Nice guy..however, we traveled an hour to see the car and it madea terribly loud noise which got worse as qe drove it. Why this wasnt mentioned or fixed before we arrived is unclear. Visually it was impeccable but we couldnt drive it one block!

Feels like you are buying from a friend with dealership perks. I worked with Kendal purchasing a 2006 Mazda Miata. I drove from Los Angeles to Orange after seeing positive reviews and a car that looked in good condition at a fair price and having nothing but sketchy experiences with private sellers and dealerships in LA. My experience was the best I could have hoped for. No pressure and no gimmicks just check out the car and let me know what you think. Upon the test drive there was some rattling on the passenger side convertible top. Since I previously owned a Miata I figured the top hadn’t been properly closed or a simple fix. It was a loose screw and fixed in minutes. All the records were in order and my sales process was honest and easy. I know some people may be skeptical of a small shop but I would absolutely recommend coming here if you are interested in an a vehicle they have. I also saw that Kendal immediately listed the vehicle as sold and didn’t bait anyone into going there after the fact.

I worked with Kendall on purchasing my 2008 Honda Accord Coupe in mint condition, I would recommend anyone looking for a used car to see Kendal at Bruns, DO NOT GO TO USED CAR LOTS, this guy runs out of a office and it feels like your buying private party but with the benefit of dealer services, he even includes a powertrain warranty for some piece of mind, in his office I felt at ease seeing that hes been award top dealer a number of years. I told him the deal I was looking for and he gave me a simple yes or no answer luckily is was a yes and I walked out of his office with my new ride.

Went up last week to check out an F350 Kendal had for sale. It was the cheapest v10 I could find and online seemed as though it was in great condition. We got there right around closing (sorry about that Kendal!) and gave him a call. He came right over and let us take a look at the truck.We went on a test drive and it was very low pressure. He gave me a couple different routes I could take depending on how long I wanted to drive the truck which was nice. We decided on getting it and went over to his office to complete the purchase.The price was already amazing and we had been pre approved by navy fed for more than the value of the truck already and the whole purchase process was very easy and transparent. We opted to buy the two day return policy in case the truck had any major issues so we could have a mechanic check it out but didnt wind up using it as the truck is in great condition even with 150k miles.It does need some maintenance like a coolant flush, a break flush, new breaks and new wheels but its nothing major and we are very happy with the purchase. Thanks Kendal for making our first time buying a used car easy and pain free! This is the first place Ill look for a car if I need one and Ill recommend Bruns to any friends or family that are looking to buy a car.

Purchased a car here for 2800 plus tax dealt with Kendal and he was very Customer service oriented.... had some issue with the car and even though they have you sign an as is I contacted them a few weeks later due to some problems and they instructed me to bring it in and took care of the issue free of charge..... I definitely recommend going here they have nice cars and if anything happens they take care of their customers..... thanks kendal .... but later had to take the car back again after they fixed why the ck engine light the 1st time it came back on a few days later this time they cj it and it the catalytic converter which is gonna now cost me 1000 to fix by Feb when the tags are due again for smog....

Went and saw a vehicle that Kendall had for sale. He is a no pressure salesman which I really appreciated and let me inspect the car and drive it around as much as I needed to. The car wasnt exactly what I was looking for after all but overall a good experience.

Price way to high for the mileage on these cars. Ill take my business elsewhere
