! Now my car is over heating ! In addition to getting a diagnostic where they told me. I put the wrong gas in my car that made my o2 sensor go off causing the light which was a lie! After politely asking either for my car to be fixed or a refund she lies again and says the lemon law is for cars at 0 miles in Florida. The mechanic “fixed” my issue by resetting the computer in my car which made the light go off and 20. Min later came back on When I called to tell them they said he was busy (probably selling a lemon) and would call back I’ve called 3 times today and messaged him. Lawsuit .This was my last resort which I try to support small business but these people are scammers. Green car motors is a shady business .He won’t talk to me instead I have to get directed to the front desk ladies! Can’t even serve them because they won’t answer! Nothing good will come from doing business with these people! Just report them to BBBUPDATE:Ecm needs replacement, replaced Map sensor, catalytic converters (all codes read by part store computer) valve gasket cover,water pump

I must say they are very unprofessional! I put money down on a 2010 Dodge Charger long story short they stole my $400 I put down and sold the charger without even telling me or trying to contact me at all! Tried calling and emailing several times NOTHING! Saying it’s a 15 day notice but yet they didn’t even tell me nothing. If I’m not mistaking I thought once a customer comes in to view the car or put money down the buyer needs to have paystubs driver license etc.. They did not ask me for none of that! Didn’t give me no type of documents or nothing but lie and said they did! I called and the manager was like do you expect us to hold the car for a certain amount of months! Poor communication skills. If it was a 15 day notice about getting a car off the lot then it should of been said when I came in and test drive and put my money down! Very unprofessional! Hope my money be good to you guys!

Please do not do business with these people. They sold me a trash car that they knew nothing about. THEY messed up a payment, and when I called them to straighten it out, a very rude woman threatened to repo my car over 165 dollars( I think there was 300 left to pay off the car) never sent my title like they said, never reported to the credit beauraus. Very unprofessional!

This place has been my worst nightmare. The customer service is really really horrible. They hang up on you if they dont like what youre saying. Whats funny is that theyre nice as can be when taking your monies and leave you high and dry without completing the deal. I have a vehicle with no tag nor title and every time I ask about they say theyll call me back and never do. Guess complaint form with DMV here I come.

I was referred by a friend to come here because I was looking for a car to get to work every day but had very little downpayment. I came in with low expectations because I didnt think I would be able to get a car. As soon as I arrived I scoped out the cars they had and fell in love with a Honda Accord 2010. Instantly the sales people and the manager did their work and worked out a deal even though I did not have the amount i should have for downpayment. Now Im making payments of $200 a month and I couldnt be happier.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, do your research before you set foot into this place. We are currently stuck in a nightmare with them after they sold my mother a car that broke down the day after she drove it off their lot. Not only did they knowing sell her a bad vehicle, but as the reviewer commented in a previous post, they completely changed the price after she signed off on the initial contract. I purchased a 2001 Honda Accord in the end of February and 2 weeks later the car broke down on the interstate when I was pregnant and my 3 year old child inside the car. I purchased the car in cash and now they just take my car because I havent paid for my title, tag & registratio. And all I need to pay is $400 to pick it up and I just had my newborn baby so now the dealership want me to pay a $20 late fee plus $350 repo fee and my $400 for my registration. They didnt even give me time to pick it up because I just had my child. This place rip people off and their cars isnt no good.

This is by far the worst business in the world!! They sold me a 2005 nissan pathfinder. Within 30 mins of me driving off the lot my engine light came on. I took it to a mechanic who told me the trasmission is slipping and all the fluids are mixing, so i took ot back to green cars and they made me buy a radiator saying they didnt know. Two weeks later the car broke down. All the manager Gloria had to say was oh well thats why its was a as is car. Do not go here!!

Terrible customer service. The little girl that handles the phones is very rude. I wouldnt recommend anyone to get a car with them. I got my car 2/25/19. I didnt receive my tag until 4/25/19 two whole months later. They lied and said my tag was delayed in march. I found out that she never went to the DMV to register my info until the end of April. Overall bad company to buy a car from!!?

I bought a car and was told one price and then all of a sudden they change the price on the paper work, so please make sure you read your contract first before you sign it because when you go back they tell you how they dont remember. They will also ask if you have proof of then giving you the price.
