Great staff compared to Molle Toyota. None of the crew try to up sale you on services and meet your needs without being pushy. Extremely nice staff, which means the store manager is nice person, as seen through the lower level staff possibly mirroring the nice manager, or they got rid of all the toxic staff at this location. Also, they know if you dont do the recommendations then youre not going to have a working vehicle.Recommend Olathe,KS over Kansas City, MO

I was so impressed with their honesty regarding my service needs. I had scheduled a certain mileage service and once there they found I only needed a tire rotation which was no charge since I had bought my tires there. It was awesome having someone say no charge!

I took my 2018 Toyota Tacoma in for service March 2, 2021 cause a squirrel ate my wires. Courtney signed me in and did my paper work. Courtney let me know step by step on the work the shop is doing. What was going on. I order a bed cover and forgot to measure the bed on the truck. She took me back in the shop to make sure I got it right. Every time I came in,she knew who I was even with a mask on. Courtney made it so easy for me to just relax as my truck was being worked on. . Courtney works at Kenny Thomas Olathe Toyota. Thank you to the mechanic for doing a great job. It was a lot of wires to replace. And couldnt have been easy. Courtney has text and called to make sure my truck is in great hands and even texted me after I took my truck home to make sure I was happy. Asked if I got the bed cover I had bought fit. It fit perfect. Thank you Olathe Toyota for having Courtney to help me every step of the way.

It was WONDERFIL. Brake Service was superior, the waiting area was impeccably clean as I was there over 3 hrs for new brakes front and rear. I would give the mechanic and Courtney a 10. Thank you!

Not very happy as customer service told they can check up if brake actuator covers under recall. Once reaching the location they asked me to pay 100$ for check up.I would have gone to other Toyota dealership .

Excellent. We were there for a service and needed our 30,000 miles service which would take 3 hours. A shuttle took us to Long Branch for lunch- they would take us anywhere we wanted to go.

Did not had good experience! I Felt like they thought who may have time to negotiate or even offer current incentives.. to me. Sorry Toyota olathe.

Olathe Toyota truly has no competition when it comes to customer service. Being in my late 60s I have had many occasions to experience dealership service. I am amazed at how well this company has managed serviced. I would recommend buying car or trucks here & or servicing any vehicle.

I got my oil changed from this dealership, and they stayed a whole list of other things that needed to be done. I took mu car to another auto repair center and they said all the work that the Toyota Service Center in Olathe recommended to be done was not necessary. I am not going back to them again. They are very dishonest.

I was really well taken care of by Matt and the mechanic crew. Dave also gave me a ride and was amazing. Im coming back for sure. Thank you all.

The service is excellent. Supervision in the waiting room has.much to be desired. Too many people in too small of a room.with unmasked together with those who care. Management clearly more concerned with maximizing profits than the well-being of customers. Too bad because the service is good.

Really great service. Was in and out quickly. They also washed my vehicle free of charge. The lobby was very clean and even had massage chairs. And very spread out. I always go to Olathe Toyota.

Car was not finished on friday because they had to order a part. Said Saturday would be fixed, went to pickup car and it still was not finished. Had to return for it on Monday. Our plans for the weekend were trashed because of this poor service.

I took my car in on September the 4 for an oil change and to have them look at my tires. Three hours later they were done when they said to fix my tire it would not take much time. Then when I was trying to schedule an appointment to get my breaks fixed the lady started talking to a tech. I said I had some where to be and I would call and she said sorry she would schedule an appointment next Saturday at 11am. Flash forward to yesterday and my car was there all day and I had to call to see if it was ready. Then show up to pick it up and the breaks were not fixed because they ran out of parts. They claimed to have called me and left a message about not being able to fix my breaks but I had no phone call. Then I was told I could get a discount when I brought it back but would have to find the person I was working with. This is ridiculous and I wasted my whole day...and have to bring it in only to hope my car gets fixed at my next appointment.

Messed up the quote over the phone even when I questioned it likely quoting the wrong part because it was to cheap. The woman asserted I was wrong and she had the correct part. They did the best they could to make up the difference, but of course it was still a few hundred more than the quote. Overall I was happy because I knew her quote was likely wrong before I arrived.

Changing my review. Nice staff, great waiting area but they didnt actually do what they claimed to do on the paperwork and I just cant trust them to do my warranty work now. Disappointing.

I went in for warranty service. They did it all within the time frame they gave me and did as I asked with regard to pickup. However, the key was not where I asked them to put it and I may have to go back and get it.

Utter dissapointment, Bought 2 cars 2018,2020. When they were selling the car, they were laughing, buy this thing, buy that coverage and now when I have a small issue with the car ohh we cant cover that. Atleast dont lie to customers when youre selling the car. YOU HAVE 2 YEAR WARRANTY ANYTHING HAPPEND TO THE CAR, WE WILL FIX IT. Now we dont cover it. My car is only 7-8 months. Now I worry about people who has older models then me. Good luck.
