Paul was so nice and so easy to work with. I found the absolute perfect truck that was outside of my search criteria and worked with me to make it fit my budget and my needs. My truck was not only perfect but it also had everything go wrong with it that could possibly go wrong with it. The shipping took way longer than ever imaginable, the shipper accidentally ripped my mirror off, the truck didn’t ship with the aftermarket accessories it was supposed to include. Not only did Paul stress that this was a one in a million truck with one in a million issues, but he went out of his way to make up for the sellers issues. Paul paid OUT OF POCKET for me to purchase the accessories the truck didn’t come with and fix the issues. Paul was so easy to work with and so kind. I encourage anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to at least try Auto Auction Guys. They saved me at least $8k and I will never buy a car from anyone but Paul ever again, not even from Craigslist or marketplace. I’ve bought two cars through Paul. If anything he provides TOO much info and help, which I intentionally say to be absurd—he’s incredibly available for questions, support, and feedback about vehicles. There are no surprises for costs or pushy/shady tactics. Definitely recommend going through auto auction guys for your next car because it makes it a less stressful experience and with a minimum of tech knowledge (if you can browse eBay you can look at the auctions) and patience (waiting for the right car for you to show up), you can end up with a car that a good match for your needs without all the time hassling with dealerships.

I wanted to buy a luxury exotic. I called Paul he gave me access to the auction to see the cars available. I was hesitant at first but after I looked at one of the cars that i would have bid on but wasnt quite ready sold at auction for $63000 and was listed by a dealer on car gurus the next day for $75000 I was all in. The next week the perfect car came up, we bid on it, the bid was getting high I was about to pull out but I thought about how much time Paul spent working with me. I went a few thousand over what I wanted to spend. Im glad I did the car still has the factory warranty and was amazing once I seen it in person. I worked with Paul to buy a 2016 Ford F-150. He was very honest and clear throughout the entire process and was committed to helping me find the right truck. We sorted through tons of trucks and he always gave me his honest opinion. That ones too expensive, dont touch that one it has X issue, that one is ok and that one is great. I bought a three-year old pickup from Paul in August 2019 and had a terrific experience. Because Paul purchases from dealer auctions, I had access to really great deals. You do have to know what youre looking for, however, and you need to put some time in to identify vehicles that interest you. It also helps to be patient, since you may not get the first vehicle you find at the price you want. But Paul offers support at every step of the process, and he is really knowledgeable about which vehicles are worth bidding on and what they should cost. I was in search of a car for my daughters to use that was loaded with safety features and at a good price. I found Auto Auction Guy (Paul) online. Like many I was skeptical and hesitant but I figured I would learn more about the process. It could not be worse than my experience with car dealerships. At that point I had left 5 dealerships because they kept adding stuff, like GAP insurance, bug car protectant service that was required (on a used car which made no sense), had to finance through them although I already was preapproved with USAA, etc etc etc. So I already knew exactly what was out there with the dealerships. As someone else mentioned Paul is a high energy guy, but he loves what he does. It can be a bit overwhelming at first learning how to search for what you want at an auction website but Paul guides you through the entire process. He answered every question I had and honestly once you learn what you are looking for on the site it is super easy and no different than searching on all the public car websites. My advice is just go with the flow and it will all sink in and be worth it. You get to see what the dealerships are paying which really makes sense, you realize why they add on so much and it gives you a reality check of the cost of a car. Paul found me a 2020 Kia Optima with 18K miles for a great price. I think I saved 2-3K, maybe more since the price you see online on car sites is never the real price. That is a lot for a basic lower cost car, I am sure it is more for more expensive cars. Not only that but Paul made sure I got a car that had not had any accidents and was safe, the frame is checked. I feel he really cares about his customers and wants to make sure they are happy. He is a good guy and I appreciate his honesty and hard work. I will definitely use him again when I need to buy another vehicle.

Helped us purchase two sprinter work vans for our company at a great price - helped us avoid a money pit that looked good on paper but Paul took the time to point out why we were better off avoiding it. A wonderful first experience and it will not be my last! Important for those that are not familiar with auctions is that Paul buys directly from the same auction that all car dealers buy from. Manheim Auto Auction, in Orlando, the largest, NOT open to the public, dealers only. And they have affiliations all over the country and Paul has access to it all! My car ran through an auction in California, but thats okay, Paul arranged for the transport to me in Florida.

Got a really good car at a great price! I had an issue with the first car I bought, and Paul helped me work it out so I could return the car and get all my money back, and then I was able to get another easily with the same money. It definitely takes a little more work on your part to know what car you want and what you are looking for, but I much prefer that and its far superior to dealing with car salesmen IMHO.

Ive purchased a vehicle using an auto broker before, and it was a good experience. Unfortunately, the guy I used before has since retired, so in my search for another broker, I found Paul. After several months of looking, I finally found the one I was looking for. He called me just prior to the auction and I was able to watch my vehicle on the auction block while we talked. I was able to see him bid on my vehicle and knew immediately when it was mine. If there is any drawback to this whole process, it is having to wait for your vehicle to arrive. Its not like being able to drive it off the lot at your typical car dealer. BUT, the fact that youre getting such a good deal will make you forget the wait, and if you have a question at any time, Paul will answer the phone and talk with you. I never once had to leave a message because he answered EVERY time. Thank you Paul!
