We got our oil changed and the service advisor was prompt and accommodating. She even fixed me a cup of coffee! They changed my oil and told me about recommended maintenance I didn’t even know I needed! Thanks Cristina for the amazing service! We will definitely be visiting again!

On Wednesday, October 13, we broke down on Interstate 10, in our Jeep Wrangler. We were on our way home to Florida. We broke down a mile from Granger dealership. We had our Jeep towed in. When it arrived the service department was closed. On Thursday morning, I had called and spoke to Doug the service manager. Explained our situation and what area to possibly look at for the problem on the Jeep.,He advised me that he was having it pulled in right now. A couple hours went by I called to check and Doug referred me to service writer Christina. When I spoke to her she advised me they were short technicians and she was overwhelmed and was handing it over to Chris. Again, no phone call on update of the Jeep. I called again to check on it and spoke to Doug again and his only reply to us at this time was that he had a lot of ‘first things today, and they were not going to look at it. No apologies nothing. Where all day they they were going to look at it.Very disappointed that this dealership would not take into consideration of someone being broke down and not knowing anybody in this town and this place not wanting to help. This dealership dropped the ball not wanting to help someone at their mercy. After expensive tow bill, we decided to have Jeep towed to Florida 750 miles. After arriving in Florida and having it looked at, it took less than one hour to fix. I would not purchase a vehicle from them, knowing that this is how they treat customers in the service department.I hope the right person will see this and seriously look at the protocol that they have. I do not want this to happen to anyone else.

Of course when working with corporate accounts and fleet vehicles we anticipate a slight increase in resolution times for major repairs but....... Three and a half months to replace an engine, 6 weeks AFTER being told they had the engine arriving is a bit on the ridiculous side.10/30/21 spoke with the service manager who stated it would be done over the weekend and by Tuesday 11/03/2021 at the latest.11/05/2021 Again contacted the dealership to find that they are hoping to have it done today if not then Monday.Fleet accounts may be a pain but steady flow of work is far more valuable than zero work coming from a company with a fleet of vehicles in your market.I will be evaluating transport costs in the future to take my units to Houston as the added cost will come at a significantly lower cost to my business overall as I am without a unit for over a quarter of a year.

I was promised with a “We Owe” that they would fix the broken step on my 2020 gladiator. It has now been a month and they refused to fix it. Their answer to the problem is for me to trade it in on a new Jeep. I have never been treated this bad at a dealership before. I will not be purchasing anything from them ever again. I will also make sure everyone I know does the same

Dillon was a great help as well and didnt disappoint on the trade-in value of my Mazda. Sorry finance guy for forgetting your name, but he made the progress stress free. Bought a used truck from them and 4 days after buying I checked over the truck since I was rushed and found that the windows will not roll up from the back only will from the drivers seat, bushings are missing in the rear shocks and rack and pinion has torn boots and will lock up on you when you turn. The steering locked up on me and caused me to almost hit 3 vehicles and almost run in a ditch. They refuse to fix the issue and say we have already put to much money into the truck. They will put you and your family in grave danger just to make a buck. Dont do business with these people I now have had issues with both Granger CDJR and Granger Chevrolet. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS, MONEY AND TIME ELSEWHERE!!!

I only put one star because it wouldnt let me post without one. My husband and I purchased 2 vehicles from Granger Chevrolet and had a great salesman. We went to Granger Dodge for a specific vehicle. After four days: driving to Orange once, waiting for responses, sending requested information, waiting, sending, driving halfway there from Lake Charles but received a call from someone other than our salesman saying deal wasnt where we wanted it. Then talking to finance manager saying it was not working he will keep trying so we went home. Then on the 3rd day of dealing with them we heard from a 4th person that works there. They kept passing us off. Honestly, just be straight up and tell us. We are adults and are not into playing those type of games. We needed a vehicle since ours was totaled in a flood with $4,000 down payment too. Sent more paperwork to the 4th man. Then on the 4th day of trying to buy a truck I emailed and called and left message. No response, So I sent him email stating Please Cancel the Deal. His response via email was we are waiting on income papers from you and I said I have sent you everything you have asked me for??? He said OH well we are waiting on them to get back with us. I once again said please cancel the deal It was too much. The positive that comes out of this story that on day 4 of dealing with Granger Dodge and telling them to cancel the deal...we went to Bolton Ford in Lake Charles bought a truck approximately same year price etc. with a GREAT rate of 4% in about 1 1/2 hours. The best experience ever. Granger Dodge made us feel like we were almost impossible to get financing and just unqualified etc. and they strung us along for 4 days until we ended the deal. Car dealerships shouldnt make people feel like this.

My husband found the car I was looking for and it happened to be 4 hours aware from our home. The staff at Granger worked over the phone with me to get approved and everything done so I would not have to make a trip that far and wait. In a matter of a few days, Alex had me approved and we agreed on the turns. My husband and I made the trip this past Monday and when we arrived, the car was ready to go. I was there for about 45 minutes and then was on my way in my new car.Dilyn and Alex was so helpful and the rest of the staff was very friendly and made me feel like my time was valuable. I would recommend Granger in Orange, TX. Ask for Alex or Dilyn, they will do whatever they can to help you. They also followed up with me to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Such nice guys!! I purchased a used 2018 Ram from Granger in Orange and worked with a salesman named Alex Yates. I had high interest in a truck so we took it for a test drive. During the test drive, I mentioned to Alex that the 8.4 uConnect screen looked like it had a chip or crack in the top right corner. He assured me that it was only some tape and would be taken care of when the service department would detail the truck upon purchase. We came to a consensus on a price and a deal was made. My wife and I were very excited as we drove home, but 20 minutes down the road she tried to put presets into the radio. Literally as soon as she touched the screen it started jumping all over the place and not staying on a radio station. It was as if someone was touching the screen when nothing was touching it. The radio/uConnect screen was completely useless. I got in touch with Alex at Granger the same night I bought the truck and he denied having any knowledge of any issues with the radio. I told him I knew it wasnt their responsibility to make things right with me, but this type of customer service goes a long way when making things right with the customer. He said the best he could do was sell me a new radio (mind you this is LESS THAN 24 hours from purchasing) and the labor at cost which would be roughly 850-900 dollars (even though I gave them $1500.00 down less than 24 hours before and being stuck with a 6.5% interest rate). He then said they had absolutely no room/money left over to fix this.I know it is not their responsibility to fix this since I didnt get a warranty with them (would have cost a ridiculous 50.00 per month added to my note), but with my prior experience in the past, some of the dealerships I have worked with (Bayshore in Baytown and Classic in Beaumont) have bent over backwards to ensure everything was right with my vehicle before I left. As a matter of fact, when the air conditioning in my wifes car went out within 48 hours of purchasing a used car at Classic, they gave her a loaner for the duration it took to fix the AC and didnt charge her a dime. That is true customer service. I cant know for sure if Granger knew they were selling me a faulty radio, but my message to any buyer is to be wary... these people only want your money; not your business. Granger is borderline fraudulent and now I am stuck with a broken radio/uConnect screen in a 3 year old truck that was sold to me. Granger will nickel and dime you even to the tune of 800 bucks even after you just bought a nearly 30,000 dollar truck from them.

Bought 2008 Toyota Tacoma. Truck was as nice as the salesman said. Manager negotiated on the price and I felt like vehicle was a good deal.The dealership had changed the oil on the truck and filled the tank with fuel before we left with it. Great experience. My Service Advisor, Jackie Keith, was customer focused to the max. After explaining my issue, she knew exactly what was going on and how it was going to be remedied. I had a recall as well that was taken care of, and thanks to her I got a free oil change that I wasn’t aware that I was eligible for. She communicated with me just as soon as the job was done, and the three things I had done were taken care of much quicker than I expected. Kudos to the entire Gateway Dodge Service Dept. staff.

Sorry for so long a time before giving a review . I am very happy with the work performed on my 2008 Ram. The a/c evaporator was replaced and has been working very well even in this terrible heat. Got an oil change on a brand new Jeep and garage floor was covered in used oil when I got home. Checked it and it was new clean oil. There was oil spilled all over the top of the engine and the frame underneath. I had to soak it up with several shop towels. Simply just a sloppy job. Over a month ago now and still getting oil spots on the concrete. Also, I was told 30-45 min (its just an oil change).. waited 1.5 hrs.

Friendly customer service. But the following which was my fault for not looking over contract fully before signing. Was told by salesman they paid for the security warranty but not true it was added to the contract for me to pay. The online price showed 8990 but the contract had 96381. So that means I was over charged almost 1000. But again the staff is very friendly but watch the contract worker and read contract fully.

Worst dealer I have ever been to. Salesman was knowledgeable and very helpful. The person evaluating my trade in was the worst. He tried to give me 3000 less than the NADA rough value. My trade was low mileage and no where near rough. I almost had to fight to get my keys from him to leave. I told the salesman he needed to quit and go to a professional dealership to make more money. This dealership is a disgrace and are not in your best interest. I told everyone I know never go to this dealership.

I liked the salesman on a personal level, but didnt like the tactics they used during my time at the dealer. It felt like they purposefully separated me from my vehicle by asking for the keys. They also asked to see the title for my truck and questioned me when I asked for it back. I also felt like I was lied to when asking about fees being charged. I was given 3 different answers and none were the truth. The only reason I went ahead with the purchase is because I do think it was a good price, but initially they tried to charge me over 2,000 more than the quoted price . It felt like old school car salesman trying to get over on me.

I dropped off my vehicle with loud engine noise and shuttering. This place held my vehicle for 6 whole days from Friday through Wednesday and not one time did anyone bother to call me to give me a status update. I had to call them in the afternoon to get an update and they said they couldnt duplicate the condition I was describing. You can always here the loud engine noise at any time, so thats not even a question. The shuttering usually happens in the morning after its ran 10+ miles and warmed up while parked and idling. I go to pick it up and they give me a bill for $135 for a diagnostic fee. I was never informed of a standard fee when I dropped the truck off and even if there is, Id of thought surely itd be covered under my warranty. So, I asked to speak to the owner. When I asked him why I was being charged for a diagnosis when they didnt find anything (that should be under warranty), he abruptly and rudely said, We dont work for free! I said What about the 100,000 mile 3 year warranty? He said there was no warranty work cause they couldnt replicate it! From the very beginning he was raising his voice and immediately stormed out of his office and down the hall. At one point while I was still explaining to him (as he walked away from me) he turned around abruptly and said Watch it! (treating me with more disrespect). I said I guess Ill have to call the cops then and he said, Go ahead, call the cops, but you dont get your truck back until you pay the $135, its that simple! My wife even tried to explain to him why she thought the diagnostic fee should be covered under the engine warranty, and he stormed off away from us and said, I dont have to listen to this! For an owner to treat a customer like this, especially in front of my wife and child, is the most unprofessional occurrence Ive ever experienced at any dealership. Ive never been yelled at and snapped at by any manager, much less an owner. I hope anyone who takes the time to read this thinks twice before being treated this way. All for a measly $135 that Id have been perfectly fine with had it been explained to me beforehand. My family will never return to this dealership for anything again, especially when its time to purchase a new vehicle.Reply to owners response: As shown to your service department, my mileage was 119,497 in April, 2016 when the new Mopar engine was installed by a certified dealership that includes 100,000 mile 3 year factory warranty. Thus I still have plenty of miles left on the new 100,000 mile warranty and I have until April 21st to be covered under the three years. Even your service employee confirmed this in the Chrysler system. I also will post a picture of your invoice clearly showing a check in mileage of 151256 and check out of 151258, so you are reporting 59 miles that was never put on your own paperwork. So according to your document, your shop only put 2 miles on my vehicle in 6 days time, not 59. I clearly stated up front that at least 10 miles needed to be driven before the issue occurred.

I was so glad to see a CDJR dealer in Orange again. I stopped by to have my right headlight replaced. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The Service Writer told me it would take about 15 minutes to replace. It was well over an hour before I got my car back. I know thats not her fault, but I would like to have been informed of the delay. That night when I drove my car I couldnt see much of the road without my hi beams on. That was a marked difference from my experience before the right headlight was replaced. Previously, I didnt know the right headlight was out because the left light alone was lighting the road very well. A friend had to tell me my right light was out. It was apparent to me that for some reason the technician had altered the left headlight also. There were even hand prints on the left fender where the technician accessed the headlight port. I returned the next day and explained this to the Service Writer and she told me it didnt happen.During my first visit she had informed me of a recall on the emission system that she would schedule later with some other work I had requested. She informed me they couldnt checkout the lights that day and that they would look at it when they did the recall work.Its my belief that the technician accidentally changed the wrong light the first time, then changed the right light, but didnt get either bulb in the socket correctly. Thats ok, mistakes happen. However, I expect both lights to be corrected at no additional cost. And I would like an honest explanation of what happened. If I get that, I will update this review. If not, I will take my business elsewhere.

I have had 2 separate issues with my newly purchased 2015 Ram 3500. First was a leaking fuel line which was installed improperly by a dealership in the Houston area prior to my purchasing the truck. Took it to Gateway and they found the problem and solved it. No parts needed just installed current line properly. Second time was intermittent starting issue. They found a bad connection on one battery and one weak battery. Replaced battery and fixed poor conection and problem solved. They could have ran up the bill by charging for parts not need but did not. I’m impressed with the service and honesty of Gateway.

Professional team at Gateway. I only got one key and no manual which has to be ordered. Also had a few chips in the windshield and feel it has to be replaced and driver’s side headlight has moisture in it that probably has to be replaced.Once I get all these things replaced I can refer other ppl to your dealership.James McNeill

Left another review where carlotta sold vehicle out from under me. Owner stated on the review we were offered a backup deal which he would do for any customer. Called owner and he flat out called us liars saying noone offered us a back up deal. Dont know why he said on his review they did then told us on phone they didnt

Based on the short time I was there I have nothing but good things to say about my salesmen and the manager and owner. They were very courteous, they didnt pressure me and they listened to what I said. Will definitely be going there to by my next truck. Which will probably be sooner rather then later lol

Horrible experience! i went to mid county and they worked the deal perfectly. they just didnt have right truck. i brought deal to these people and a model to follow, because i was lacking the msrp at sister company to get notes right. they had right truck, wanted me to put money down and lowballed trade. notes were going up higher that sister company were. Never again! ended up buying locally in Sulphur....same truck much lower note!if you want to say things to make the viewers feel like you did your job, it might make you feel better, but you didnt sell a teuck and i didnt buy one! Thats ok b/c i went to a dealership that cares and valued me enuff as a customer to not insult me or my intelligence!

I had looked for a truck for some time & found the biggest hurdle was a lack of customer service from several dealerships I visited. It was the complete opposite at Gateway. From sales to financing to their service department, I couldnt have asked for better service. Was happy to do business with them & will refer others to them.

Very poor customer service. I called with a defect in a new 2019 Dodge Durango tail lens cover, cracks and chipped off pieces. I went up there in person and waited three weeks to hear nothing. I kept calling and being put off, until today. Spoke with Bob, who tells me they cant replace it, because it would cost too much. Bring your magnifying glass if you choose to deal with people. Very unprofessional.

Used a coupon and got a great deal on an oil change, but it took over an hour after I was told itd be about half an hour. The woman at the desk was nice, but said sometimes the guys drag their feet. Free wifi and coffee while I waited though.

This dealership is a pleasure to deal with! The owner and the rest of the staff are proffesional and personal at the same time. They know the product and cared that I got what I was looking for and not what they wanted to sell me. Also the salesmen didnt compete against each other. They were very proffessional with me and one another. My salesman was Connor Maglothin and I appreciate how hard he worked being patient with me the whole way and so was Juan and the Owner.
