They said I could drop off my phone that day and pick it up next day since I couldnt go long without my phone due to work. They also said Id be able to get it repaired same day if I chose a different day.After reviewing my schedule, I made the appointment online the next day (Thurs) for the following Saturday. When I showed up, I was told they do not have the part and they would have to order it for the following Saturday.To top it off, a customer in line in front of me had the same issue with a battery.I am appalled that this is a certified Google repair center. Im normally pretty chill about mistakes. But I wasted half a week already, and now longer, because someone cant bother to give out accurate information.

Went to the store on 95th and Quivira road. Very busy only one guy there. Had to leave my phone, came back and it was done, I dont know how he got it done, but it was ready. Thanks Ethan, your great!!! 👍👍

Took my Note 9 in due to failed software update, just reboots nonstop. Havent heard back in over two weeks, they dont answer their phone. Stopped by and only one person there, had no clue when it would be looked at or if they could fix it. For an authorized Samsung repair facility, they dont seem to be able to fix them.I called corporate office when they saw my poor review. They call this business location to have them call me in 24-48hrs to help resolve this, but they never called. I must be the only one they dont want to help fix my phone. I guess, a simple software fix isnt expensive enough to bother fixing. May try another location, hopefully they will have better customer service.

Warranty is garbage. they use low quality parts owned by the cell phone insurer that is what the carriers use named asurion that has monopoly on all this. Phone is unusable just a week after fixing

This place is great for repairing your phone or computer. My phone had quit charging so I went in. It was an easy fix for them just cleaning out the plug in port. They were really nice and did not charge me a thing for fixing my phone. Highly recommend

Outstanding cell phone repairs. I brought my iPhone to this local cell phone repair shop and Samsung for a screen repair and battery replacement. I was in and out in under an hour. All techs are certified and my parts were OEM. I will definitely be back.

Walked in with a phone that had trouble charging, the man behind the counter quickly recognized and then fixed my problem within minutes, and didn’t even charge me for it. Very professional and very helpful.

Samsung Note 20 UltraLCD was going bad under warranty. This is by far the best avenue to go down to get Samsung devices repaired under warranty. No need to risk sending your phone in to Samsung and be at their mercy. Ubreakifix is authorized to do Samsung repairs and they perform the work to Samsungs standards, including testing of the repair once complete.James was particulary helpful. This store is dealing with the same short staffing at the moment as many businesses, so you should call ahead and do your best to plan your repair. In a perfect world, you could walk in and get a fix, but thats just not feasible at the moment. I called ahead and the guys put the LCD I needed to the side so I could come up on a Saturday and leave it with them for the day. I drove an hour so I just wanted to make the one trip. James was able to get it done and tested for me before 5pm and I really appreciated it. He was knowledgeable and personable and got me fixed up in one trip--even though he obviously had a lot on his plate.I hope Ubreakifix values and invests in their employees in these challenging staffing times, as theyre stepping up and keeping their business running at the moment. Youre only as good as your technicians in this business and I am glad I had a good one. 5/5

Ive used their services twice, and both times they provided quick turnaround and were very forthcoming about what the costs would be. They did not try to up-sell me, and they were very honest about only doing and charging for work they felt was really necessary. They know how to please customers.

Although I had not heard of this organization previously, I was immediately impressed by their responsiveness and attention to detail. They took time to listen and evaluate my needs --- and then repair the product quickly and efficiently. They have won my respect, and Ill be back if future needs present themselves.

When it comes to phones I really have not needed much help. I always put my phone in a great case for protection. For the first time ever I had an issue that restarting or resetting would fix. The front speaker went out and I was sure it was a bad speaker. I took it into UbreakIFix the staff were awesome. They were able to make repairs to it under warranty because it was only 9 months old. If you have a Samsung phone with an issue I wouldnt take it anywhere else except for to them. You all rock!

Took my daughters cracked screen here, fixed quickly. Two months later she broke it again and I took it to an independent repairman, who was 1/2 the price of this place. I was with him when he opened it and he informed me the phone was missing a couple brackets on the inside of the phone, the screws that hold them down and the two screws that hold the screen into the phone. I went back to the store and they gave me a couple brackets and the screws. The guy working the counter seemed nice enough, check your repair.

Dropped off iPhone with shattered screen and had a text that it was done in less than an hour. Really between 40-45 min. I felt that the service was great, the techs were professional and I would guess the prices were competitive but honestly I did not shop around. Tried a different nearby vendor two years ago for a battery replacement and won’t go back there again. I am much happier with UBreakIFix and the service from there.

They took a phone which was destroyed and recovered the data and successfully transferred data. Outstanding!

This was my second time using this business and I will not go anywhere else. They replaced my cracked screen in about 30 minutes. Very professional and trustworthy. I previously did take a phone to another cell phone repair store for a simple repair and they tried to sell me a new phone. Then they ran some tests that I didn’t ask them to run and they tried telling me there was something additional wrong with it. Did not have a good feeling about them. But at uBreakiFix the service was excellent.

They were amazing. Fast. Multiple places wanted over 300 to fix a tablet charger port. He looked at it. Seen what was wrong. “ a piece of another charger”. Took it out. Boom so easy same fix 5 min. Use them, so much easier faster and cheaper. At least for me.

WOW! Went to drop off my sons iPhone that wouldnt charge unless you held the charger in the charge port at just the right angle. The employee said it was probably just dirty. He took a look and in less than 2 minutes, he had it cleaned and working properly! He wouldnt allow me to pay anything either. And did I mention curbside service? Highly impressed with their integrity. Will definitely come here first next time.

Brought in my Note 10+, the guys were quick to tell me what was what was wrong and what it would take to fix it. If I had any questions they would answer them right away and in a way that I could understand. They have great customer service and are really great people. I appreciate them and well bring my phone in again if I ever need help.

These guys were absolutely amazing. I broke the screen on my Samsung Galaxy Note 10 plus 5g every place in town was telling me two or three days to get the parts in. These guys had the Parts in stock and had my phone fixed in 2 hours and at a lower price than the other places quoted. Phone looked and worked like new when they were finished. This is the place to go for sure.

Comparably priced to other repair shops in the area and they were the only recommended repair shop that took my device coverage insurance through Verizon. The first time I came to the store, the techs were helpful; they told me to come back in an hour and the phone would be repaired. I came back after an hour, and waited another half hour in the lot for them to finish; the cost was $220, (phone was free due to upgrade) which I though was outrageous, but needed done.The screen was not properly repaired/reinstalled, and, because of this, a new stress crack came with no physical damage whatsoever on my part (it cracked when I pulled it from my pocket, to show someone how it was not done correctly). When I went back, they wouldn’t even look me in the eye (like I was a bother) and brushed off my complaint without asking any questions or making it seem like I was a paying customer.Home office was called, by me, they also did nothing. Such a waste of money for a fix that didn’t work and then another $100 to fix their mistake (which I will never pay and just have another crack)... they’re a trash service.

Went in and had a new iPhone battery installed. Had OEM parts which was a bonus. Friendly and helpful staff. Repaired my phone in an hour and came with a 90 day warranty. Ill definitely be back if Im ever in need again.

My husband and I took a working phone (We came straight from AT&T.) for a new battery to this store. The young man broke the screen and then accused us of bringing him a non-working phone. He was extremely rude and disrespectful! He told us it would take 2-4 weeks to get the phone repaired. It would also cost over $200. It took three weeks and we had to spend our time and money for gas. They did not charge us for the phone repairs but the young man was extremely snarky! The young man should not be dealing with the public! I would not recommend taking anything to this business!

It is worth it. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The work done is flawless and looks brand new. I was expecting to have to leave my phone for a day or two, but had it back within two hours with a brand new screen.

So expensive, were going to charge $150 for a quick fix and the phone brand new was $80 😂😂😂

They sell me a s10+ screen that never works. I had buy a new phone. I go to another ubreakifix, they unplugged the screen and plugged it again. And give it back to me, still without working, telling me that the seller, this store, needs to handle. So when i returned again to this dtore they told me your warranty expired so we wont do nothing to your phone. What kind of warranty is that? That screen never works and they know it.

I stopped by this store as my phone wasnt charging and the power cable would not seat completely in the charging port. They took the phone and cleaned out the port and in 5-10 minutes the phone was charging again. The best part of this great service was there was NO CHARGE for their time. Staff was friendly, store is clean. Great Service, if you need your phone or mobile device repaired, I would highly recommend making a trip to this store.

I had taken my laptop to another computer repair shop, and after several return trips for issues that were never getting solved, I decided to take my laptop to uBreakiFix. I am so glad I did!!! I wish I wouldve initially taken my laptop to them. My tech, Jonathon, was very helpful and so informative. I will be returning if/when I need more computer repairs.

He also said he would reach out to the manager Chris to see if this could be expedited.9/17 Colby said that it could be another week and that COVID-19 has delayed the order. However, when asked about a tracking number, he was unable to find any information.9/23 Colby believed the product may be lost in the mail and could not find a tracking number.9/26 My brother and father went to the store to ask for more information. Matt the manager told them the purchase order does not exist. He apologized, and placed another order to get a screen.9/27 reached out to Chris senior management and said he could order another screen but would be another two weeks and would be more expensive.After three times what they originally said it would take they just kept coming up with excuses and never tried to right the wrongs. Disappointed they didn’t take ownership of the wrongs and try to fix it.

Nice staff, but I’ve had my laptop computer in there for 4 weeks. Nothing has been done to it yet. I went into the store last week and was assured by the worker that I would get updates of everything happening, no updates yet. I have assignments for college classes that I need to complete in the next couple of days....days! I called today and got the same response I got last week, and still no progress has been done. The manager was emailed the last time I came in.

I purchased the life time screen saver program . I have definitely gotten my money’s worth. Today I wen in to replace my cracked screen saver and it was quick and the guy did an excellent job putting on the new one . Something I don’t want to take the time to do . It has also saved my phone’s original screen from cracking . Worth it for me .

They said they would have to order my screen and it would be about a week. Called me the next morning and phone was all complete... My screen was totally shattered and black. If the need ever arises I will definitely use them again. I recommend them very highly..

The most important thing is that my phone was fixed correctly. If it had not been the review would have been a 1 star at best. I take the phone in at 10:30, just after they open, and am quoted a 3 hour wait until it is done. I had to work so my wife goes to pick it up a little before 4 pm and they tell her that it isnt ready, but it will be done no later than 5. She returns at 5 and the phone still isnt ready, and they quote her another 45 minute wait. She waited until 6:45 to return and the phone still wasnt ready. They close at 7 and promise her it will be done in the next couple of minutes. At this point 2 other customers walk in the store and both are assisted before they get back to her. Finally they get back to her, right around 7:15, and tell her that they had to wait for the adhesive to dry, and the reason it took so long in the first place is because they didnt have it in their store and had to go get it. If they knew they didnt have it when repairing the phone initially what took so long to go get it? Im also curious why, when we were quoted several different times for completion, they chose not to call when they knew the phone would not be ready at those times. Im happy I have a working phone again, but the customer service was very poor. Definitely not the best experience.

They were very friendly and had the parts in stock for my phone repair. The repair was done quick and on time. The only thing keeping them from getting five stars is, they dont honor the prices they display online. If you advertise a lower price to get people into your store, then charge them a higher price, that is wrong. There is no excuse for it in my book.

I expected to pay a chunk of change to transfer data from my Dads old to his new cell phone since it couldnt be powered on and the data had not been backed up. Awesome. Not cheap but they fixed my Android s10 Edge Plus shattered screen (yes, they can break) in 2 hours. Works great, friendly, on time and 90 day warranty. They were open normal hours during the 2020 Great Plannedemic Hoax Shelter at Home Lockdown. God bless these guys. Great job. I went first to a competitor down the road whom I have used before, UBIF was cheaper and was able to fix it that day unlike the competitor who wouldnt have it completed for a week.

Called in to replace a 5SE battery but they said they would have to order one. Two hours later one was in stock and I drove down to get it swapped. The staff was very friendly. Trent, the Manager, answered all of my questions before we started. 50 minutes later I had a brand new battery.I actually thought the battery wasnt charging at first. I had it plugged in and it stayed on the same percentage... well it turns out, my battery was so old that it charged so fast because there was really nothing left to charge!I recommend uBreakiFix to anyone who wants to continue using the expensive tech they once paid for, for as long as possible. Will use them in the future!

Brought a laptop here for some common keyboard repair and had the absolute best experience. They managed to fix my problem and more. After i had my laptop fixed the screen started acting up so I took it back the next day and within an hour it was fixed. The staff was super nice and we were helped as soon as we walked in.. If it werent inappropriate Id give these guys a six pack as a thank you for fixing my computer. Thank so much and I honestly look forward to my old laptop having more issues so i can bring it back to these guys at Ubreakifix for another pleasant experience.

Shattered part of my phone screen & decided to take it here vs T-Mobile where I have device protection because my deductible was almost as much as cost Ubof havingreakIfix repair it plus I got my phone back within 2 hours. As T-Mobile no longer carries the Note 9 & I havent even had phone a year I didnt want to wait for it to be sent out for repair and be stuck with a loaner phone. Will definitely keep.their card for any future issues.
