I went in store to buy an expensive product online and they canceled it because it wasn’t in stock and. We called our financial company and GameStop many times to try to get the refund figured out and we went to the store to get our refund and we haven’t gotten a refund yet do not buy from the store

Their employees are reselling hard to find items. Was told last night there were two boxes of Pokémon cards so I waited in line for two hours. Little punk at the front said they were all sold out after they opened. I was first in line

Called ahead to get a Nintendo switch(which they said they had). When I got there the employee said they didnt have any which I could see 2 in the case. He wouldnt even go look.

Alright Im not the biggest fan of GameStop and their abysmal trade-in prices. That said this location has some of the best staff of their metro area.The employees are engaging without being annoying. Thats a huge plus for someone who is more concerned shepherding his minions of destruction; children. Also the store has some of the best stocked supplies on action figures, Pokemon, and clothing compared to other locations.

Nice, convenient location. They offer a lot of variety of games for a lot of different game consoles. They also had in stock some older controllers I thought they wouldnt have.

After dealing with customer care numerous times trying to get my pro rewards account sorted out so I could actually access it. I stopped into this location and spoke with Gary. He was very knowledgeable and went above an beyond and actually called customer care on my behalf. He was able to get everything resolved within 5 minutes of being on the phone. Thanks Gary!

You can get games there. They are used but they only take the best ones. And if you have old games or ones that are used that you dont play anymore you can take them in to trade for games. You can take them to cash or store credit but make sure you use store credit while in store so you get more for them

This location seemed both over staffed and under staffed at the same time. There was three people working, but only one person who could apparently help me, which made our quick visit take an extra half hour of waiting.

Half the people are knowledgable and the other half need to do some research or play games more often to work at a place like this.

Yeah when these employees call you to tell you you’re game will be available to pickup at 9 they should tell you that they close at 9:30... so that you’re not pulling up at 9:35 looking like an idiot. Screw this location strang line blows these idiots out of the water

F in Customer Service.

Was told by them I could trade in a sealed game with valid receipt. Drove 30 minutes to this store with receipt and they refused to honor. 60 minutes wasted plus gas for uninformed employees. Horrible

These people will pretty much steal your money with every chance they get. I just bought a brand new game for 50 bucks less than half an hour ago and it wont work in my system. I asked them if i could get a refund and since it had been opened they would only give me 8 WHOLE DOLLARS for a game that hadnt even been used. I cant even play this game so that was a big waste of money and absolutely horrible customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. Thanks alot gamestop. You are really just a bunch of theives
