Rick from Ellison transport helped us ship two of our vehicles from Washington state to Texas. I put my email out there to get a quote and he contacted me with the MOST affordable rate out there. The entire process was so easy. To be completely honest the process was so easy and affordable that I couldn’t believe it was real. Other companies were charging me close to $3000 for two vehicles. Rick was able to get it down to nearly half of that. He hooked us up with a driver who got our vehicles to us safely. It only took a few days. I highly recommend Ellison transport to transport your vehicles.

Decided to send my nephew a car after purchase a brand new car. Service was excellent and smooth. Ellison was very nice and answered all my questions. Easy process and he also kept the same quote along the way. The car was shipped in the AM and received 2 days later in the AM, I believe less. HIGHLY recommended company to work with !

Awesome experience with Ellison’s Transport. Communication was clear and he delivered on what was initially quoted.I received a lot of calls from other brokers but after reading some of the reviews with Ellison’s Transport, I decided to stick with them. No regrets !

Horrible experience, damage done, and no responsibility taken from this company. Took pictures of my car with the truck drivers and noted every ding and scratch. This company hires a random truck driver business for you. (You have no clue who you will get and they dont seem to care who you get) When the car was delivered to the destination a nickle size chunk of paint went missing from the hood. The driver immediately stated he was the owner of the Truck service and started yelling that the paint was already missing... When the delivery acceptance paper wouldnt be signed until damage was negotiated, Unbelievably, the truck owner proceeded to take his nail and start pulling up the paint yelling the paint is bad!! This caused a much bigger spot of missing paint... Then Three cars pulled up with men and women in the car and they all started in on how this car is a piece of sh!t. Where did the mob of people come from? Then, they took my car and drove off... After 3 hours of negotiations over the phone and getting the Police involved they agreed to re-deliver the car and take $400 off the bill. Rick Chaney the representative that set up the transaction stated Ellison Transport holds no responsibility for the drivers actions or damages to any vehicle? Would you feel comfortable using this company??? Take pictures and be VERY THOROUGH with the paperwork. This could have been much worse.

I scheduled car pick up, and 2 days later was informed that there was no available car delivery in my area during that period, and the company had already cancelled my application. So I booked with another company. But on that day, it called me that a trunck man was already coming. It was my fault not to record the telephone voice message. I lost $150 for my carelessness. The man in charge refused to admit that he called me about the cancellation and still charged me by using the credit card info I gave.

Rick wouldnt take a posting down off the board due to us using a different carrier. He was adamant about not taking the posting down even though the pick would be difficult for him. His customer service is terrible. I would not recommend this carrier to anyone.

We needed courier delivery services for a shipment Altamonte Springs to Tampa, had a local vendor (origin) in Altamonte that was a pain ... waited to last minute to tell us our urgent order was ready... Ellison was able to get there within 30 min after I called him...during rush hour.. the Vendor said they were closed.. but Ellison pleaded with them and got them to let them pick up the order... However then the vendor didnt even have the order pulled for pick up! Ellison waited 30 min while they pulled the order. Ellison then did an evening delivery to Tampa. These guys are super heros! I definitely would use them again!
