Overall a good experience. The offer was fair and the entire process of getting a quote and then having the car picked up was easy. We arranged a time and a tow truck driver came to my house and took the vehicle right out of my driveway. The only drawbacks were that the tow truck driver took slightly longer to get there than was arranged ( not a big deal) and he brought a check. I knew beforehand that payment would be a check and it didnt bounce so thats not a big deal either.I would definitely use them again.

Super easy way to get a great price selling an old car. I first heard from Wheelzy after submitting a request for valuation of my Lexus RX400h. The hybrid battery died and we were ready to trade it in for a new vehicle. Wheelzy was willing to work with me to increase the value and ultimately we got a great deal on the vehicle. They Scheduled a pickup and dispatched a driver to get the vehicle, handed me a check for the value we agreed upon, and the job was done. Easy as that.

I have a k1500 after almost an hour of communication they decided the truck was worth about $300 while 2 other competitors offered a heck of a lot more. I rarely give out anything less than 3-4 stars. The other 2 offers were 800, and 2800. Same information provided for all 3 companies. They may work for you. But definitely dont put your ball in their park without quotes from others. They spoke fast and tried to get the rest of my information and close the sale ASAP at all points, you could hear the irritation. I gave them a chance I was even willing to do 800 match, they still refused it, and offered 20 dollars more than tried to scare me out of selling to another company claiming I was still liable for the vehicle elsewhere (the companies were the same business models) where I wouldnt be with them. Just do your research and dont jump too quick.

Overall pretty positive experience. First tower didnt show up, but as far as I know, Wheelzy doesnt employ the individual towers. They were very quick to hook me up with a replacement when they found out, and that replacement was extremely prompt. I would definitely use them again.

Just sold my car with them. It was a decent experience though it seemed like there was a bit of miscommunication between the several people I spoke with. I was told I would get a certain amount of money and even said what all was wrong with my car but instead I got $100 less than what was promised when the towing person got there. Not his fault. The decision came from higher up.But my car was old and I was just glad to have it gone. They were very quick with their response time and picked up the car in a timely manner. But if youre looking to get your cars value then you might have to really stick to your guns with them and make sure youre given what you are told. Other than this it was a good experience.
