I asked them about a code next to speedometer. They said bring the mini in but call ahead. I called ahead and they immediately used the code reader and fixed the problem within 20 minutes. Only charge was for the lightbulb. Great crew great people!

Travis and crew are without doubt the best I have ever worked with. Diagnostic services are very thorough and clearly explained. He takes the time to make sure you understand any situations with your car. The work is done correctly and, usually, on time. If they need to have more time, hell call and let you know. Their prices are very fair.

Why did I ever go anywhere else for my 2013 vw tdi? Nick, the owner, was thorough, knowledgeable, detailed, and personable. They did good honest work, and my car is driving better than when I got it a year ago. We will only go here from now on. Their customer service was even spot on despite being down a service writer. I love supporting small businesses especially when they are well ran like this one.

The battery in my BMW 335i desperately needed to be replaced and they were able to squeeze me in right after I called at 8. I had a battery replaced + programming within 30 minutes. Way cheaper than going to a BMW dealership. Highly recommended.

My car unexpectedly popped a tire and when trying to put my spare on, I couldn’t get all of the lug nuts off. Luckily I was “stranded” downtown. There are a handful of nearby mechanics. I walked in here since the reviews were so positive, in hope they could help me. One of the guys were so generous helping me, he went out of his way and certainly didn’t have to. The vibes at this shop is unlike any other mechanic I’ve been to. Happy, seemingly unstressed employees! The way most businesses should strive to be like. Almost makes me wish I had a Volkswagen. An enormous thank you!

The Autohaus helps me take care of our 1985 Subaru powered Vanagon that weve owned since 1990. I do a lot of the maintenance including the Subaru conversion and all sorts of other stuff but Autohause takes care of about half of the entire maintenance load for me. I love those guys! They are very helpful with advise and with the work they do on the van. I couldnt be happier.

My 07 Passat had a broken exhaust flange at the turbo and the cool fellas at AutoHaus were able to get me up and running again while saving me hundreds in comparison to the dealer and other shops who quoted me over 1300.00. These fine gentlemen were honest and down to earth, two things you dont find much of with auto repair shops!!!
