I appreciate her taking care of the customers. Stacy got my vehicle serviced, checked to see if I wanted an additional service performed for which Id asked them to do a condition check. She stopped for a moment, and asked if everything was going well, and if I needed anything else. Bobby Payne, checked to see if my vehicle was running well, and wanted to know if there was anything they could do for me.

Pros: They have a good selection and competitive pricing on used cars. Sales team seemed to go a long way to accommodate.Cons: Used vehicle we bought had multiple issues even though it was advertised as “GM Certified”. Had to make several visits to the dealer for the main issue which they did resolve and offered us the option to back out of the deal. The second issue we were basically stuck with and have to immediately do a repair on a car purchased literally one week ago.Overall we are satisfied with the deal but it was one of the most inconvenient car purchases I’ve been involved with.

I have bought many vehicles at Grangers. I brought my 2004 Z06 Corvette to trade with over $10,000 in suspension and engine upgrades and in near perfect condition. Manager offered $9000 and I walked out with manager following. They called a few hours and offered $15,000. I will never go there again. Also a handshake on a quoted price is no good when they add to the price.

I have never bought anything from Granger, I test drove a vehicle once but decides on a vehicle at another dealership . They keep emailing me service reminders and have even called me once. When I talked to them they said they would straighten the records out. I guess it is another person with my last name. This has been going on for about 5 years.

What a beauty! I own a 2003 Chevy Suburban and I wanted an upgrade. I was looking for a reliable suburban, 2010 or above. My sales rep was Skylar, he went above and beyond. My new Chevy is a 2013, same color as my 03, and everything I wanted in it, heated leather seats front and back, backup camera, rides smooth, sunroof, etc... Ive been in the market for a Corvette Stingray for a while a I came into the deal knowing exactly what I wanted and what I wanted to pay. Communication was professional and straight to the point. I couldnt be more happier. I informed Granger Chevrolet that I was currently located in Afghanistan and would need the car shipped to GA. I was concerned that someone else would come in and swoop the vehicle from under my feet, being my location during the time of my inquiry and the time difference. Salesman was great, but being a customer here was an overall bad experience and a huge inconvenience for me. I drove 45 minutes into TX, and likely shouldnt have.I did have to correct the finance manager prior to signing. He provided me completed documents with a price almost $4k over what we agreed. This was easily corrected, but they should have caught it, not me as the customer.3 days after I purchased my new truck, I brought it back (@550 miles on it) for some optional add-ons and was notified by service that the front axle seal was leaking. I was given a loaner while they had to order parts. I was told I was responsible for the loaner (which is fine) but had to point out several dings and scratches to the service representative that she missed. The loaner had just enough fuel to get home, and I had to add fuel, despite my broken truck having plenty. At the time of this review, 5 days after my purchase, I am still waiting.

I bought my truck at Billy Navarre in Sulphur. They have treated me horrible from day one. So I now bring my truck to Granger for service. UPDATE: April 20, 2021Buyer beware!We purchased a used hybrid vehicle from them and one of the reasons we felt comfortable with our purchase is we were told that if we EVER have any issues with it, please bring it back to Granger because they have certified mechanics to fix it. Our vehicle ended up with a leaky radiator last week and a service engine light on. Weve only had this vehicle for three months. I called to get it repaired and they scheduled me an appointment. I dropped the car off and was told it would be approximately $270 for the diagnostics. I received a call the following day stating that they were not going to charge me because when they hooked the car up, 24 codes popped up and they unfortunately cannot fix the car. Their reason for not being able to fix it is BECAUSE they dont have a certified mechanic to work on it (its a hybrid). Okay, then who can I take it to? They didnt know, only gave recommendations. It took several phone calls and emails to find an actual certified mechanic in the area.When my husband went to pick up our car, he found out that they havent had a certified mechanic that can work on hybrids in at least six months. Our car apparently had a lot of issues when it was traded in and at that time, their certified mechanic was long gone. Today, we are looking at at least $1400 for repairs. I wonder whether our car was even repaired when it came in since they didnt have the certified mechanic. Are the repairs were dealing with now from unrepaired issues????I have emailed the general manager twice with no response. Makes me lose complete faith in Granger Chevrolet. Very unprofessional not to even offer an explanation.January 2021: Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and professional. Purchasing a vehicle was easy and hassle free. I would give five stars, but I do not agree with the $700 Granger package you’re forced to purchase (guess they come with every vehicle). I think consumers should have a choice to decline that or be able to negotiate the price of the vehicle to zero that package out of the total cost.

Without a doubt the worst car buying experience in my life. First they acted if they didn’t care if I purchased a vehicle or not. They were extremely slow. I test drove the vehicle the day before, went back the next day to just do the paperwork. 3 1/2 hrs later I drove the vehicle off the lot and a check engine light came on and the vehicle (diesel) went into limp mode literally immediately leaving the lot. Managed to make it around the block and explained to the salesman what happened. I told him I didn’t want the vehicle. He assured me the paperwork would not be sent to the bank. Not only did they send the paperwork to my bank, they also ran my check for my down payment. Which, keep in mind I didn’t have the vehicle. It turned into a huge problem that has yet to be resolved. I would not refer anyone to use this dealership.

Scheduled an appointment for repair of my air conditioner. Took the vehicle in as scheduled. Was called the next day and told what was wrong, the cost to repair, and that the vehicle would be ready in two days. Its going on two weeks and I still dont have my vehicle, and, no call with an update on the status. Highly recommend you go elsewhere!

Experience a hand this visit was very satisfactory. However there is a problem with my car and they could not put it down and I was told I would have to bring it back because it would take longer to break it down I understand that but I was also told that not only would I have to pay a fee I guess it’s called a diagnostic fee of $270. I had just paid a diagnostic fee of $135. I was towed the difference was because when I bring it back he would require more time to break down the motor or whatever. I am not happy with this I think it could be referred to as double dipping. I have not talk to upper management yet but I intend to do so I think this is a grip on and I really believe that is because I am a woman because the common knowledge thought process is women don’t know anything about cars. That is a true statement in my case I do not know anything about cars but I know when I’m being screwed. I am not happy with this dealership and I have been a long-time customer not just somebody that shows up once in a blue moon. I will be looking for a new vehicle but I do not know that I will be coming back to this dealership

Friendly service, very good selection, decent prices. Financing takes a little longer than I would like however. Shawnie was my salesperson, and she actually delivered my vehicle to my home for me. Great place to buy. UPDATED: The service dept...On three different occasions I have e-mailed the service department asking for prices for parts and service, not once of the three times have I received a reply. If they are too busy to answer a question, then they are certainly too busy to do a good job. Buy here if you like, I had an excellent experience, but Avoid the service dept.

Oil chg. and rotation of tires experience was great. Courteous employee/customer interaction.Although most important problem with vehicle not rectified, very annoying squeal coming from brakes. Been happening since I purchased new, told could fix for dollar amt. of $400 plus. I know this is manufacturing issue, I understand brakes are not covered because of normal wear, this issue is not from normal wear NEW VEHICLE. With this said not happy with service after sale....from a first time Chevrolet new car buyer.
