Needed air in my tires. Guy said they were fine. But sensor said they are low and needed to be filled to 36. Nothing was done and was told the car sensor was incorrect and lying. Was told just to drive around and it would go away... OK but I been driving 2 days now and how does that magically make it go away?

Erik at this location was extremely friendly and made this visit a breeze! I never felt belittled or ignored and I really feel like they took care of me and my car! Will definitely be coming back here in the future :)

This is the place I go to have work done in my car. They even took care of me when I had my car dropped off after hours. I called them the next day and despite being extremely busy, they got my new tire on within 2 hours. They are awesome!

Prices are a little high. I had issues with my breaks they had my car two days then I got it back just to take it back the next day. I guess the sound the whole time was a emergence break spring which should of been checked the first time, but he didnt charge me for that. Chris was nice to throw in an oil change and take a little off the bill. Car seems to be fine now. Thank you.

Champion Shuttle Inc. has had full fleet care from this location for about 3 years now. As the owner of this company, and being female, there are times where I have been in other situations where I know I am being lied to, or potentially being taken advantage of. My tire was going flat quickly so I stopped in without an appt. They were so nice and quickly fixed my tires both on the back . My valve stems were not seated properly. Very accomadating and I really appreciated that !!

We love how they take good care of all of our need. Never have to worry if they are busy they always find time to fit out vehicle in. These guys tried convincing me that their tire balancer cannot handle a 35 in tire. I was also informed that my 1978 Jeep cj5 is too old for them to work, on apparently they are incompetent! I was also informed that my wheels are removed from the vehicle differently than newer vehicles and their techs are not able to work on them! They have 5 lug nuts like every other vehicle you Un bolt remove tire nothing different!

I called this Firestone yesterday to buy a couple of tires and they said it would just be a few hours to get it. We go in first thing this morning to find out that they sent the tires to a completely different location. So then my husband goes to that location and has to wait 45min since the tires are in route to find out that the other store never sent it and it was just then being sent. Now my husband has to wait even longer. THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE WE HAVE EVER RECEIVED!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND FIRESTONE!!!!!

We’ve had a long history of great experiences with this Firestone location. We bought a new set of tires this week for my car and couldn’t be happier. They price matched another deal I found so we could continue doing business with them. I asked this time and they said Doug was promoted (well deserved), but everyone else I worked with this time was just as great! This is not the closest Firestone to our home or my work, but we keep coming back for the great service.

I was in town this past weekend visiting family. On the drive up we noticed that something was wrong with our car. We stopped in to have it checked out. The manager went out of his way to make sure we could get it looked at before we had to go home the next day. They diagnosed and fixed a simple problem that we would have never figured out. We could have easily been taken advantage of because we were desperate to have it fixed. They were so professional, and got it done for us even though they were swamped. We were able to go back home and feel safe. What amazing customer service! Hard to find these days. My Mom lives down the street and I told her she can confidently take her car there if she ever needs work done!!!! Thank you!!

Dont bother going here. They are talented in taking quality cars and making them money pits. If you want cheap work, in the worst sense of the word, this is your place. If you know nothing about cars and want to get swindled, this is your place. You wont find quality workmanship here. You will find a place that makes a good sales pitch with competitive prices. And you will be back. Unfortunately it will be because they had poor workmanship or they will have destroyed other parts of your car in the installation. This place does not stand behind their work. GO ELSEWHERE. I have given this place multiple times to provide good customer service and quality car care. They have disappointed me every time.

Got home and heard a hissing sound, got a screw in the tire. Called Firestone and they said to come on in. Did the paperwork and in and out. Only waited about 30 to 40 minutes. Outstanding service.

I used to swear by Firestone. I rotated my tires and found that a tire I bought from them was actually a different size than all the other tires. Awesome thanks for not giving me the right size. You literally had the other size there to go by.

I have purchased two sets of tires over the past 5 years. They have been extremely helpful with my purchase and decision process. They have also done a number of other repairs on my Jeep as well. The most recent purchase was for a set of Destination A/Ts. They worked very hard to get this complete purchase into my price range. I am so happy with these new tires. Doug and Eric are awesome.

Great work and great customer service. I rarely take my vehicles in for service, I would rather save the $$ and do the work myself. But some services I am unable to complete without purchasing major cost tools and software, i.e. Alignment service, tire mounting etc. In those circumstances I wouldnt trust my cars anywhere but this Firestone. Quick, friendly and job done right. They will also explain every step of the procedures on your vehicles.

Firestone has given us fantastic service from day one. Another mechanic told me that I had leaky struts and it would be about $500 to fix. I took it to Firestone for a second opinion, and they took me back to where the car was on the lift, and showed me that no work needed to be done, thus no reason to spend the extra $500. I have taken both of my cars there ever since, and their customer service and work qualify has been fantastic. Highly recommend.

This was always just a place I would go for alignments, but other friends have come here for many other services. After dropping off or picking up and even waiting here with others, I have seen many times when the staff has really taken care of their customers, even saving money by not overselling when it wasnt in the customers best interests. I am convinced that this is a decent, honest shop.

I needed a tire replaced and Neil got me scheduled that evening on a moments notice. The wait time was reasonable, the price was fair and the staff was very friendly and informative. I will absolutely return for future service needs and will recommend this shop to others.

I used the guys at Firestone for mounting/balancing tires and doing alignments. They are the only shop around that I trust to get my stuff done right. They have the best prices around and get the job done quick!

Today I requested the exchange of oil and tires, and after Firestone finished the service, they contacted me to get the car. I paid for the service and after driving a few miles the car began to smoke. When I opened the hood of the car, I saw that they did not put the lid on the oil. I do not understand, as a company like Firestone lets this kind of accident happen. My wife almost had an accident because of the smoke coming out of the engine. I would like Firestone to take responsibility for the error and check my car again

** Buyer beware, these guys sell lies more than tires and oil changes. **1) Paid for lifetime alignment/balance/rotation —Come to find out, they never even moved the tires because the “tie rods are seized and we can’t do anything about it”. (Keeping in mind my car has only 40,000 miles on it.) Instead of letting me know, they let me wait and wait and wait until I asked them what was going on. I firmly believe they were lying, and were overbooked/behind for the day. I wasn’t buying anything, so why should they put in the effort?2) Told me I needed new tires - took my car to a Hyundai service dealership and they confirmed my tires are about *halfway through their usable life*. I’ve found that this Firestone routinely measures to the WEAR BAR, not to the actual depth of the tread, which is completely wrong.3) INSISTED that I put the tires with deeper tread on the back, even though it’s a front wheel drive car!!! Where is the logic in that???4) told me I needed a new battery - Hyundai dealership service confirmed my battery ** passed all tests **5) printed off a generic tire alignment sheet for the model of my car and said the data was specifically from my car (no VIN, name, etc on the sheet, just random specs)5) “manager is only there a couple days a week” — i.e. doesn’t have time to take complaintsI get they have a job to do, to upsell and move product. But they don’t need to degrade otherwise car-oblivious customers with fake data and lies.

I just went in for an oil change but Ill be going here from now on. I had a big dent in my passenger side door from someone hitting me with a shopping cart. They popped it out without even asking and didnt charge me for it. Now thats customer service! You guys have a customer for life! Great job! And the oil change was very fast too.

What a dumb place. We made an appointment for a tire repair, but even with an appointment it took 5 hours for them to decide they couldnt fix it, and they didnt even have the correct tire in stock to replace it. Wouldnt you think you should check that when scheduling the appointment? They told us to make another appointment and come back another day. Haha, yeah right. Weve just got tons of time to waste.

Fast service for the oil change, but I had a big change in the price for regular oil change from less than $30 To almost $50.

Had two issues, emergency brake and loose tailpipe. $200 and neither were fixed, and according to people who actually fixed them were even touched. Just drop these crooks off some money and be on your way.

Service writer can be noticeably pushy or nice - just depends on the day. For some reason they insist on popping the hood even on a tire rotate and balance.

After having a break go out, I called and made an appointment for the next morning. After about 3 hours, good ol bessy was patched up and I was able to utilize their finnancing as well! Thanks guys

They were running a special on brake jobs. I thought all I needed was front pads. After they inspected my car they told me I need pads, and my rotors needed turned, however, the rotors where not thick enough to allow turning so they would need replaced. Furthermore they said both callipers were frozen and would need replaced. My 100 dollar brake job was now going to cost more than 570 dollars. I have worked on my own cars all of my life and told them I had no symptoms that would indicate the car needed all of those things. I did the work myself. The callipers were not frozen, I was able to move them with my hands. I miced the rotors and not only did they not need turned, they were plenty thick to allow them to be turned if they needed to be. The brake job special was a ploy and the needed repairs was a lie. They would have cheated me out of nearly $500.

I would recommend this shop to anyone. Fast, Friendly, and Fair.

Way too expensive!!!!! I called my dad to check the prices (my dad works at a shop all day and has for several years but he lives 3 hours away), and he told me they were way overpricing me probably because Im a girl going in there by myself and Im young. I was very upset to hear this and will not be going back!! Id rather drive 3 hours and have him fix it.

I usually dont write reviews, but felt compelled to write one for this service center. I purchased 4 tires on line and am looking for someone to install them. Most local places charge around $17.50 - $25.00 per tire to mount and balance. I called Firestone (135th St. in Olathe) and was told that they dont charge to mount and balance tires if you buy them from them. Since I had not, they quoted me $244 to mount and balance! I told the person on the phone that what they charge was super high because Olathe Ford was charging $100 to mount and balance all four. He told me that if anyone could do it for that amount, it was a super deal and that he would go there instead. I would call around and see what other shops charge before you call here to make sure you are not being ripped off. As an FYI, below are what shops in Olathe are currently charging to mount and balance tires you bring in to them, ALL of them are less than what Firestone tries to gouge from you:Shore Tire - $21.95 / wheelTims Tire - $20 / wheelKC Trends - $25 / wheelNTB - $68 for all fourOlathe Ford - $100 for all fourWalmart - $10 / wheel (You may get what you pay for here as most techs are not as experienced)

Bought new tires from this location and they scuffed up three of my rims to the point where they had to be replaced. When I brought this to their attention the general manager of the store blamed me for the damage. Apparently this is just how they do business at Firestone.

Had 2 vehicles scheduled, was told only one was and would have to leave other vehicle for the rest of the day. Would not recommend this location, to be frank it sucks and management DOES NOT care - take your vehicle/s elsewhere.
