Fuel pump went out in my BMW late on a Saturday night hours away from home. Had it towed to Foreign Auto Works based on their reviews and Im really glad I did. They worked me into their busy schedule very quickly and my car was ready to go soon after parts arrived. Ward called me with updates frequently and couldnt have been more friendly or helpful. Really a great shop!

Ward and his crew are awesome. They took on my MG, that refused to run, and solved the problem. Very quick and very reasonably priced. Thanks again guys!

First time in the shop. Tired of waiting for BMW dealer both in scheduling appts and in keeping us in the waiting room due to poor time management. Gave these gentlemen a try and they performed very well. Nice, on time (early) to completion and VERY reasonably priced. Will continue to use them whenever I need service.

Nice to talk to, had me go to the dealership to confirm auto messages, the dealership wanted the price of a used vehile to fix my error code issues. It still cost a lot of money but it seems to be worth it, my car is a 2005 and at this time in my life I cannot afford another car payment, it is nice to know I have a reliable place to bring my Volvo for any foreign auto repairs.

My window on my bmw 745li was not working at all and the car was having other electrical issues related to the drivers side door. It costed me a lot but about half of what a bmw dealer would have charged me and they did a good job especially considering they had to take my door panel completely off, happy to say my window works and all of the other issues related to it are solved and you can’t tel anyone ever took the door panel off. I have a few other things I need to get looked at in my car soon and I will take it back to them for that as well. They also changed my oil and flushed the coolent. Good service, trustworthy and they will cost you much less then a dealership by miles

I first came to Foreign Autoworks back in 2000 when I needed to have the oil changed in my new 1990 Porsche 911. Thats when I first met Ward Johnson, the owner. At the time, the business was located on Pacific Avenue and later moved to its current location near Mud Bay.Over the years, I have taken all of my vehicles to Foreign Autoworks, including my first Porsche, three BMWs, a Ford Mustang, a Ford truck, and a Chevy truck. Regardless of brand, Ward, his lead technician, Count, and his team of automotive specialists have provided outstanding and honest service at fair prices. While I have had other shops try to take advantage of me, thinking I didnt know any better, Ward treats all of his customers as though they were a friend and is brutally honest.I have had several instances where something wasnt right with one of my cars, or with one of my daughters vehicles and if Ward saw it was something simple, he would grab a wrench and tighten something that had come loose or reconnect a wire which had detached, and send me off with a smile and a handshake. Dont get me wrong, I have paid for many repairs for my vehicles and foreign cars arent always cheap to maintain, but they are fair. When something goes wrong, its nice to know Ive got a trustworthy mechanic who will make it right.

Honest and excellent mechanic!I can now say I’ve been coming here for quite a few years for regular maintenance on my older car. I also have had repairs here as well and the price was fair and the work has been good. I appreciate the regular inspection and them pointing out when things are going to need replacing. Tires, brakes, etc.

These are good dudes, The Count especially, my rear window leaked, which corrorded the fusebox under my passenger seat of my E39 bmw (and i started the job diy), and got the car running, but terribly (bad idle low power) brought it here to discover the corroded power distribution box scrambled my ecu, i got lucky getting it repaired by a place in florida i definitely dont recommend going to. So get a new one, go here to have it installed, and save yourself a lot of stress and time, if you end up in similar straitsJust saying

Very disappointed with this shop, I dropped my car off and had to call multiple times to get status updates. I finally called and was provided a quote of $365 for a new thermostat. I authorized based on the estimate they provided. When I called to find out when it would be ready they said 4pm, I get there and they charged me $110 more saying they forgot to add diagnostics to my quote and tough luck. Very disappointed I don’t mind paying the cost, and even if their was additional work needed but this is a charged that could have been very easily explained with my estimate.

I highly recommend!I was very pleased with the work they did on my car. They are very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They completed my repairs very quickly and I could tell by talking to them that they were honest and down to earth. I am new to the area and I feel like I have found my mechanic for all my future automotive needs. They have been in business for a long time and I can definitely see why.

They stand behind their work and are dedicated to making it right. The prices are fair and they have never tried to do work that was not needed. It is amazingly nice to be able to bring my car someplace where I know I can trust the people working there. Thank you. A satisfied customer since 2000.

I took my Audi into the shop a few years back because i had 3 cylinders misfiring. I paid $50 for them to diagnose the problem. After looking my car over, he informed me that the vehicle was junk and the motor was done. Informed me he looked over the timing belt and everything.A month goes by and my tensioner pulley bolt snapped which it ended up bending my valves. When i tore the motor apart, i noticed that the belt was cutting threw the timing belt cover which indicated that the belt was put on incorrectly - which also indicated that the mechanic didnt actually look at my timing belt because he would have physically seen the plastic being cut through or.... he saw it but didnt want to work on it. If he would have looked at the timing belt, i would have been able to get it fixed and still driving it. Extremely nice car to trash.

Was actually looking forward to taking my Audi to get serviced here. Made an appointment a week ago to have my car serviced today. Show up fifteen minutes early to my appointment and they inform me they cant get my car in today. Another project ran over and they dont have the space. Which is understandable but pick up the phone and let your customers know whats going on. Didnt even give me a second thought and then they tell me they cant get me back in for another week. Total lack of consideration for their customers and in a customer service job, not a good thing to be bad at. What a joke!
