Not very knowledgeable about there products, and got the vibe that they would much rather be doing something other than helping you.
Christian was very helpful and knowledgeable. He made my experience very pleasant.
Customer rep Rodger was incredibly condescending to my wife within 10 minutes of our half-hour stop to upgrade her phone. He had zero control of his facial expressions and seemed annoyed at most of her questions.My wife told him she hadnt updated her phone for a couple years (which slowed the transfer process). He stepped back from the table, pinching hisnnose and closing his eyes and seemed greatlynfrustrated.
I have been struggling with trying to get internet for months and have been shut down with no help Everytime until I came in an spoke to Deshawn. He was very polite and got to the bottom of the problem, and is helping me get internet!!!
Great experience at my AT&T store. My customer rep Malik did a wonderful job of helping make my new phone selection easy! He was so helpful and polite a real pleasant person to work with!
Upgraded my wifes phone. Chantel assisted us and was very helpful. Informative, no pressure, and all the information she shared lined up with all my research. It was my best experience to date with an AT&T store. In all fairness though, my worst was in this same store about 6 years ago.
Great customer service! Everyone were so helpful and friendly, and they made sure we got set up with the best plan for us. We just switched over from T-mobile and are very happy with our decision!

We went in to pick out phones. They did a great job selling us but they are worthless when you need assistance. We have been back twice and every time we were told to call customer service. So, if you want to spend money, this is your place. If you need help, dont waste your time.
Staff was polite... But the lady assisting didnt believe me that ATT supports the OnePlus post-blackout even though I checked the list specifying the O+ 7. she didnt want to troubleshoot further, even though there was nobody in line behind me. Wouldnt even give me a Sim replacement to TRY to fix the problem, which was recommended by ATT tech support . Time to switch to TMobile, since ATT doesnt want to assist loyal customers. Just cause youve worked there long doesnt mean you have all the answers.
DeShawn was absolutely AMAZING!! I have been with AT&T for about 5 years and He made me feel like I was actually part of the team!! I swear he just educated me on all the accessories that I purchased! I am very happy he was there to help me! I needed a good laugh and awesome service and He saved the day! I went in there about a month or so ago to upgrade, add a line, and buy another phone. Kenzie and Leela were great to work with! They both went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and needed! They were friendly and outgoing! By far the best cell phone experience I’ve ever had! Thank you again, ladies!!!
I have requested for internet service for my new home through customer service and everyone said I did not have service in that area as it was a new construction home but I confirmed with my neighbors that they pulled in AT&T and even though I mentioned the same the customer service did not help and all my calls were literally just my energy draining and of no use and in this COVID situation I had to go to the store and finally I made the store manager understand my situation and he said we would provide the service in a week and gave a 100gb meanwhile for us to work from home and it’s been 15 days and yet we are struggling to get the service but the 100 gb they gave got finished as we connect to work that is literally not sufficient and I’m really disappointed that I have been traveling to the store several times and yet not satisfied with the experience and still waiting on the service to get to my home I wish I had some other provider providing the service with my home adress 🥺 I am tired of traveling to the store in this COVID situation and not sure why this customer service when that does not help us

Nice store with wide open spaces for proper Covid spacing.Sales associate David did a great job in transferring our phones over from another carrier.Only snafu was after getting home, we found out our voicemail and group texts werent working.David gave me a couple of suggestions via his phone texts that we tried but didnt help, and he offered to fix in the store the next day.That night I was able to chat online with an ATT tech support who got us all fixed up in an hour.Wish we could got phones fully tested and verified before leaving store (we did verify phone calls, simple texts and internet access before leaving), but the voicemail was a biggie that maybe in the future should be looked at.

Great experience. We came in because my boyfriend broke his phone and we were getting him a new one! The guy that help us was great through all the resetting of passwords. Along with that the whole time we were there another worker was helping an older lady set up and understand her new iPhone. ( Probably over and hour) Making sure all of the volumes were correct. Then for the cherry 🍒 on top, he walked outside to help her connect to her Bluetooth on her car! I was really moved! Great customer service right there!!
I was in quite the mess of all messes and it was actually caused by another AT&T store that had me agree to stuff I did not understand at the time apparently. It took less time to figure my problems out,and this was all thanks to Kinze and her amazing problem solving skills both times I have been here it was quick and easy to get to the root of the problem I would visit this store to get new service if I was you. Definitely if you have issues with anything this store can help you out. I was really close to writing of AT&T for good and changing my cellular provider but thanks again to Kinze you still have a long time customer.... Happy customer BTW.
Both Leela and Malik helped me out a TON. I had an iPhone 7 and so I was DEFINITELY do for an upgrade. If it wasn’t for them, I wouldn’t know how to work my new iPhone 12. They showed me SO many things I didn’t know about my phone (because I’m not very technologically advanced). And they were so personable and sooo fun to talk to!!!

Customers should not consider the trade in program. I placed my order in person and received my new phone with no issues. The catch is the trade in credit of $700 will not be processed until the old phone is received. The store staff will not take your old phone nor will they help you obtain the official return labels. Nothing can be tracked and no customer service is provided. I have been on the phone for two hours and transferred many times and still no return labels have been sent. The local staff is not helpful and rushed me out the door when I arrived 20 mins. prior to close. I now understand why ATT wants us to sign a 30 month contract for the credits. Shame on the person responsible for training and managing these employees. Customers of over 15 years deserve better.

Meh. Got charging brick and cable we needed. My opinion of the service is, meh. Agent kept trying to talk over us rather than hear and answer our questions. You know what youre walking into.
Leela was fantastic! All I got was a new screen protector and she put it on for me and really took the time to make sure my screen was dust free and there were no bubbles. I have had good service from other employees there before but really appreciated her attention to detail today!

AT&T sales and support associate Joseph Field-Farias was the greatest! He helped me every step of the way, over several days, learning my new device, getting my number ported and severing ties with my previous carrier. I was a walk-in, bring-your-own-device customer, Im 50 years old and a struggler with technology, but Joe was the most helpful, knowledgeable and patient professional I could have hoped for. Im glad to be a new customer, service is great, and I thank Joe for making it happen!
For years David has helped me out with all my business devices. Adding phones or iPads, trading, upgrading, plan changing. He’s able to do many of these things without me needing to come in which makes it SO much easier. So the customer service has always been excellent. And the service is way better with ATT than sprint which we came from.
Donnie and his team do a great job! They were able to help me out of a bind which was very much appreciated! Superb customer service and I plan to continue shopping at this store for all of my future AT&T needs!

I walked in to get info on an iPad upgrade and found an awesome tv bundle option that is a better deal than any other tv option out there at this time. Trey asked me what TV/Sports I was interested in and showed me how it works. Kenzie also helped with getting my bill lower with an Employer discount where I work. I’m saving more money and now have affordable TV.
Our family of 5 came in for a full family upgrade and Chantel was extremely knowledgeable of her products, fit for our family, and speedy assistance in resetting each of our phones! Bad customer service. They take forever to get to you, & once the manager “checks you in” it takes forever for a representative to help you. The manager doesn’t do much other than checks people in, go figure! I also noticed they treat people of color differently too. You’d expect better from such a tiny store. I hope it gets better than it currently is.

Changed from 5 star to one star due to them refusing to assist me until i gave them a 5 star review, to which their associate, malik, took my phone and clicked on 5 star for the review and had me type a good review before i was evem assisted, all under the direction of the manager. the manager refused to do a simple damage product exchange that was less than 24 hours since purchase, unless i gave him a 5 star review. then after i was finally assisted, the manager said i could not leave the store until he was made certain he got his 5 star google review. will never shop at this location again!

Do to virus and social distancing requirement my daughter and I waited for 1.5 hours in our car to gain access to store to work with ATT associate. At the end of this visit I went into the store to get status and was told one of their agents went to lunch and would be back in 30 minutes. We weren’t the only ones waiting, other folks were setting in their cars waiting as well. Getting a lunch break must be number one priority in that store....even when customers have to wait in excess of 1.5 hours. It is all about providing excellent customer service and this team failed miserably!!Regards20+ year customer of ATT

The store manager is a very rude person.Save yourself headaches and money by buying accessories online or at Micro Center. They have a very liberal return policy.The manger refused to exchange a damaged glass screen protector that was less than 60 days old. The sales rep advised when we bought it that it could be exchanged at AT&T for life.$50 for a screen protector at AT&T. The exact same one at Amazon or Micro Center is $20.The store manager was very curt and accused me of lying when explain that the sales rep said it was exchangeable for the life of the product.I specifically asked as I know screen protectors and cases break. I asked multiple times.However when it comes time to get help, they are not able to.We pay a premium to have AT&T and we paid three time’s more for the accessory. Lessons learned.It is really easy to dislike AT&T.
I want to commend the staff at this store. They are always polite and very helpful. I have gray hair but they never treat me as less than. I am always treated with respect. Today. I worked with Tasha and she was outstanding and went above and beyond. When friends are interested in ATT, I will be sending them to her.

Had the worst experience Ive ever had here. Went to buy a surface go and the only sales pitch the he had was i could take it for 20 bucks a month. Had to pry the difference between my existing surface 3. Tje sales guy did not understand I had to pay for it sometime his sales pitch, I can take it now for 20 bucks .

Worst customer service I have dealt with in a very long time. Theres no one to greet you when you come in. They just randomly choose people to put in line instead of actually finding out who was there first. And they have zero compassion when you have any issue with any one of their subsidiaries. All they ever do is directly to customer service or tell you to leave their store.
Leela did a great job for me when I visited the Olathe Kansas store. Donnie the manager was also available to talk with me as a customer. I would encourage others to visit the Olathe location for extraordinary service.
There wasnt enough employees to take care of the customers. We waited 15 mins and wasnt next in line, so we left unhelped.
I got help as soon as I walked in the door by Logan and he helped me in setting up my new iPhone 11 and walked me through the basics and was very nice and respectful.
