Went in because my TPMS was on after taking it to the dealership for regular service. Unfortunately, my car failed standard tests at Firestone, but the manager Miguel was amazing every step of the way and explained all possible solutions. It’s extremely rare to leave with the same issues you walk in with but feeling much better for the visit. This location is lucky to have Miguel and I will absolutely be returning for all my car needs!
My tire pressure light came on and I was far from home. Pulled into this Firestone here. I was very nervous because usually when anything goes wrong with the car my husband will take it in to get it fixed. When I got into Firestone the staff was so nice to me, they put air in my tires. Im very grateful for them. Thank you guys so much again for your help.
Another satisfying experience. Bob and Ed are great to deal with! 🙂
I take oil change online apportionment yesterday and I arrive online this location and wait 10 minutes and front then someone came and he told me wait 3 hr even they dont have service car outside. This location I have bed experience. They wasit my time.
I stop in for an estimate to have 4 tires replaced along with an alignment. The Assistant Manager was very helpful, provided me with several options based on my price point. They had the tires in stock and immeadiately started the tire replacement and alignment. Was in and out in just over an hour, great service and experience.
Bob & Angelo are very professional & courteous. I went today, was in/out within an hour. Oil change & tire rotation at a very decent price🤩
Mike was acceptionally helpful and experienced. He kept me up to date on my car and whats needed. Ill definitely come back.
Had my car towed to Firestone. Within a few hours, diagnostics showed I needed a fuel pump. I have a newer car with low miles and Bob, the manager, advised me to check with my dealer because it should be covered under my powertrain warranty. It is refreshing that Firestone has customer service as a top priority. Bob and his team provided exceptional service. I would recommend Firestone in Orland for all service needs!
They were amazing great service and employees
1st time doing business with Firestone and well wasn’t good at all. Went to do my tires all was good then 2 min later as I was driving the tire pressure monitor light came back on (I knew that all they did was clear the codes because I have some knowledge about cars). So went back they gave me a free oil change so that was good from there end so went and did it with a replacement for the messed up tire that they put wrong. Went to pick up my car and there was a part missing on my car so told the store manager and he says “that’s how we got it” when I literally look at my car to the point where I memorized every single bit of it so if something was missing I’ll know. They didn’t do anything for me and now I have a missing part on my car which I’ll have to fix at the bmw dealership. So rather than fixing problems they gave me other problems that I’ll have to end up fixing. Never going there ever again and now I trust car dealerships more even though it’s likely to be more expensive.
Always a pleasure coming here for service.
Dont take your car here! They will milk you for every dime you have. I took my sons car here (Pontiac Grand AM) because it died on him. Was told it needed an alternator and battery as well as rotors on the front and pads. Total price = $1,160.00 but Joel (the manager) encouraged us to apply for their credit card to save 10%. We were able to get the bill down to $900. A week later the car died on us, had it towed back to Firestone and was told the powertrain harness was the issue. Oh really, was it the issue in the beginning? Did I really need a new battery? Anyway, we ended up paying an additional $739 for the second repair.Once these guys get your car and work on it, theyve got you!!! They can tell you anything to get additional money out of you. I guess giving me a copy of the diagnostic printout the first time meant nothing. Run fast,....Do not go here!!!
I went back because of an issue that came up from a recent oil change at the location. Good thing was that they took the car in immediately and fixed the problem, which was the oil filter they installed and was leaking. They replaced it with a another and so far seems like all is good.
Came in for a scheduled appointment, they didn’t take my car till 2 hrs later. Had to leave without having any service done to my car and was late for work. Terrible service, guy at front desk was also rude and inconsiderate. Never go here.
These guys will hustle to take care of you. They do work to get you in and out asap, and have good customer service. Always pleased with the work done. Prices are extremely reasonable. Definitely recommend.
Wonderful service. Nothing else to be said.!!
Bob and Ed are friendly, helpful and professional. I always have a great experience here. If I ever need a service their shop can perform, I will continue to go here for it. Thanks again guys.
One of my favorites, their service is outstanding. I bring all my cars here, the mechanics are excellent. They never try to push unneeded repairs & they have many discounts, especially if you use their branded credit card. Friendly, authentic people work here. Highly recommended!!
Bob and the rest of the Firestone team did an excellent job with my vehicle! Highly satisfied!!
Weve been going here for over 15 years now but lately the wait time has been ridiculous. They never answer phone anymore and when you go in, you have to wait quite some time until you can talk to someone. They are still nice, but definitely need to hire more people.
Ive been going there for a few years. They are friendly & knowledgeable. I think Ed is the best..
2 places my Durango goes for service, Firestone or the dealership.
Great service and competitive prices! Had them do a lot of work on my car and was very satisfied
I have been bringing my car to Firestone for years. I love the guys here. The price is right and the service is wonderful. The wait for my oil change is no longer than half an hour. Not bad, for how good they are.
Theyre understaffed, rediculusly priced, try to upsell you. Need I say more!
Just got all of my tires changed. They were very courteous, good prices and got me out sooner than they promised. Im a happy camper!
Took my jeep that I just performed a lift on in for a tow adjustment. I called to set up the appointment (1st red flag) got transferred between 3 people and they all seemed confused. I got there and everyone seemed nice and good. They began to align my car (purchased lifetime alignment) it took about an hour I dont mind the wait if the job is done. It gets done and I receive the car back with the mechanic telling me either my suspension is bent (not possible this is the first place I drove after lift) or frame bent (also not possible due to the fact that my control arms are adjustable and I had to measure frequently to ensure they were proper and frame was always square). Anyway they get done and I get the typical spheal about lifted vehicles and alignment. I drive out to go get gas and start going down the road instantly noticing I have to hold the wheel a quarter turn to go straight. Ugh get home look at the specs and the toe is nowhere near where I told them to put it and this is causing severe wandering. Firestone used to be the only place Id take my cars for alignments well, not anymore. Im going to call another location for readjustment.
I was very disappointed with my last visit to Firestone for and oil change, which me and my family always take our cars there They gave me a call telling me I needed more work done over $300 worth- air filter and that I had a nail in my tire that was NOT repairable and that I needed to purchase the tire that was $120+, I felt uneasy about this because my tire pressure light did NOT go on and there was no previous indication showing me i had low air. so i decided to take my car else where. I went to another place NOT Firestone and the repaired my tire at NO COST. This make me not want to take my car or anyone elses there. Disappointed :(
Avoid this Firestone. If you have an appt they do not check to organize the day appropriately its ultimately first come first serve. Had appt at 11am. Come in say their backed up 2 hours. They did not call to let me know. His excuse is he doesnt check the appts I leave and come back and they ask me to leave my car. I ask him how long before my car is on the rack hes like idk did not even want to ask his employees. He gets frustrated finally takes my car in. Get the alignment done and forget the rotation despite my appt request both. He gets mad again and puts it back on the rack. Dont bother with this place. Management here sucks. Was treated horribly and have no respect for anyones time.
I decided to go to firestone to get two tires installed on my car and get the car aligned at the Tinley location. After over a five hour wait, I went and received my vehicle only to find that one of the tires was improperly installed backwards. The manager at the Tinley location, Tim gave me huge issues for the problem and refused to do anything about it until I spoke to the area manager Leo. Leo then told me to send pictures of the tires to him so he can order new ones and failed to order the right size even though I specified the exact size. Leo then went to Mike at the Orland location to have them fix the tires Tinley improperly installed. When I went to the Orland location they wound up installing and aligning the tires knowing they were too big of tires for my vehicle (note both times each shop could have and should have noticed a problem when aligning it) and they proceeded to give me the car back. They also tried to charge me $107 to diagnose a check engine light on my car when on the front door of the building it says they will scan the car for free. I drove it home and in total for 15 miles. The car began to make horrible noises from the rear end where the oversized tires were, along with loss of power and the transmission started to shift hard. (also note my car is all wheel drive and in the owners manual it says explicitly that having two different size tires on the car can cause catastrophic mechanical failure to the all wheel drive system, brakes and transmission) I called the manager Mike at the Orland location and he then told me to not drive the car not because of damage to the car itself but because they wanted to be able to return their tires. After THREE times going to firestone they finally put the right size tires on the car. I would not recommend going to firestone for any type of service. Their business model is priced right done right and on time. They failed to do all three of these at both locations in Orland Park and Tinley Park. All their excuse was to me at the end of the day was that the guy working on my car must have been his first day. Completely unprofessional and completely ridiculous that a company known for their tires can fail to install tires properly at two different locations two different times and still not take fault for their actions. If I could give this company a 0/5 I would.
Just had a flat repair this time. Service was good and it didnt take too long. No question asked.
Great service and super friendly staff! Got me in the morning of my arrival instate and treated me like family! Thanks a ton!
Prices too high. Went to different location for tire repair. Prices much more reasonable
Denied service because i didnt buy the tire there
Kim is the best she is so helpful with everything. I like when someone keeps in contact with me and is so polite.
I only use their oil changing service. But the staff are friendly enough, and are willing to make appointments that work for me.
Why bother taking appointments?I made a an appointment online and Firestone actually called to confirm the date and time. The day of, I arrived ten minutes early and stated that I would be waiting at the shop.2 hours and 45 minutes later, my oil change and tire rotation were completed.Several other customers had similar gripes with the store.Never again.
Dont go to this place expecting to be out in about an hour ... I called the firestone around 11:45 for a oil change appointment the guy on the phone told me come in at 12-1230 so i go in at 12:30 in the afternoon and i waited till 1:30 still my car was in the same place in the parking lot at 2:30 they finally take my car for a SIMPLE OIL CHANGE ... didnt end up getting my car back till 3:30 worst place ... no sense of other peoples time total 3 hours i had to wait for a regular oil change
Mike the manager was vary disrespectful. Cursing at me on the phone and was no help. the people is the shop where great. Would not recommend dealing with mike in any way
Always a pleasant experience when I have My car serviced there...
I had an excellent service from Mike he had my oil changed with in 1 hour .I will be back for other auto repairs in the future. THANK YOU
The have great customer service but they are ridiculously overpriced.
Outstanding customer service. Honest hardworking people.
They will not help you!!!Pulled off the highway with my car overheating. Used google to find the nearest shop. It took me here. Was told by a grey bearded older gentleman behind the counter at 3pm that he wouldnt be able to fix it today. They close at 7. This was before anyone even looked at it. They didnt even know what was wrong it. Yet told me they couldnt fix it in the 4 hours before they closed at 7pm. Waited an hour for a tow home intead.
Prices arent always the greatest, but thats all set by corporate. Some jobs take a little longer than expected, but Greg and Anthony know what theyre talking about.
Cant say enough about all the staff. Greg is the best to deal with he has always been top notch for all of my needs as well as my family.
Firestone is pretty reliable in general and this location is staffed with some nice people.
Very high prices! Went in for break service, they gave me a price that was almost $200 higher than Toyota dealer!
Ok good customer service
Very nice staff. Be prepared to wait.
Been coming here for years. Always the best service for the best prices.
Did a fine job with the oil change on a challenging vehicle. Could use a larger reception staff.
People who work there are very helpful with questions .
Not goog please, they take to long for Small things also and not doing well service..
Had a coupon. Firestone Lemont was abusive to the elderly woman ahead of me, overly friendly to the young girl before her. They were not friendly, and obvously didnt want my business. I left. I tried Firestone in Homer Glen, was told 2.5 - 3 hours for an oil change. I left, Firestone in Orland Park was friendly, did the oil change in 45 minutes.
Great service Nice people to deal with
This is a shop you can trust.
Ed was great!
Had to visit for tire issue with Rental Car. They contacted the Rental Company and got everything taken care of for the rental. Awesome Customer Service for so late a night.
Terrible customer service. This place is terrible. Beware
Honest staff good people
Diego is the best mechanic
Little more expensive then the little guys but worth it in the long run.
Mike is top notch
They are the BEST
I felt like I was bothering them when I walked in
