I had a really good experiance here after feeling taken advantage of at another automotive place. Rob made time to work on my car and he provided excellent service at a good price. Some people you can just tell they have integrity and Rob is one of them. I will keep going back here to get an honest opinion and a fair price concerning my car. Thanks guys for doing a great job.

I was stuck for over 3hrs with a vehicle that wouldnt start. Two different towing companies cancelled the tow. My insurance contacted Jerrys Towing and they assured them that they would be in 30 minutes. Otto arrived literally at 30min in a 45 minute window. He was respectful and professional. He got my vehicle to start and I was on my way back home. 100% I would contact this company if I need future towing. Thank you!

Everyone here is wonderful and friendly. However, if youre in a rush like I always am, this place isnt always the best to stop at because they provide full service. Again, its a wonderful feature. Just not for everyone.

This evening I was involved in an accident and Jerrys towing was prompt and their driver Zack was wonderful to me and my young son, Zack even carried my senior dog for me from the car. Would definitely recommend them!

Will be using them as a tow service forever now. I had unfortunate timing and got behind one of their tow trucks carrying a shredded Mustang on the back and a piece had fallen off the car (I thought was a wiring harness or a bracket) and struck my A-pillar and the drivers side mirror causing damage.I called the shop, spoke to Barry and he did some ground work and took a look at my car and set up a time to have his painter (Spectrum of Color) fix the damage. For being unlucky in the first place I am happy Barry was very professional and took care of it and made my experience with them great. I will always recommend them moving forward.

I didnt want to get out and pump my own gas today...so I came here and luckily Auto (like the car🚗)quickly greeted me, washed my dirty windshield and pumped my gas!!! He has excellent customer service skills and is a hard worker! Thanks Auto!!!!

This place is amazing! Berry and Josh and the other mechanics were so good to me and was able to tell me the problem first thing in the morning after they towed my car the evening before! They were able to tell me exactly whats wrong with my car and tell me where I had to go to update the system in my chrysler 300. I dont speak car, they were so incredibly patient with me, professional, and communicated every step of the way!! Im so incredibly grateful for them they have always been so good to me here!! Definitely will be coming back to them everytime 💞 theyre amazing.

Ato is super friendly, kind, fast and offered extra services, he takes time to answer questions and listen to car worries. I LOVE this place and LOVE that they still offer full service. I have been going here for 25 years!

This place is the bomb. Theres no one named Jerry that works here lol but Barry, Rob, and Carlito are such good dudes!! Its hard to find cool people like this in the automotive industry. Terrible customer service...I had stopped my vehicle to get gas and was told I could not because the pump was also a diesel pump.I explained I drive manual transmission and really didnt want to start my jeep to pull forward a few feet.The attendant said so and shrugged his shoulders... I said if I cant have any gas Ill never do business here again; the attendant said plenty of people get gas here

Love this full service station. Where else can you stay in your vehicle during a rain storm and have your windows washed?

To the guy that would not recommend jerrys towing to his worst enemy you left out why the driver had to call the cops in order for you to pay your bill because you refused to pay him for the lock out that was done on your vehicle. I just hope you went and got the warrant for your arrest taken care of out of mason county Beau shattuck

Very rude and unethical.I wouldnt recommend Jerrys Towing to my worst enemy!They claim Christianity, but treat you like dirt.NO GOOD!Go somewhere else. Trust me.
