Made an order for a screen replacement and didnt get called back when it arrived, so I had to make the call myself. The employees didnt give me a price range until I had to ask myself. They didnt maintain confident eye contact or greet me when I came in. Good quality on fixing my screen. I filed a complaint so hopefully things will improve should I need their services again. They did make up for their disservice by not charging the screen protector I needed. I will give them second chance but hope they will value my time as much as they do theirs.

I was a little nervous to try this service for my son’s damaged iPhone, but I couldn’t be happier with the experience and the results. The technician was friendly and was done in 10 minutes! The phone looks great and we saved at least $50 compared to the alternatives!

The guys know their stuff here when they know what the problem is with your phone. I had an APP that was draining my battery fast and he told me which one it was. I got rid of it and now my battery is not draining as fast. Thanks guys.

We came today to fix it my iPhone 6s Plus screen and they were really nice and quickly fix it my cellphone (for a fair price) and they also gave me a year warranty for my phone. If you have a iPhone I definitely recommend this place! Just go there and you are going to have your cellphone looking as a brand new one!

Went to get my original Pixel phone battery changed and I knew that there was a chance the screen could brake in the process. They mentioned it, and told me what that would add to the fix if it happened, but it didnt. They were very professional, took care of my battery change in two hours and I have a great, old and working phone again. I called phonefixation a few weeks ago inquiring about fixing a cracked screen on my Nexus tablet. They said they could have it replaced the next day, I was very excited. I bring it in, he looks at it, and it ends up being the 2013 model, not the 2012 I thought it was, no biggie, I just have to wait another day to get the new screen. The new screen arrives but it is defective, so they have to order another replacement. There is no estimate they could give me as to when it would arrive, but whatever, it is an older device, I get it. Im still 99% satisfied with them. I FINALLY get a call 2 weeks later telling me my device is fixed and ready to be picked up. I live in the city so it is a good 30 minute drive for me. Their posted hours are 10-7 for Monday to Friday. I arrive at 6:05pm and they are closed up tight. I call the other location as to inquire about the hours and they say yeah they close at 6 Im skeptical because I was pretty sure I had called them after 6 before and they answered, so while Im upset they werent on top of updating their hours on Google (I have an update pending for your weekday hours, youre welcome) that I wasted a good amount of gas. Oh well, Im still 80% satisfied, My device is fixed! I cant wait to get it back! Which brings me to today and the attached pictures. Yes, the screen is fixed-ish, but at what cost? It doesnt sit flush with the casing because they straight up chipped away at the casing. It would appear they didnt even try to use a heat gun to weaken the adhesive. I could buy a replacement screen online and do it myself for $25, I paid them $65 thinking that they are professionals and do stuff like this all the time, so they will be much better at it. After looking at these pictures you can see, that no, they are no different than any other joe schmo trying to have their hand at trying to fix something by watching a video on YouTube and hastily having a go at it. Very disappointing, would not recommend.

I had an old Samsung Galaxy S8+ that I called and inquired about fixing. I would 100% recommend this place. This is my new go to repair store! They are friendly and very knowledgeable, they were able to fix my problem and they did it fast as well! I went in to have my charging port fixed. I dont remember his name, but he took a look and said it was dirty. He cleaned it out and it was working perfectly. He didnt charge me anything either, and wouldnt even accept the tip I wanted to give him for being so nice and helpful. Hands down a great place, and I for sure will go back to him if a real issue ever arises. :)

I shattered my iPhone and went toPhoneFixation. I was in a hurry and Lacy said shed have it done within 30 minutes. She was super quick and really nice. The shop was super clean and organized. She sells accessories for your phone as well. What I really liked is that she double checked my phone to make sure everything was working correctly.
