For this visit, I needed a full-synthetic oil change and I needed my oil pressure sensor replaced based on the error code my engine had. It was correctly diagnosed and repaired within the day! I took my car to Midas to have my exhaust repaired. They did a great job on our other car this past fall. Shortly after dropping my car off I was sent an estimate, plus they made me aware of some other issues with my car that could pose safety issues. I was grateful for the feed back, and I already knew that my car needed additional work. They were able to finish everything in one day. My car is 12 years old and has never run so smooth and like brand new in so long. Im enjoying my car more than ever thanks to Midass great team. Thank you so much for all your hard work and time.

I came to this Midas 1. base on the Google reviews, and 2. I live really close. My experience here was nothing like previous reviews. When entering the business there was a gentleman (believe his name is Joe - from his phone conversation) at the counter who look at me straight in my eyes and turn back the other way without a greeting. I proceeded to approach the counter, still no hello to the customer; just that he will be with me in a minute. So I waited there, a young woman Im assuming Jenny who answered the phone was welcoming with a hello- hence my one star. About 10 minutes or so Joe asked how can he help me. Moving forward.. my car was taken. Joe approached me he says, this thing came in here with no oil on the dip stick, and its oil everywhere. It will cost $30-60 for us to take a look. ( I am aware of the oil leak was told about at a recent repair fir something else. My problem here is the approached and the delivery . IMO, very unprofessional. At this point I wasnt sure if I can even get an oil change, because the statement made was so open-ended. Then I asked well can I still get the oil change? He replies, yeah sure and walks away. As for the filter he did not specify why filter, air or oil (which I knew it should only be air because an oil filter should come with service). So I then called my husband to confirm we had one already. Although feeling uneasy speaking with this guy, I approach him to confirm anyway. He looks up as if I am a bother to him, and answers. Few minutes later my car is ready guy walks in drops keys. Joe tells Jenny shes all set. Then yells to me Maam you all set. My car was ready within a hour - again hence my one star. Nonetheless, my experience here was the worst. I wil never return and will not recommend to my neighbors or anyone I know or come across.

My wiper blades stopped working on a snowy day which caused me a lot of stress driving. Midas got me in right away, had a very quick and professional drop off, fixed the problem, charged me on the lower end of the range I was quoted, and I got my car back within hours of it breaking. Other shops said they couldnt even see me until days later... Excellent experience!!

Have been using this Midas for my cars needs for many years, have never been disappointed. They repair the problem, keeping cost in mind. They have a steady group of workers that know what they are doing.

THESE GUYS ROCK ! Years ago they went out of their way to fix my daughters aging Pontiac Grand AM. She was away at ISU in Bloomington, Il, and sent a special tool all the way down there to get it fixed. I have never forgotten that effort. I have used them for all my non warranty repairs on my last 3 Audis, and they never let me down. HONEST, Priced Right and they do the job the RIGHT WAY. If you dont need it, they will tell you. My only AUTO REPAIR CHOICE.

The best place to go for a quick bandage. As soon is bandage comes off you need to get it fixed again and again. Also take them 4 hours to patch/plug a tire, normally would take 45min or less. Slow employees that just hang out in office area. These arnt real mechanics just youtube mechanics. Rather drive on a flat to a different shop miles away then drive 1 block for them.

Took my car in because of an engine light message and while my car was there other problems were found. The car was repaired professionally and promptly but the cost of the parts seemed exceptionally high. They do good work but the parts seem extremely high priced

I went in with brakes that were not working well and not repaired correctly from another dealership. The brakes were fixed at Midas and the job was excellent and reasonably priced. I trusted them for past work on our other vehicles and will make sure they will be our #1 repair shop for future needs.

Have taken two vehicles in for work and both times have been great.

I have been going to this Midas facility for over 30 years and have always received great service and support. They are always there for you if you need them and are fair with pricing. Walter is a great guy and his mechanics are a reflection of him. I wouldnt think of going anywhere else but midas.

Numerous times I have taken my car there only to come right back because it wasnt fixed right the first time. Same mechanic whose been there for years I believe in which I requested not to touch my cars anymore. Had a front axle replacement and as soon as I left the lot a loud grinding noise appeared under the steering column that wasnt there before. A service light also came on the dashboard in which they wanted to charge me $350 to turn off...hmm hell of a coincidence. Used to be a great place until they started to rotate staff from other locations.

I recently moved to the Orland Park area, and wanted somewhere to take my vehicle for maintenance and repair other than the dealer. In the last year I have needed oil changes and repairs an average of four times. Each time has been a pleasurable experience. The staff is GREAT! On my last visit I even received a ride to my office since my vehicle was going to take a couple of hours. My car runs like new. Because I am a woman walking into a car place for assistance, I wanted somewhere that would not take advantage of me or charge me for things I dont need...THIS IS THE PLACE!!

Very expensive! They were replacing the light bulb for me, I was shocked that bulb cost $10 and labor $42! How long it takes to replace a bulb? About 15 minutes? So how much is an hour of labor? That was my last visit over there, need to find a cheaper service or a private mechanic.

This place was great. I went with my late teen son during an off hour, around 1:30 PM on a Friday. The place was virtually empty, so we didnt have much competition for the staffs time. However, the food was quick, plentiful, and fairly priced. If I am in the area again, I will certainly patronize this restaurant again.

Great service! Got me in and out very fast. They are fair and reasonable. They dont try to push unnecessary work on your car.

Nice people at this place but it is a worn out shop that uses inferior products. Maybe if I broke down in front of the place I would go in, but for tire related work I recommend Firestone, they have much better equipment to do the job than this place does. This Midas did an alignment and a wheel balance but didnt solve my problem, I later went to the Homer Glen Firestone and they fixed my problem. Sorry I dont write negative reviews but I feel obligated to let others know so they dont wind up with sub-par work done on their vehicle. Time is money, and no one wants to go somewhere 2 or 3 times to get something routine fixed.

Highly recommend. I needed custom mufflers installed (2) other shops required me to buy extra parts (kits, not just hangers and material) to do the install. I brought my car to Midas based on the reviews and had Rob approve the install. Rob is a mechanical genius. He allowed me to take pictures of the install for the Genesis forum group and cared about every little detail along the install which involved custom pipe work. I will recommend to anyone that asks and thank you very much for the great work.

The people there are always kind and quick to offer a ride (even though I would half a block away). They complete all jobs quickly and efficiently. Im from Australia and didnt know one store from another. I happened to ring Tom who managed to fit me in on the same day. The crew there where friendly, helpful and fair, so much so that I felt that I had leave a tip so that everyone got a beer. I would and will recommend these guys because they were sincere and try to look after the customer.

I went in thinking that Id have to get a $400 brake change but they told me that it was a quick easy fix instead. Ended up costing about fifty bucks. Honest mechanics are a real blessing!

Everyone here was extremely friendly. I scheduled an appointment because my battery was dying and I was in and out in half an hour. The waiting room is clean, comfortable and child friendly, plus they have wifi. I will definitely be back!

I’ve been going to Midas now for about a year and a half. I was going to the Kia dealership(I have a Kia Rio) and the last time I went they didn’t treat me well. My stepmom takes her car to Midas and was telling me how good they are and how they answer any and all questions. I took my car in last May because it made a weird noise and they brought me out to my car and showed me what was wrong. After that, I recommend them whenever I can! They are amazing and so helpful! I highly recommend them!

The service was amazing, very accommodating - I had an appointment scheduled right after the oil change and was not sure if I will have to leave my car overnight to make it on time but they made sure to do the oil change in 15 min and my car was ready to go! I will definitely come back!
