I had a great experience with American financial cars...Johan returned all my phone calls and text promptly and even picked me up from the airport. Car was as advertised with an unbeatable price. Would definitely do business here again.

My husband & I purchased a Ram 1500 about 3 months ago, we had recently started a business and desperately needed a truck, we traded in our family vehicle and gave 2k down payment extra, leaving us with a 10k bank loan. Car was guaranteed to be inspected and in good mechanical condition, less than a month later the car started giving us problem we replaced the engine coils, all 16 spark plugs, and even the money fold gasket, and problems still persisted, until we finally took the car to the ram mechanic and they told us that the engine needs replacing, already spent $1,800 trying to fix the car for nothing, called the dealer and they acted worried and offered to help but never followed up with us. Car stopped working and now we didnt only lost our family car on the trade in, we also have about $9,300 debt with the bank. This is honestly a scam, we wish we had the money to hire a lawyer but we are saving little by little to do so. Please be careful when purchasing a vehicle from this dealer. Think twice, i dont wish anybody to go through this nightmare we are now dealing with.

After calling to verify that the price shown was a “cash price” and letting them know that we were traveling from palm coast(almost two hours away) we got there for them to be less than enthusiastic and somewhat rude that I wasn’t wearing a mask while outside away from everyone but my daughter. My husband immediately put his on while being around their staff. We drove the truck we went there to look at and loved it. We had the cash in hand that we took out of our bank prior to traveling. When we go to make a deal we were told that there was a $500 dealer fee and of course taxes and fees which is understandable. They of course wouldn’t budge on the price at all. Waste of time. Luckily there are plenty of other dealerships on the same road. Moral of the story if you are a cash buyer and don’t need financing go somewhere else.

Stopped by to check out some trucks. Nero immediately greeted me and was very friendly. He showed me a couple of great trucks and helped me find one in great shape with low miles. Financing was super quick and convenient. Now the proud owner of a much newer truck with a lot less miles. I would highly recommend Nero and Americal Financial Cars for your next auto purchase.

Purchased a RAM 3500 from them. I am New to diesel trucks, needed it to start up my business. Unfortunately the dealer as we all know they only worry about the sale. They assured me that they do detailed inspection and they make sure the cars and trucks they sell are mechanically inspected. The day I drove out of their lot. Truck overheated. I will not recommend them for any one. They are suppose to call me for a missing part for the truck I have been with the salesman for a month went to their location and all they say we will call you. I am in month 2 no phone call. If anyone need my contact info for more feedback let me know.

After buying my wife 2 cars from this place I figured hey why not send my little brother only to have him told by one of the sales reps that in his experience, he probably wouldnt get accepted for a loan here I dont how this place hiring process works, but you probably should be checking better for people with horrible customer service. The funny part is, my little brother been working hard for the past 2 years to get his credit in AMAZING standing and had the little $1500 down payment yall so desperately need. Beware!!!!!! They just screwed a 20 year old kid on a $20.000 truck. Carfax showed up 3 accidents on truck that they knew about. Had kid sign one form that they snuck in not making them liable. Be very careful and read everything before you sign anything AND REQUEST A CARFAX. If they cant produce one walk away.

Wish we had done our research on this company before driving an hour and a half away. All of the vehicles we got into, smelled terrible, had a check engine light on, and rode terrible no matter what year it was! I was told “oh when cars sit for a long time, the check engine light will come on”! I’m now assuming because they sell wrecked vehicles. Also, when watching the guy input information into a loan calculator...they mark the car up $3,000 from the list price of you aren’t paying cash!!!!! 😳 their website says 3 month warranty...wrong as well. I was told you have to buy a 3 month warranty for an ADDITIONAL $500 🤦🏼‍♀️😳 I would steer clear of this company!

I received no contact when i requested information online for this specific vehicle. I went there anyway and the salesperson did not speak to me. He handed me the key and just watched me. I asked a question and he had no answer for me. I then asked for a test drive and he said I had to apply first. I was shocked because i was not going to run my credit unless i absolutely knew this was the car i wanted.I went to the dealership across the street after and they were welcoming and gladly offered to take me on a test drive and answer all of my questions. I was shocked at how i was treated at American financial.

7.31.2020 - 2 months into having this car the AC starts acting up.I took it to a GM dealer and he tells me the CarFax shows this car was in an accident - which was NOT disclosed to me by AFC, not cool! The car is under warranty but if the problem is from the accident it is not covered. When I went to AFC - they shook their shoulders as if to say Not my problem, and they dont have a mechanic. So Im switching my rating for this experience since Ive had the car 2 months only. Be warned!!!! Check the CARFAX!! Now I know why the cost was soo low on this vehicle.I gave AFC another chance and came with a friend. As soon as we got to the lot Nerio showed up. I explained what happened and he was very apologetic. We went to look at cars and my 2020 Chevy Spark was there for the taking. Im not easy to please and I had been searching for long. Im glad I went back. To make a long story short Nerio was an absolute professional. Due to student loans I wasnt approved and thought I would lose my dream car but Nerio and Westlake made it happen. Reasonable financing! Rafael was also very nice at the point of sale (of course). My only discontent is that Ive had to wait for they key to be preprogrammed and they wanted me to pay $150 for another key (not happening). The other thing was that my tire pressure light was on and wouldnt go away. I was nervous due to it having to do with the tires. Nerio took the vehicle and they supposedly worked on it. The light went off for a time but came back on. I went back today (5/27) to finish the reprogramming of my key and Rafael the manager supposedly worked on the light. However, after getting home and getting back in the car the light is back on. Im TIRED of having to deal with this. Im the owner for two weeks and Ive been back to the shop more than I can count. The sale went through smooth and everyone has been professional (although no one wore masks) but light issue is really annoying!! I will call one more time. I dont know what the problem is. I say CHECK everything in the car before buying!! Otherwise, this has been a positive experience.**In response to Marco** The workers may work inside but the customers are on the outside looking at cars so its up to them to look out for customers even if they are on the inside. Also, I did have a mask for your information but since I was outside alone I didnt need one since none of your sales people came out, and your sales people havent worn any masks since Ive been going there.*These guys must cater to men only because I went to the lot and NO ONE came out to speak to me. I saw some good vehicles but since no one came out I decided to leave. I saw two men at the trailer balcony, walked past them and neither stated if they could help me. Customer service is much to be desired here.

I purchased a 2014 Ram 1500, and these guys went above and beyond.A few days after purchasing the truck, all electronics on the vehicle shutoff. Worried the power module was defective, I immediately called Rafael who didn’t hesitate. He told me to bring it back and he would fix the issue, whatever the cause, at no charge. It turned out I had accidentally, with my foot, knocked a harness out from under the steering column. His mechanic reinstalled the harness and secured it in place. That wasn’t all. The team also detailed the truck in full for me at no cost!I can’t say enough about the character and class this team operates with. I will be working with these guys in the future, and I highly recommend them for your future auto purchases!

0 STARSDO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.I was browsing online for a mini cooper convertible (most places being over $25k) and found one at this dealership for $14,900. Right off the bat I paid $1250 as a down payment (which I had no issue doing) and that was that. During this process I requested the Carfax report and saw it was in an accident but was ‘assured’ that it was in ‘great condition’. So, I drive out the lot thinking there’s no problems.Wrong.3 days later AFTER it sitting in my driveway for 2 of those days, I take it for a drive 30 miles away. The entertainment system shuts off completely saying a bootloader message and while I stop to try and fix the situation, the engine started smoking. I drove it home while being on the phone to dealership who offered to come over the next day and look at it. Except I had to wait another 3 days for them to actually come over and ‘look’ at the car.Fast forward 3 days the mechanic shows up not knowing what he’s doing. He asks to drive the car to see if he can see the problem. An hour goes by. No sign of my car. Funny how when I call the dealership to find out where my car went, the ‘mechanic’ pulls back in the driveway. He claims there’s nothing wrong with the engine and doesn’t know how to fix the entertainment system. He said to drive back to the dealership and they will look at it there. That day I took it over there.Biggest mistake I could’ve made. (Bedsides the mistake of buying from them)Read this paragraph clearly. They took the car over to a muffler shop down the street that fixed whatever the problem was (dealership never explained what the problem was.) However it was the engine. Not the interior - specifically the center console.Without realizing until after, I left my keys to another car in the center console. I didn’t think there was a problem with that though, as there was no reason for anyone to go in there; as it was MY car.This dealership calls the Mini Dealership and takes the car over there so it can be rebooted. Which thank god it was still under mini warranty.By the way the guy this whole time was called Johan Delgado, according to Mini, he told them I was his sister.I finally realize my keys are still in the Mini so I drive over to Mini Dealership to get the keys. Of course they weren’t there. It was replaced with Johan’s vape fluid. But of course he denies any involvement in taking my keys out and placing his vape fluid. What a coincidence.I go back to Johan’s dealership and they try to act smart, create a whole scene and the funny thing was they said they called the muffler shop to ask if my keys were there. Apparently they said no.LUCKILY MY KEYS HAD A TRACKER ON THEM.So.That night I track the keys, and they’re at the muffler shop. That next morning I go into the store and there they were. The person there said they don’t go into center consoles of cars and quite honestly I believed him. Because Johan’s vape fluid was where they were.(By the way the manager denied any of his employees vapes and stuck by that until Johan walked out and admitted it was his). So in all honesty all of them are liars.Johan proceeded to block my cell phone number, just so he couldn’t be called out on anymore lies he told.I went back to mini and got the car, because ‘Johan’s sister’ wanted her car back. I now have to pay $1000 for parts that ‘looked fine’.SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY, TIME AND AGGRAVATION AND DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR THROUGH THIS DEALERSHIP. Reading reviews it looks like they’ve all been in wrecks and probably broken.

I would be careful with this company. Make sure to get everything on paper with there signature before you leave the lot so when you come back you have evidence. The sales male tells you one thing and the office tells you something totally different. The General Manager told my husband and myself a couple of things and we verified it with him before leaving the lot and he agreed. When we come back on that Monday its a total different story.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM American Financial Cars in Orlando Fl. I bought a 2018 Murano with 822 miles from this dealer, I was told it was never in an accident many times by the salesperson DANIELA JARAMILLO, and showed me a car fax that showed it was never in an accident. But after driving it home, I realized there was a noise in the left front. I took it to Nissan, and they told me it was in a major front end accident and I should not drive it until it is repaired. I had to replace the front axel, repair the air bag harness at a cost of $1200, and there are 3 body parts that need replaced, total to replace is $1700.00. I also found out the frame was damaged and welded back together and needs a complete new engine cradle at a cost of $3000. I contacted the dealer, they told me they would send me replacement parts but not pay the $1200.00 in repairs I had made to make the car safe. But they never sent the parts and will not respond. It turns out if you buy a car that was a previous car rental like this car which was a rental from Enterprize, it could have been in a wreck, repaired by the rental agency and sold at auction, then a dealer like this dealer I bough from buys it and sells it as it was never in an accident. This should be illegal. I definitely do not recommend this dealer. DO NO BUY A CAR FROM American Financial Cars.

Ive got a Mercedes C230 from this dealership as is by $5000, the check engine light turned on after I bought it by 30 minutes, I called him he answered it is just need the service, After 3 days I discovered that it has a balance shaft and the engine need to be fixed by about $3500!!!!!! I went back for him asking for help he told me he cant help. So I lost the car and I lost all my money :(
