For all of those that gave four, five stars n excellent reviews, wait until u need them again. I paid 1,500 for a paint job n a lil over a year after the paint job some peeling occurred on the panel. The peeling was rework, I ask to have some small touch ups (small scratches) the guy helping me with the work order told me theyd be done at no additional charge. They were not done, they left a mess in the back seat, didnt wash my car after the work was done. They are nice the first time but dont go back for seconds they are rude.I made a complaint to the BBB n Macco management never call me or did anything to say, Im happy with this business. Im hoping the paint NEVER peels again so I wont set foot there again!And, u see where the (owner) left a response, dont believe it he/she NEVER contacted me. I email them the BBB complaint and they did NOTHING!!!!

We checked around with other places; Maaco was the most reasonable. But even better, the service was stupendous! They were so helpful, conscientious, and attentive. The car is perfect. We would go back for any reason.

Big mistake coming here!!!! It has been a nightmare. I took my truck in to get painted and they did a horrible job on it, some areas of the truck took over a month to get painted. Once painted, I noticed that they over sprayed paint on my tires, rear view camera and windows, to say the least, areas where paint shouldn’t have been applied. Not only that, on the top cargo light there was rust on the buttom left corner of my truck they didn’t even sand or clean it beforehand. They just painted over. On one of the doors it had paint chipped off from keys rubbing on it from wear and tear. It wasn’t sanded down to smooth and bland it in. I also wanted my front bumpers and custom-made rear bumper painted, but front bumpers had texture on it. I wanted the front bumpers smooth and painted. A salesman by the name of Humberto told me that he will get the guys to sanded and smoothed. I asked him if I should sand them down and he told me not to worry about it, that they will do it. When they painted my truck they completely forgot about my bumpers which were on the bed of my truck. As I mentioned before it took them over a month to get it painted and I was calling them every week with a promise of it being ready “next” week. This happened every week until a month went by. One of the weeks he said they had already sanded the bumper and primer, so when they called me to let me know it was done, I picked up my bumpers, and the two bumpers with texture were not sanded and he had the nerve to tell me that they were sanded down.  I also had two mirror holders that I wanted them to paint black (they were black already but not glossy just flat black). Well they painted them the same color as my truck which is a tan color, at this point I was mad. All this happened Friday and I was advised to leave the two mirror holders there because they would be painting a car black on Monday and they would be ready then. I ended up calling them Wednesday and they still weren’t done. That same day I went to pick up my mirror holders because I didn’t want to wait more months to get them painted the right color. I regret leaving my truck there and I should’ve gone somewhere else to get my truck painted.

I was please and happy with the experience I receive from this location. Paint job came out great than other places. Customer service is excellent, they answered all my questions, even educate me on the process of paint. Jessica was kind, helpful, respectful, made me feel welcome. Highly recommend this place.

Kevin Melendez was terrific, solved my warranty issue, was very professional and personable, and the repaint work was perfect. Maaco should be proud to have him represent the company. This Maaco is in Orange, California. Although it is not the closest one to me I would travel there if I need painting in the future. Two thumbs up!!

Brought in my G35 for a new paint job and Kevin was very helpful and fair with the price. The turn around was quick even with a little delay from COVID slowing down the whole word. I am very happy with the finish product. Thanks guys!

They quoted me one price over the phone and then proceeded to charge me 33 percent more when I arrived. They also told me my part would be ready on a monday, but the painter didnt come in messing up my schedule and I had to come back to get it a few days later. Ultimately, there were some small issues with the painted part, such as drip spots at the bottom of the door. Not what I expected overall.

My car was painted at this location and it looks much better than before! They were much more affordable than other body shops. I own a 2002 Honda Accord, it still runs run but the original paint was faded badly. Thank you Maaco for making my car look like new.

Had some damage to the side of my car due to not making a wide enough turn out of a gate. Luckily maaco was able to make the body look brand new. Would highly recommend this company. I went to the one in Orange, CA

They color matched new front/rear fenders and rocker guards for my 25 year old Jeep. Turned out excellent. Just took a little longer than planned.

My very reliable Chevrolet Silverado Xtra Cab Short Wheelbase pick up (boy, that’s a mouthful) is now 15 years old (225,000 miles on the 4.8L V8 running great too) had the typical “Southern California Extra Large Servicing of Very Bright Sunlight” resulting in the classic paint separation of clot v clear coat. Plus one very small ding in the front fender side (as well as a broken windshield). Maaco in Orange gave me a far evaluation of the work needed to bring back the ‘new truck luster’ and a reasonable price (although the markup on the new windshield installed by a third party was slightly steep) so as soon as public distancing due to CV-19 made it allowable to bring in to have it all done, I did. Gave them 10 days (no need to rush!) and yesterday I went and picked up my loyal and always reliable Silverado 1500 to bring home. The workmanship is first class, I expect this new paint (same as original dark blue color) to last 10 to 15 more years.). They seem to paint a number of pick up trucks so they know the right way to do it!

Kevin is great manager. He made everything clear and they did a nice job on my front hood and front bumper. I recommend this location.

I dont think they used sandpaper at all before they painted my car the stickers from the pinstripes are still there..they painted right over them...no pride in there work at all I mean it would have took five minutes to sand off...horrible job period

I took my 2013 honda fit sport so I can get the bumper fixed it was cracked. So i decided to the entire front end the hood had a couple ships my fender had a dent so bought a bumper from honda dealer took it with the car so they quoted me 1350.00$ after 1 week they called me in to pick my car up this is the pic so I got mad I told them why is my car look like this I paid and have documents saying i paid for a specific job they didnt even know what say i left my car there they finally called me 3 weeks later didnt even leave a message i had to call them so the one fender they had to take care is finally done I told the manager about the situation he just acted like he didnt know anything i took a look at my car paint doesnt match its darker then the rest of the car but whatever I just took my car after a month of waiting I worked hard and saved for a year to this to my car I would think twice before taking it to macco

Maaco did an amazing job painting the door of my Hyundai which had a large scrape. They are friendly and provide very conscientious service at a fair price.

My husband took our 1968 Ford Pickup to these guys and we expected a cheap paint job just to tie us over for awhile. We planned to have the body painted minus the bed and to get plain black. These guys helped us pick a black we are so happy with and when we went to pick up our truck the bed was painted! They went above and beyond for the price we paid and our truck looks fabulous! We are so excited and cant say enough how much we appreciated the quick service and care these guys put into our vehicle.

This review is long overdue, in that, my work Truck was painted about a year and half ago. I just washed my Truck and am amazed at how great my truck looks! There are apparent scuffs and scratches that washed off with the cleaning. I paid for the better paint and I am not disappointed.

I was referred to this shop by my mechanic.. there goes my first thank you to him. They did a great job, beautiful paint job. This was as a surprise for my wife’s car. She was out of town so I could leave the car in the store for a few days - they were amazing in working around my schedule and finished it perfectly on time for her to see it once she came back. The car is red so it is a tough color to mix and match - they nailed it! Quality work and reasonable pricing and great customer service. ThanksP.S. My wife loved it.
