I came in to get a screen replacement and had to come in twice after. The first time I came in after the replacement was because the screen wasnt properly glued back on. The second time was because there was something in front of the proximity sensor, which disabled the phone when I made calls. Now, the screen is already separating at the bottom again. I dont feel that its worth going back to them, so Ill go elsewhere to get it done correctly.

The staff here are so friendly. I had someone ready to help me as soon as I walked through the door. They were able to repair my phones screen and had it finished in an hour. I definitely recommend them.

Only place I could find near Gardner that was open on a Sunday to repair a broken screen. I was told it would be two hours to fix and it was done in about an hour. It was 350 to repair a note 10+ screen so I dont know if thats the best price but it was the only place I could find. No ragerts.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. I was surprised to see they were open on Sunday. I called to see when I could bring my PS 4 pro in fr a cleaning and heat paste replacement as one game was giving my system trouble. Dropped the system off and was given a price quote and promised I would have the system back before closing. Within an hour I get a call from Ian indicating in taking the power supply out of the console he damaged a piece. The “board technician” wouldn’t be in until Tuesday to see the extent of damage Ian caused and what could be done to fix it. Needless to say I called back to get a better understanding of what was going on. Was told I would not be charged for that repair, and for my inconvenience would get an10% discount on the cleaning I brought it in for. And so now I wait because not only is that my gaming system, I also watch movies and TV series though it as well. And, I am at their mercy as to what can / will be done to fix this and bring it back to the condition it was prior to bringing it to their shop. Moral of the story is I should have followed my instinct in the first place because I told my wife “with my luck I would bring it to them for a cleaning and they would cause more damage to it.”SO AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!

Jacob at CPR was an absolute lifesaver. After spending over 8 hours and having an absolute nightmare week with T-mobile, who apparently lost all my data on my old phone, Jacob was able to fix the issue ... within an hour. He was attentive, helpful and generous. When Jacob heard how badly I had been treated at T-mobile he decided not to charge me. Thank you much again CPR. I will be sure to use your services again in the future if I encounter another mobile tech issue.

I had never used them before and was skeptical. However, I used my phone protection plan, dropped off my phone with broken screen and 1.5 hr later I pick it up and was perfect. The staff acted like I was the most important person and item on their to do list.I highly recommend them.

Fast, Friendly, and not the most expensive place!

This is the place to go to if you need your phone fixed. I pinched my phone in a car door and honestly thought the phone was toast. I took it in just to see if they could fix it. They told me that they wouldn’t charge me unless they could actually fix the phone and they had the phone done the next day! Their service is top notch and the speed at which they fixed the phone is unparalleled. I’ve been to places that charge you an upfront fee and take weeks to finish the phone. Huge thanks to the guys at CPR, I won’t be taking my phone anywhere else.

The staff is friendly, professional and honest. I had a top-of-the-line phone that was unresponsive to commands. They inspected it and found past water damage and explained the risks of repairs. “Just the facts”, no pressure to buy anything. It was refreshing to have honesty as the prime directive of a business. I chose to repair an older phone and they did it at a very reasonable cost within two hours.

These guys are awesome! Easy to talk to on the phone, no charge for diagnosing. I took my daughters phone in and the repair and had it back in the same day. The repair was so simple (disconnected and reconnected the batter), they didnt even charge me for it! What a great group of honestly working people.

The phone was supposed to take 3 day to fix but, instead it going on day 9. Terrible with relaying messages and on top of that, offered no incentive for the long wait. Tried to pick up my phone today but they closed up shop 3 hours early. Definitely a hard pass for recommending.

I called CPR Because I was looking at purchasing an Iphone 12 Pro through their program because my Iphone 8 lcd had been messed up. I walked in and asked if they could fix the LCD. I ended up purchasing a new screen for my phone and they had it fixed in an hour (they even stayed late to get it finished since it was 6:20 when I walked in!!!)They didnt try to upsell me to get the new Iphone 12 pro that I had originally went in there for and had me fixed up the same day.Top notch service!

Had a shattered screen and I have an unusual phone. Went in Friday afternoon and they had new screen shipped from another store. Phone was fixed and operating as it should by mid-afternoon Saturday. Was told to receive a part they would have to order usually 3-5 business day, then they would work on it and call me. Gave the tablet to them on Wednesday and received a call on Friday it was ready.

John was simply awesome. Professionally greeted me when I came into the store. I explained the loud fan issue on our PS4. He told me that he would take a look at it and then call or text me before the store closed. He did exactly what he told me and called me later that evening to explain what he found causing the issue and how he planned to resolve. John followed up again the next morning with his plan to fix and that hed call me later when the repair was complete. He called a couple of hours later to let me know the PS4 was ready to be picked up. Upon arriving at the store John went over there repair one more time to make sure I was comfortable with the what had been done and also told me what he recommended to do to properly care for the PS4 going forward. Service was exceptional. However, the warranty for the glass protection is miserable for registration.They require an app to be installed to register. The app is annoying and requires access to phone calls and audio. It then accept registration PIN code and tells you to wait 24 hours. It literally forces you to wait 24 hours with a countdown. If you quit, you have to register again.It is a 10+ steps process. I got stuck at step 4 because of the 24 hours wait. Not sure what to expect in the following steps.The store experience was awesome and I will definitely be back for all my other needs. I just hope they can get rid of this warranty service and use a better one.

I had a great experience at the Olathe store. The guy that helped me over the phone was so friendly and was the same in person. They repaired my the HDMI port on my son’s XBox. They said it would be a week and it was back a few days early. They charged a fair price. I will use them again for other electronic repair needs.

Other than not having the battery the day I walked in (they had it two days later, but I was out of town), they gents were fantastic and the replacement was done over my lunch time (dropped off and picked back up). Saved we from having to upgrade a phone 2 months early. How I can use this phone for a year or longer if the battery performs like I expect. Thanks, old dude who hates to upgrade on something that works!
