My son and I went in get information on upgrading our phones. The employees were very helpful and respectful.

The male working on Friday night 2/19, was completely rude. Over a mask that i was already putting on. His attitude was unacceptable. He should not be working in customer service. He not only was rude, but he also caused his place of employment hundreds of dollars, as I was going to upgrade 4 lines. He would not give me his name, the managers name, or the store number. He said I didnt need that info. It was none of my business. I will never shop at that location again!!

Lady was horrible.. too many people in store and answers wasnt solved..employee wasnt good...and her kids were in a room unattended...horrible

Terrible coverage. Phone calls are unclear, sending/receiving texts are very delayed and data is spotty. Tried to return the phone after the service fail but they hide being the contract fine print (thats on me), T-Mobile was surprised what they hid behind. Spend the extra $10 per month an go to T-Mobile.

Its a great place to get nice phones, great prices, great service and of course better than others phone store. You just have to be patient for your turn when its busy, however they are nice people! 😊😉😀

Service was great but price it the door was ridiculously priced 380$ for 2 *FREE* phones, Wich are not FREE dont bother with there Free pich cause there not free at all
