This place is great. I always get great service. And even though I have to wait every time, Walmart is just across the street, as is Five Below. I just walk over there, get some shopping done and come back to a finished car. Plus, if I mention a coupon, they have it pulled up for me before I even get a chance to look for it. I love a place that is totally willing to help you save money.

The guys that work at the Orland Store, are professional, and courteous always. they are prompt and helpful.

Great service. I was informed on what oil I needed. Synthetic, high mileage.

I came here to get a recalibration every two months for 10 months (which takes like 10 minutes) and every time they where rude and condescending with me, and on top of that they where charging $50 when I found out I could just pay only $20 for the same service at a different mechanic in Mokena. Only reason I looked elsewhere was because of there bad attitudes. Would never get any-type of service here because I know they’d over charge me.

I was very pleased with the service. They were very nice and polite, and they broke things down to me. I would go back to them for service on my vehicle.

The driver that pulled my car into the shop hit the bottom of where the touchscreen panel, leaving a piece of the panel noticeably chipped. The damage appears to have been hit with something sharp because it is a chip, not just a scratch, not something a fingernail would do. I did not notice it until I got in the car. Ive only had the car for about a week and would have noticed if this occurred anytime before. It is a noticeably broken piece off the panel leaving the chipped part silver while the rest of the panel is black.I spoke to the manager on duty at this time and he said that he denied that anyone from his team did it without even asking them first. He just assumed I was wrong and even lied to me and said he was the one who drove in the car when I had seen it was not him. I told them what they did was not right but that didnt seem to care or even offer a solution. I just bought this car and the careless employees at this Jiffylube have already damaged it. I will not ever come back here again and make sure I let everyone know too!

Went year on New Year’s Eve and they were able to take care of my car right away. I was a little nervous because of the rattling sound my car had just started making, but they did an inspection and determined it was just super low on oil. I was in and out within 30 mins, with a great price. This was my first time coming here, as I’m new to the area, but they’ve earned my trust for sure!

I had an oil change performed today at the Orland park location. Typically, when having an oil change done, mechanic shops do not carry the filter needed for my vehicle. However, when calling to check availability, the manager (Arci I believe was his name), assured me that they would be able to send a driver for the necessary material. He indeed followed through, and I was out in no time. Seemed like the crew here worked great as a team, and were all very professional. I will definitely be back and refer business.

This is one of the worst places ever.The workers changed the oil and the cabinet filter.Then when they finished I found that the drawer is not in the right place and I called them to fix it.Unfortunately, when arrived to my house I found that the hood is not closed.Can you imagine if I am driving in highway and the hood broke my front shield, it will be a disaster.This is not professionalI do not recommend this place at all.

Not happy, I go there because I was past due on my oil and because my engine temperature rise. After all serviced, they tell me its all good, they give me even paper work stating that cooling is in perfect level. So, I went back to my job and after few miles temperature 🌡️ rise again. I drove to gas station and bought coolant and I add it quite a lot, they didnt add up coolant even I specifically said to do that. After I add it my self the issue with temperature its gone. Not happy with service

This will be my new oil change spot. Very quick & professional service. Was in & out in under a 1/2 hour. And I had 4 people in front of me. Employee was very knowledgeable & kind which goes a long way in this industry. Definitely recommend this particular location in Orland Park.

Stopped by Jiffy Lube and they were able to take my car immediately. I had a check tire indicator to which they check the tires, added air and I was on my way. They are a business and they charged me nothing for their service. They are pros. They were beyond kind and I’m so impressed. Thanks, Jiffy Lube!

I have no clue what I’m doing with cars, and these guys were very very helpful. I didn’t catch his name, but the man who has orange hair the works there is very very nice! I asked if he could show me a little bit of basic stuff I should know... and he went thru the whole thing with me. He deserves a raise! He was really nice and I will definitely come back to this location in 3000 miles ! By the way, this is much better location than the one in oak Forest. Ive been going to this location for years for routine oil changes and maintenance. I dont know if they are under new management or new staff but I am dissatisfied. They usually have me in and out. I also alwats leave with the carpets vacuumed. This time they took well over an hour- I was the only client there at the time. I was also not allowed to use my coupon for the oil change. The mechanic stated since I chose the deal with radiator services, I could not stack coupons. Also, when I left my check light engine came on. So, I had to come back and spend another 25 min for them to correct the problem.

I’ve always had great service here. Friendly, helpful technicians. Waiting area is comfortable. Wait is never too long. I definitely Recommend them if you live in the area. 😀

I needed my uber inspection to be done. Guys came and say to my that my car cant pass. I asked why. They said I need new front tires :) My tires was replaced 2 months ago and I drove with them just ~200 miles in quarantine... After they said that I need front foot?! brakes replacement. I took my car from them. I went to Midas said that my brakes are ok. If you guys have too much money to spend - dont be shy this jiffy lube location will help you!!

Whatever you do dont take your car here!!! They did an oil change and didnt even put the gasket back on my car and the oil filter was barely tightened. My car was leaking oil and also they got grease all over the side of my car. I had have the car detailed to get all the grease and oil off the car.

Service personnel needs to take a little more time putting the latch back on your glove compartment when checking the cabin filter if its located in there. I have used this Jiffy Lube for many years but Im tired if Paying over $130 for a synthetic oil change and some filters only to have to put the latch back on the glove compartment and put my stuff back in the compartment they pulled out to do the check for the money you pay people should take a little Pride in there work .Seems service is slipping more at this location will talk to Manager and if not corrected will find a New Shop

When I arrived they said it was a long wait. I asked if I can set an appointment they said they only do first come first sever. I then asked how long was the wait, only 30 mins so I decided to wait. There was 1 person in front of me. After 10 mins of waiting another car pulls up and was serviced before me. So that kind of irritated me. If there was a reasonable explanation for that they should have atleast told me something, anything. I went for an inspection and was given false information. I was told that they couldnt do my inspection because of my out of state tags. I gave 2 stars because the guy was nice. But I ended up going to another location and got everything handled without an issue

Asked them to check air in my tires because of indicator on dash board. Asked for oil too. One of my tires goes flat after I leave from their shop. I can’t believe that the staff didn’t notice that the tire was going flat. Then when I got home I saw the hood wasn’t closed all the way. I pushed it shut and it clicked closed as usual. This was my first time at this location and I asked for an oil change and ac check. I had a long wait before they started working on my car. When they were done, much car was not vacuum and they did not do the ac check and I no longer wanted to wait any longer because I had to get to work. I will not return here.Just left my mechanic and the workers at this location did not check my fluids and they did not top it off like they should have. I will never return as a customer because I paid for a service that I did not get.

I have been a customer here for many years...my car is over 10years old and I am consistent at 4,000 mile oil changes. I will never go back to them again. When my starter went out, it was noted that there was no oil in the engine. My car is garaged so if there was a leak, I would have seen it. Jiffy Lube failed to put in the required amount of oil on my last oil change!

DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS WITH YOUR CAR! We were heading out for our grandsons birthday but needed an oil change and our dealership was booked so I sent my husband and son to get it done and we would meet them there to head out after. We parked out back where the cars wait to pull in the bay and my car was there running, an employee came running out and jumped in my car, I then watched as he floored it spinning the tires all the way up to the closed door, then put in reverse and spun the tires in reverse then again forward. At this point I get out of the car Im in in fear this guy was going to break my car or crash and run up to the window and motioned for him to roll it down, I then asked why he is driving my car like that. After his shock and me saying you werent expecting the owner of the car to be out here, he said oh Im sorry the parking break was on. First of all no it wasnt I watched the tires spinning second had it been why would a professional continue to spin my tires forward and back up to the garage and back? Then try to tell me its safe to do so and wouldnt cause damage... the manager Arci was of no help, he was confused as to why I was raising my voice, really I drive a GMC Acadia I was quite upset to see how this professional was driving my car! We work our butts off to have what we do. This was handled horribly the entire time most of workers were standing by the bay door staring, not at one point were we offered for the problem to be fixed or worked out and to top it all off my son was in the waiting area still listening while employees made a joke in front of other customers about the situation. I asked the manager for the name of the district manager or someone higher up than he that I could contact and he told me its him so to go ahead and call hell be the one returning my call. As he was walking in several employees were making gestures to me. This was in no way handled professionally, I was made to be a horrible person cause I was in shock to see how they took care of my car, the manager blew it off as nothing! I will NEVER give them my business again and they better believe Im going to have my dealership inspect my brake system and traction control for damages!

If I could no stars I would! I go for my regular schedule oil change and end up with my car shacking and cutting off on me.. that was Monday, August 27, 2018. On the 29th, I had to bring my car back to location. On the 29th, my car started shacking really bad then cut off, it scared me so u had someone check it.. they asked did u get a oik change? I said yes, on Monday.. he check oil, my stick was bone dry!!! Now can someone explain that to me?!? Im confused! I just got oil change no way I dont have oil in car and there wasnt a leakage.. I called jiffy lube on 159th in Orland park spoke with Phil said he was manager, explained the situation and he told me to purchase some oil bring receipt and he will remuburst me. I spent $19 on oil just to not get my money back. Once the guy put the oil in my car it immediately stop the shacking and cutting off.. When I get to the location, he tells me that my oil is over the limit but no one can explain why this is happening but yet my car was running fine once oil was entered and we all agreed there wasnt any leakages period. Of course they company try to pass it of as something else but again there wasnt NO ISSUES with my car until after I left there.. check engine light appeared and disappeared once I put oil in there... jiffy lube redid my oil, didnt give me the $19 I am out for the addition oil and a free oil change there. Really!!! Like you mess up my car this time you really think I will come to this location if any jiffy lube ever again!?!?! This is unacceptable, I will be reaching out to Corp off via email, phone and written letter. Very dissatisfied!

I sent my son today to orland park location for oil change in my toyota camry 2010 LE and to my surprize the service man put the very expensive oil,costed $ 89.The gentleman said the previous one was of this expensive one.I dont understand this,As I never had an oil change so much expensive.I never paid more than $70 before.I feel very frustrated.

This is the worst place for oil change ever, they over tightened the screw which cracked the oil pan. I had to buy a oil pan nearby and it took them two days to install it back with a very bad attitude. They were trying to charge me $100 for labor besides the money that I already paid for new oil pan and oil change service.
