By far the worst. Gave them 2 cars to work on one took over 2 months the other is nearly 3 months still havent gotten second one back. They have no sense of urgency or communication. This has been the worst experience. Highly discourage anyone from coming here. Got called a liar by Ray, after I indicated I havent been updated in 10 days. Horrible business ethics.

Ok guys! Seriously, I had such a great experience repairing my Tesla here! They work directly with Tesla Costa Mesa. My car was towed there by Tesla service center, although it was drivable (great customer service on Tesla part). Then, Diamond Hills took over. I met with Justin, a very professional young man, he took my case and listened to all my concerns. He stayed in touch the whole time. My car was in and out in 5 days!!!! Other shops were giving me a month timeline😤 for a front door repair, which seemed outrageous. Anyway, my car looks great, it’s been over a month since I got it and there are no problems with it what so ever. I love it! I highly recommend, and I would only go there for my car repair!

I recently took my Lexus in for repairs when I bumped into a pole while parking. I couldnt be happier with Diamond Hills Collision Center and the work they did. My car came back absolutely perfect. The paint matched perfectly and all the gaps between the bumper and quarter panel lined up beautifully. Their work was absolutely perfect!!!The front office was so helpful in communicating the timing of the completion of the work. They were also super friendly and courteous.This place was a bit far from my home but was highly recommended by a friend and I could not be happier. You cannot go wrong with this place. Their work is superb and the team is absolutely customer focused. The car was also super clean inside and out when I picked up my car.Thank you Diamond Hills Collision Center team. I’m not one to write too many reviews but with the service that I received from Diamond Hills Collision Center in Orange, I just had to. From the moment I walked in until the day I picked up my car I have received nothing but beyond excellent customer service. Customer service was amazing and the repairs were even better, these guys are kind and professional. Nothing but the best!

DHCC exceeded my expectations and delivered on time.With the current COVID-19 situation, the staff took extra safety pre-cautions and took measures to make us feel comfortable and safe. Now, we have phenomenal service were talking about here in addition to great quality work. Why go anywhere else?Peng and the staff were able to beautifully blend 10 year old paint on my Camry so it didnt look like a Frankenstein.Communication was on point and seamless with my insurance. And the overall process and experience cannot be beat.Do yourself a favor and just let these guys take care of your vehicle.

I was sent here by my insurance company after I was rear ended and sandwiched. They took a month longer than their quote. When I got my car back, they had failed to check or do any engine work. My BMW was left with an overheating issue. Terrible garage. I would never recommend anyone do business with them.

I visited several shops in the area before selecting Diamond Hills Collision Center (DHCC). My Infiniti Q50S needed the front-end repaired and the paint color is a rare purple with black overtones. DHCC did a great job and only used Infiniti OEM parts. This is their newest location (the main is office is in Walnut) and the place looks great. Clean, state-of-the-art and the staff seems well trained. They specialize in high-end cars such as BMW, Audi, Mercedes, even exotics. Staff was professional and courteous. They always kept me informed of the status of my car and we spoke often. Communications is so important when dealing with a car repair, insurance, etc. To top it off, they got my car repaired in record time. I would highly recommend them.
