They cleaned my very dirty charge port on my iPhone 12 Pro Max in 20 minutes and now it charges like brand new. Before it wouldn’t even charge with a lighting Cord and only a wireless charger. There prices are very reasonable.

I ended up finding Device Pros while looking for other shops in the area after being unsatisfied with ubreakifix the quote given for my LG and a back glass I sourced myself.I walked in was told it would take about 30 minutes, and about 30 minutes later I had my LG back, back glass replaced as promised, its been a week and still holding well! The guy I spoke to definitely seemed more confident in his work than the other store and if I need electronics repairs in the future, I will trust Device Pros to take a look first.

Derrick and his guys really know their stuff. Ive never had a device they couldnt fix, from tablets to consoles and obviously phones! Ive had so many mishaps with my kids dropping their phones and I even dropped one off of a roof! Ill keep going back as long as technology keeps needing fixed 😅. Would highly recommend to anyone and I do often.

I dropped off my sons nintendo switch because it was not charging. Device Pros had it less than a day When they called to let me know the issue had been fixed and that it was a minor repair. When I went to pay they said since it was such a simple fix that there was no charge. My son switch has worked perfect ever since and there has been no issue with it charging. I would feel more than comfortable taking any of our of our devices to get fixed at Device Pro!

Had them replace LCD screen and glass on my wifes iPhone 7. When I went to pick it up, the guy told me that Apple has new security feature that disables the phone when the screen is replaced. Now only way to use the phone is a factory reset. Since she hasnt backed it up recently, she will lose a lot of data. Why did they not tell me this would happen when I dropped the phone off?This is second screen replacement on this phone and didnt have this issue the first time. If they would have brought this up prior to replacing the screen, I could have tried to have it backed up first.Update: Owner Derrick called me that night and we discussed the issue. He refunded my money but any data that hadnt been backed up was lost. In all fairness, I have used Device Pros several times in the past and have always had good experiences. Hopefully this was just a fluke.

I had to send back my screen that I ordered to fix my phone bc the one Amazon sent me was broke and I came in asking if I could buy the screwdrivers I needed (lost the first and only ones I had) and needed to get moving quickly so I could return it on time. Matthew was there and said he would be happy to just use his and remove it for me. Didnt charge me anything since it was a simple deal and now they have my business and my highest respects. I have a very positive view of this computer repair establishment. I was having difficulties with my computer which I, and other family and friends could not repair. I was needing a tempered glass, screen shield replaced. When I explained that I had one that I purchased elsewhere, I was told that wouldn’t be an issue. These guys were great. My wifes Galaxy S8 LCD screen was fractured. I called around and their prices were slightly lower than others, but more importantly they were really polite and professional. Made an appointment for 4pm it was ready by 5pm.

How to crack screen. The GPS quit working after I got my screen fixed. They were very upfront with me and help me to the best of their abilities. Got everything resolved. Took a lot of time on their part and they didnt charge me anything extra. Do recommend were very reasonable

These guys are a locally owned shop and are great people to deal with. Even better, their work is good and backed by warranty and they ARE the best priced in town. I had a 6S screen replaced with the aftermarket screen and was not happy with the screens response. Border line warranty issue, but they took it in and replaced it w the Apple screen and I happily paid the difference in materials only for Apple screen over the aftermarket screen, no extra charges for labor. I’ll be back for any future repairs and to buy new devices!

Ive used Device Pros numerous times. Each time they are 1) the least expensive, 2) fast, and 3) super friendly. And their repairs seem to be done well and using quality parts. I highly recommend them. Im a geek with an electronic engineering degree, so Im picky, but these guys really are excellent.

Got my screen fixed lasted for less than a week. They were not understanding in the fact that it was their fault in not correctly installing the screen. Even the way they treat customers is poor and overall experience was awful.

My computer hard drive quit working on me. I took it to Device Pros and they diagnosed the problem for just $30. I ended up having to replace the hard drive and install Windows, but the price was very reasonable and the service was super fast. I appreciate the honesty of the technician and will take all my devices to them for service in the future.

Awesome service! My iphone X broke and the screen was only looping the Apple logo. Took it here and Matt had it fixed in a matter of minutes, and didnt charge me! Will definitely go back if we have any future issues with our phones or our computer!

Great service. Let me know the total price for my battery and replacement s7 screen. Cost for both was less after tax than at a competitor for just the screen. They actually called me back when my screen was in! They quoted me 2 hours to do the job, but had it done in 1 hour. Will certainly recommend.

Came in with a Switch that wouldnt charge. He ordered parts, replaced the charging port, and the issue didnt improve. Not a huge deal or his fault. No charge. When I came to pick up I had a Samsung tablet that the screen had recently went out on. He quickly diagnosed it and fixed it. Hand it back to me and said no charge. I couldnt accept this and ended up still getting him to run my card. He spent a lot of his time replacing that port and he fixed another tablet and wasnt going to charge me. I will never go to another repair shop.

My iPhone 6S just wouldnt accept a charge anymore. Took it to Device Pros and in less than five minutes, they had cleaned the charge port and it was charging fine. Couldnt be happier and impressed with the service.

Device Pros quoted me $50 cheaper than a couple of other places to replace an iPhone SE cracked/smashed screen, so I gave them a shot. Not only was the price exactly as quoted, they were super fast, very friendly, and even checked out and cleaned up the inside of my middle schoolers phone, which he had also dropped in water a week or so ago (I was able to resurrect it but them doing that extra bit was much appreciated). I highly recommend Device Pros when a mobile phone accident happens!
