I had to get my possessions from my totaled car, plus pick up my license plate. Flor in the front office was very helpful, courteous and professional. Two workers had to struggle, literally, for half an hour to get my license plate off my car. They were Gina and Rhys, and they were also most helpful: despite the difficulty of the task they remained pleasant and courteous. Kudos to all those at Copart I came in contact with.

Slow service. Waiting my Van 2 hour’s, not accepted debit card, paying by cash . Walk to the ATM 7eleven …. Wait outside but no one tell me I should go inside ! Spend my time!

Honestly it’s probably the worst auction ever with the fees. The buying fee is sooo crazy, not only that but you can’t pick up on weekends or holidays because THEY’RE closed but they still charge you for parking even though there’s no wayyy you can pick up. I can’t get passed that.

Didn’t receive the full amount I was “guaranteed”. After notifying them of this they claimed to have sent a check of the remaining money they owed me, the check never made it to my mailbox yet they state that I already cashed it out. After calling multiple times they informed me they were sending “another” check and it’s been about two weeks and the check is no where to be seen. Terrible service.

You buy a vehicle at copart trying to make money but you cant because all information including seller amount you paid and pictures make harder to sell it

So Jenanine is probably the most unprofessional rude person I have worked with in a long time. Doesnt know how to do her job or talk to people? She likes to hang up on people. I wan hung up on for times trying to just return her call. When I asked her to stop hang up she did it again. Her response was she goes home in 3 minutes? Really Copart thats who you use to represent your company?

I have never heard of this company prior to today. I called them because my vehicle was totaled, and I needed to retrieve an item from my vehicle that I forgot to take from the original tow. They provided excellent customer service from the moment someone answered the telephone. I did not have my claim number so they had to walk me through the process and located by vehicle by the VIN number.I arrived at the facility after getting directions from them. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door, and 3 people asked if they could help me as I waited a few minutes before someone located my file.The staff was professional from top to bottom, They drove the vehicle up to the front where I could retrieve my item. I was in an out in less than a half hour. Excellent service!

Bad experience

Horrible yard, terrible customer service. She told me that there is no key for the car and you aren’t getting one.

There were two guys in there who were really nice. But the ladies that work there gave me dirty looks. Which doesnt bother me cause I know I look good! I had to retrieve my items out of my 2016 Nissan sentra.

Try to get Jared to load you he is the best operator there loads the cars smoooooooth and doesnt smash your trailer. Nice and easy place to load.

Haven’t been here but samcracc and rebuild all lead up to copart! (Samcracc is a youtuber who rebuilds cars)

I’ve been trying to finish an insurance claim and their staff didn’t know to tell me to bring the title and said I would be charged $100 dollars for a missing title when I have one ...they don’t have it together what so ever and they were extremely rude as well beware of this business and when I asked for a supervisor they hung up because they knew how unprofessional they truly act my claim has now been dragged out for weeks because of them and no compensation or even respectful service except for one person in the this situation that actually had a small amount of correct information at all and it took 2 weeks to get clear information consumers beware !!

Wait was a little long ~ 15 minutes. However, service and escort to the car lots were fluid. Definitely recommend if looking to purchase a salvage title car.

They towed my car before i got to remove my plates and when i went to get it it took them almost an hour to get them back because they claimed they couldnt find it. When they finally bought it out they said the tow truck driver removed it because of the tolls then the insurance company i was dealing with told me they needed a copy of my drivers license so i had to go back the next day and give that to them when dude could have told me that when i went to turn in my paperwork and get my plates. Then when i get there they told me they didnt need it, so i drove up there the 2nd time for nothing. Hope i never have to deal with them or windhaven insurance again

One of the worst companies to deal with. We have been working with an insurance company on a totaled vehicle. Once all the legal issues were worked through, Copart was to handle the removal from our driveway. Cindy and Tammi continue to tell us the vehicle is waiting a driver to be scheduled or they will pick up by the end of the day. This has been going on for over a week. By far the worst customer service of any company I have ever had the pleasure of working with......

Wrecking yard...where my car that got totaled was stored. They helped process the claim fairly fast. Friendly folks, extremely busy.

The keys were missing. Called the auction they said they may have lost them or maybe they were stolen...Ordered a new key from the dealer for $195 and turned out the engine was bad...Avoid buying here.

Terrible sat in the office for an hour with nobody to even ask me how they can help me. All i wanted was some information ended up walking out from frustration. Would rate a 0 if i could.
