Desiree greeted me like she had been waiting to serve me personally. She assessed my situation and walked me through all the steps a decisions required in an upgrade. She explained everything superbly for me as a layman in this field. The store was orderly, clean and welcoming. It was well-equipped. It took me about thirty minutes in the store and Desiree was excellent at engaging conversation while she cared for all the facets of my upgrade. In addition, she helped two other people who came in while we were uploading. I had a very positive experience today.

As someone who has worked in multiple cell phone stores, I try to give the employees there the benefit of the doubt. My experience in this store, however, was the worst I’ve ever had. From the moment my wife and I walked in, we were talked down to and treated like an annoyance. There were almost no phones on display to look at and not many more in stock to purchase. When I tried to look at the phones they did have in stock, they grabbed them out of my hand like I was going to steal them.We were trying to bring 4 lines over to Verizon, but when they realized we weren’t going to buy any accessories or phone insurance, they suggested we just go purchase the phones online. We were happy to oblige.I recommend looking elsewhere for your phone purchase.
Great service. Able to replace phone quick and easy. Sales rep very knowledgeable on the phone products and devices. Got the phone taken care of within 30 minutes and was able to add instant backup on my phone.

Samsung note 5 died Mid day and I had insurance coverage. Apparently the Lenexa 87th and I435 store manager could care less, all he wanted to do was sell me another new phone Which would then eliminate my coverage on the note 5. I told him my insurance will replace it but that would be 2 or 3 days to get it shipped, and his only solution was more money from my pocket on a new phone. Why isnt this scenario covered in their customers best interest to get another phone in their hands immediately without cost since they have insurance? Seeing that the Lenexa store mgr. cares nothing of helping a 15+ year customer, and considering dumping Verizon totally, I went to the Olathe Verizon store On Parker and Santa Fe. Christopher solved my problem. Super helpful... he understands what customer service truly is. 100 stars, thanks Christopher.Lenexa store manager, 1000 negative stars!

The salesman talked me into a very expensive bundle plan. He lead me to believe I would at least get better than the 20mbps download and 2.5 mbps upload speed that was offered by the only local internet company for 110 a month.. The manager of this store looked me in the eye and said that the Hotspot I was getting for the 2 kids would be enough to support both of their schooling for a month. He said he had personally spoke with many clients that used their hotspot in the country. I gave him my address he said my house was covered. My friends verizon worked better than my straight talk network so I figured I would switch get phones and my business number switched over... OK cell service at the house, less than 5mbps dl and 1.25 upl speeds and $350 dollars a month later, im an extremely unhappy camper. This is after 250 in sales tax on devices, + the 120 for activation fees in the first month. I hope you people feel good praying on hard working people trying to raise families. I imagine karma will find its way back to the young women and the manager that made this garbage sale.

I also recently went into this store.......no wonder theres never any customers there, who wants to be belittled. AVOID this place. And the poor female associates behind the counter look as if theyre in trouble also, totally quiet and only looking at the floor.Dude do everyone a favor and take a few customer service classes cause one class wont be enough for you.One more suggestion quit smoking in the back room the store smells horrible.!!!!I will never never be back in that store again, Ill drive an extra 20 miles to never go back there.
DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!Let me tell you why, this is an authorized retailer for Verizon, they will charge you set-up fees, insist no other activation fees will show up, and do NOT know the current deals that Verizon is offering.I went there with my family about a month ago to switch to Verizon. The sales representative was very rude, and though I saw online we could get a free phone with a new account he insisted there was no such deal. When we showed hesitation and I showed him the Verizon deal on my phone his coworker happened to look and let him know there was. “It must be a new deal”, no, I had been researching our switch to Verizon for over a month and it was not a new deal.We also repeatedly asked about our bill and if there would be any charges other than the monthly plan fee/taxes. He insisted there would not, and that we paid the activation fees up front.Low and behold when we get our first bill it says we owe money on the free phone, and each new line owes ~$70 in activation fees.I called 611 (Verizon—not this store) and spoke with a representative. Apparently authorized retailers charge set-up fees that Verizon stores do not, and they are separate from the activation fees. He also let me know the free phone promo takes a month to show up on the bill, and we will be credited next month.All of this our authorized retailer not only neglected to tell us, but when we blatantly asked several times if there were anymore fees, he lied and said no.TLDR; go to a real Verizon store. All of the hidden fees and deceit are real and present at this “authorized retailer” location, and they will ignore Verizon deals and lie to you to get as much money as possible.
Christopher was very knowledgeable and professional. I had my mind made up on a phone and after talking through a variety of options I feel like I made a better choice and saved hundreds of dollars. Highly recommend!

I recently went in the store on K7 and Sante fe and was treated rudely by Christopher. He was short and I felt that my questions werent answered in a professional manner at all. I told him I was treated rudely and would be filing this. There was another lady in the store and she was Very friendly and positive.The previous customer left in a rage after dealing with Christopheras well.

I have been in and out of this store for various reasons over the last few years. That being said I havent been a Verizon customer for even 1 year yet. When shopping for accessories or phones I stop here first to speak with Chris or Drew. These guys know there stuff and all they know how to do is provide and excellent customer service expierence. My thanks goes out to these gentlemen for their assistance with my Verizon account, and for my strange addiction to electronic accessories.

Horrible customer service, rude, not helpful, doesnt take initiative(by the manager by the way). They dont seem to do anything other stores can do, like fix my phone. They lied about the price because another Verizon quoted $30 compared to the $200 the manager here quoted. Even when I walked him and asked how much it was to fix a cracked screen, he immediately Never had worse customer service at a Verizon store in my life (been a customer for over 15 years) and will NEVER return to an authorized dealer. I will only go to a real Verizon with real customer service from here on out. Very disappointed.

I couldnt be more pleased with the service I received from Andrew this past weekend. The store was out of stock with a phone I wanted to purchase. Rather than showing me another phone I might like, he called to see if another store had the phone. That evening he went and picked up the phone so I would have it the next day. Thank you, Andrew, for going over and above!
Had to purchase a phone charger for my brothers phone (visiting from out-of-state) when he discovered he left his at home. The guy waiting on us could not have been more rude. First, he chastised us because it was an AT&T phone (we assumed a charger was a charger). When we suggested we would go find an AT&T vendor, he said his would work fine. That night, determined it did not charge the phone. Returned the next day to get a refund and the same rude guy was there (he was obviously upset that we interrupted his smoke break). Explained the situation and he chastised us again for not taking 30 seconds to test the charger in the store. Who tests a phone charger in the store before purchasing? Never, ever, will I give this guy any of my business. We just moved to this area of Olathe. I will gladly drive to 119th Street for my Verizon needs.

Worst customer service I have ever received. They put a ton of extra stuff on my bill, unbeknownst to me. Then wouldnt fix it and told me I had to go to corporate. But corporate didnt make this error?!

Do Not go here. Their customer service is horrible, and my wife and I were talking to the store manager both times we went in; not just to an employee that wasnt able to help us. It was instances that were not communicated clearly or at all; adding features that we didnt want (and now have to pay for); and refusing to refund a broken product that was damaging our vehicle (we got the hum for our car). Do not go here, it will save you a lot of time and frustration.
I love both Luke & TanishaLee. They explain things and make sure I understand how to use my phone. I went to the corporate store and they have NO people skills at all. I recommend seeing TanishaLee & Luke for all your phone needs!!!!!!!

Very horrible customer service. I just got a new phone and went in to this location to buy a screen protector on Saturday and when I asked the guy if hed put it on he had attitude and was quite rude the rest of the time I was there. The next morning I noticed a little hair sticking out of the edge and when I went to get it off the whole screen protector popped off. (did not brake or anytging) I called up to the store to see how I could get this fixed and of course I got the same rude guy named Chris. Sadly hes the manager there. He stated that theres no way it was his fault cuz hes been doing it for 5 years and that screen protectors are easy to do. He then accused me of dropping my phone. He said theres nothing he can do and that I need to fill out my warranty to get a new one. Kinda ridiculous that you pay 1000$ for a brand new phone and you get protection for it an when things like this happen they cant help you get it fixed. So now I have to wait a week for a new one to ship and not have a screen protector on unless I buy a new one. An on top of that I have to pay for shipping for a new one. Ive done some research and this place is scamming people. You can get the same screen protecter online for under 15$. They sell them for 50+. The screen protecter only had the adhesive on the edge so no wonder it came off.I highly would NOT recommend this location. Go to the verizon off 119th. They said they get people all the time that come from this location for issues.

The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Typically this place is packed at busier times, best to go on an off peak time. Accessories are expensive though, buy those elsewhere.
I came to this store after going to the corporate on 119th and feeling disappointed when I left. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by Andrew and already felt better about doing my business at this store. They were able to supply me the phone I wanted, with the deals and plan I wanted. I know this location isnt a corporate location so some of the deals are little different. But I felt like we walked out of there with a better deal and much better customer service than we did at the 119th store. I highly recommend going to this location. They had the phones in stock that the other store didnt. Andrew H. was who I talked to and I highly recommend going to see him for all your future Verizon needs.
