I just found my car has a piece fall off from the bottom, and I search online to find a place to fix it. this shop is the closed one and had five star, at first I dont believe any place will have five star but I would like to try it. To be honestly, he definite deserve it. He is real nice guy, I drive to there without appointment since no one pick up my phone call, he said because he is alone at there and he helped me to fix the small problem just in a minutes without any charge. Weve become regulars at Cruzers Automotive. I wont take my cars anywhere else unless suggested by Cruz himself (for a more specialized job). Had to have an emergency repair done while on vacation and was recommended to Ricks Automotive. They were awesome! They ordered the part overnight and gave us a great price on the repair. My husband and i are new to Washington and only have one vehicle here right now. We had a dead battery and after we put the new one in the entire dash wouldnt come on, blinkers didnt work or any guages. We were desperate to find someone who could work on the car ASAP. We were very fortunate to get in to Cruzers automotive!!!! Cruz looked into it and found that it was a fuse and would not let us even pay him for his time. Its not easy to move to a new state not knowing anyone or who has integrity and great service. We are so fortunate to have found Cruz and we will definitely only see him for any future automotive needs!

Where I take my car when I need a mechanic.

We have a Class C motorhome which was running rough. We are from out-of-town and were very concerned about breaking down on the road. I called and they made the time to diagnose and remedy the problem quickly, at a reasonable price. The shop was clean and spotless and the customer service was great!

I would love to thank the owners of Ricks Auto Repair for making my vacation trip to Vegas happen..... i have an interlock device on my vehicle which my family and i were going to drive to Las Vegas.. i had scheduled my appointment to service my interlock at the local shop in town on a Thursday afternoon and we were leaving Thursday night, the service tech from the local shop had to leave early on Thursday and didnt call to let me know. so i had to call various shops around to see if i could still get my device serviced and no luck this is at 430pm shops close at 5pm. so i called Ricks and talked to the owner explained my situation and they stayed after closing hours to service the device and made the wonderful trip to Las Vegas happen. so my family and i would love to thank you for everything your the best...

Truly blessed to have had Ricks Automotive Repair help us in a time we desperately needed them. My brother needed his truck to be serviced before we left on a family road trip and our local Repair shop canceled appointment when he showed up due to the technician having to leave early that day. The only other option we had was to go to Ricks who was an hour away. My brother called and explained our situation and being that it was almost closing time asked if they would be there if we paid the extra time. They gave us a call shortly after and said yes and on our way we were. We got there after closing and they serviced his truck and we were able to head for our trip. The lovely lady that helped us wouldnt take a tip or give us an extra charge besides the work done. Our family thanks you Ricks Automotive Repair!

Had to get a jumpsrart on 2013 focus but after that cluster gauges would not work.Called Cruz he said he could take a look right away!Other places wanted me to make appointment!...He said give him a hour so we went and had breakfast Sheries and walked back he was doneit was a fuse that I put back in wrong location he put new fuse in and would not take any money.Great guy he is my new mechanic!!!
