Staff is super friendly and helpful. I feel they are a very honest and reliable company. The owner, Steve, is a really great guy that cares about his customers and his employees.

I really enjoyed the inspection report that was sent with photos before my estimate was sent. Having everything electronic is really nice and gave me time to read it, understand it and process my options. The coupons/deals available online were a nice treat too. They gave me a ride to work. After being told by another well known automotive shop that i needed rear brakes and drums immediately, Christian Brothers did a brake inspection and told me the truth. My brakes were fine and the other shop was trying to rip me off. It was so nice to deal with honest, caring people.

I recently needed some break work and general car repairs. I have never had a better experience at a repair shop. They are honest and fair and help explain everything that needs to be done. It doesnt feel like they make any recommendations that arent necessary. My work was going to take several days which they told me up front. I got a rental car and they even helped me move my car seats into the rental car and get me totally set up before I left. I highly recommend them and you will not be disappointed.

This is my second time here and I returned becuase my first experience with service was stellar. Relatively new to the city and thought Id give Christian Bros a try. I thought it might be a pricey repair and told them so. They were very upfront with being busy that day but hoped to check out my truck the next morning. Turned out to be a relatively minor issue and fixed the next day. Definitely liked the text/link estimate and repair approval setup, and they helped me out with their shuttle service as well. Will definitely have work for them in the future.

The only place I would trust my car its not a newer model so a lot of shops make up a lot of excuses of why things break and it should be on the road just to rack up bills for you to pay.when the vehicle is actually well maintained with low miles or even with high miles and well maintained. Christian Brothers does not do that if they go above and beyond to make sure that your car is road ready and youre getting the honest truth theres no surprise charges they communicate everything with you.theyre genuinely there to help and theyre amazing

This shop was initially recommended to me by Discount Tire. I went there for an alignment check and service and was very pleased with the service I received. I went back today for something else and was treated with kindness and utmost professionalism. Their pricing is very fair and very competitive. I think they are actually more affordable than other comparable places. To top it off, they were upfront with what my car needed and how much/long it would take to fix it. And they honored their word. Trust me, I know shops that would try to add labor time to your bill just to drive up your costs! There are other shops closer to me, but I would always prefer to take a long drive and receive the right service. Im a CBA Olathe customer. Thank you!

I went to CBA of Olathe to get my truck looked at. It was messing up and I’m not a mechanic. They could have ripped me off and charged a ton, instead they fixed a simple battery connection and made it fun. These guys are legit, and they represent, the values they were founded on, customer service and integrity, and they do not con.

No nonsense. A large number of car maintenance places, over charge and take the customer for a ride. This is not that place! They answer the phone promptly, they answer questions with complete knowledge, they are clear on prices, and finally the turn around was incredible quick. Dropped off my vehicle before close, received a text message just after 11am the next day, stating my vehicle was ready for pickup! I highly recommended Christian Brothers.

They did an inspection on my used car that I bought from Carvana to make sure it was good to go (no mechanical issues) while I’m deciding if I want to keep it. I was in and out. Great service!

My car overheated unexpectedly on the Friday after Thanksgiving. Brad was very helpful! He was able to identify the problem, get the parts and fix my car all on the same day. And the pricing was very reasonable. I will definitely use Christian Brothers again.

These guys are thorough, honest and the prices are fair. I know a few of the guys who work there, and they are both extremely honest, no-BS people. I send my family and friends to Christian brothers because I know that the job will be done right, done faster, and done for less cost than the dealer.

Made an appointment for 2 PM for an alignment and arrived right on time. When I made the appointment, they said it would be approximately one hour. They had the paperwork ready and I chose to sit in the comfortable waiting room. They even had cookies, although with the COVID thing I passed. Forty minutes and done! They explained what they found and how they repaired. Very professional and efficient. Very impressed. I will return.

Very good service. Everyone at the counter is polite and the facilities are nice and neat. I requested service B for my car which included a transmission service, and other requirements like an oil change, brake system flush etc. A little later after drop off I rec’d a call stating that they would have to order in a specific part in order to perform the transmission service properly to the Mft specs for my vehicle. Although we’ll have to wait for the part, that really says something about the ethics and the pride they take in the work they do. They could have easily said they did it; and I wouldn’t have known unless I really wanted to dig into it.. I’ll be back in a couple of weeks to get that work done of course; and moving forward I will bring all of our cars there for service when needsd...

We travel a lot on the road. We were in Olathe working on a project and our 2008 Suburban was leaking fuel from underneath the vehicle. We dropped it off at Christian Brothers for repair. They said the fuel hose from the auxiliary tank to the main tank was loose. We told them to move forward with the repair. They told us they smoke tested the system and that there were no further leaks and we were good to go. So we picked up the truck, hooked it up to our trailer to leave town, and took it to the gas station to fuel up and ... fuel leaked all over the ground. We took it back to Christian Brothers and they told us we had to leave it. There was nothing they could do at that time. We had to take our trailer back to our jobsite and leave the vehicle with them for further diagnostics. For communication, they always text with a question and you can approve or reply via the text. After three weeks we hadnt heard and called to follow up to see what was going on. They said they had left a VM with us - even though they had never communicated via phone prior - always via text. They needed approval to fill the tank prior to diagnosing, so they hadnt done anything on our vehicle! We told them to fill up the tank and tell us what was wrong with the vehicle and also that we werent happy with their inconsistent communication. They filled it up brought it in for diagnostics. They then sent (texted) us a quote for $2500 to replace the auxiliary fuel tank. We chose not to do the work and drove all the way from St Louis to Olathe. Drove the truck home and took it to our mechanic who fixed it for under $700. The tank didnt need replaced - turned out the the sending unit was corroded and needed replaced. We felt they were inconsistent in their communication, lacked customer service skills, and either gave us an outlandish quote to get us out of their hair, or lack the general mechanical knowledge to repair a vehicle correctly.

I hate car maintenance. As a rule I distrust most maintenance shops. Christian Brothers have been a welcome exception to this rule. Have been taking both my vehicles here for the past couple years now. They have always been upfront and reasonable. Moreover, the front office is small enough that you get to hear them on the phone if you choose to wait in their lobby (where they typically offer chocolate chip cookies that are way too good to pass up). I’ve heard them making calls on behalf of their customers to other shops or dealers or whatever (I’m not a car guy), and I was very impressed by their demeanor on the phone. They represented the customers interests well. Very good.

I have been take all of our vehicles to CBA for years and like them very much. I trust Trevor and the rest of them a great deal and think they do a great job. If something is overlooked or needs a 2nd look at, they do not hesitate to do so. I go there without hesitation.

As summer time rolled around, our AC went out. We took it in to Christian Brothers and had Chris W check it out. They quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts. After the compressor came in damaged they made sure to make it right so that everything worked properly. We got our car back, and everything works great. The price was certianly competitive as well.

What I like most about CBA is that you can trust them with your vehicle diagnosis. I never feel like they are adding things to my bill unnecessarily to run up my repair. If you can wait on a repair they tell you that and then help you determine the best course of action for urgent items. Highly recommended!

They delivered! Took my car in after being at another local car shop who could not diagnosis my car problem. CBA listened to me and used their expertise, knowledge and skill to solve my problem and fix my car. Right now, if you are a COSTCO member (must go thru Costco) you get a discount. My car repair price was fair and I am very happy. I feel they listened, were thorough and competent. In addition, they are great for alignment work. They have great customer service!

I brought my, now entering her teenage years at about 140,000 miles, Toyota in for some much needed service and was pleasantly surprised both at how well the car drove afterward as well as how quickly the work was completed. I previously obtained a quote or two at a much higher rate, including one from a dealership so high, I cant even afford to write it here.I was treated like a valued customer even though this was my first visit.

I took it to Christian Brothers, they found Toyota had issued there was a computer glitch in some models that needed reset, and I was good to go for $150. Excellent and exact auto service. I went to CBA after an inaccurate car diagnosis from another shop. I explained my situation and they listened to me. They were prompt, fair and competent. Being a Costco member, I got discount on services rendered (must go thru Costco to get it). Highly recommend them for their high quality customer oriented service.

We got new tires at Discount Tires on a used car we purchased a few months ago. They gave us a discount business card for a free alignment check and a reduced price for the service from Christian Brothers. We brought the car in expecting they might try to sell us an alignment we didnt need, after the other automotive experiences weve had with our vehicles. But to our surprise they said the vehicles alignment was fine and didnt charge us a penny. Thank you for being an honest company with great customer service! If I could rate the shop zero stars I would. The service writers are fantastic and so are the techs but the store manger is extremely unprofessional and rude! He was cracking inappropriate jokes when I was in there establishment and wouldn’t greet me. This shop was recommended to me by a church member. They say they’re Christian Brothers but the manager Steve is FAR from it. Do not go to this shop!

I have always been apprehensive about taking my Truck to auto repair shops. Namely because its hard to find an honest one. Its hard to tell if someone is trying to sell you services you dont need. Ive had that experience in the past.But I was very happy to say that was not the case here. I asked them to throw my truck on the lift to get a second opinion on another shops diagnosis of an oil leak. They were busy but managed to look my truck over. Even taking pictures of the affected areas. There was no pressure or upselling. I was told that the work would take a day and much to my surprise they were done within a couple of hours.From here on out, my F-150 will go to Christian Brothers. My thanks to them for keeping me on the road. :)

I went in for an oil change and diagnosis of a problem. They got me in and out quick. The oil change very reasonable only $35.00 and the price on my problem was $100 plus cheaper than dealer. Very friendly and helpful staff. No pressure sales on up selling on other services.

Very clean, quick to assist, very knowledgeable, great looking facilities. As a former big box service manager and general manager of an automotive repair facility, I am extremely picky and research prior to picking a service facility. This shop checked all my blocks. Not your typical garage. I highly recommend this location.

Trevor was excellent. Another shop quoted me almost 3 times the amount Christian Bros charged for a fuel pump replacement. Ill be bringing all of our vehicles to Christian Bros. Really impressed.

I had my evaporator core replaced on my 2010 Ford Explorer which required my dash be pulled apart to access. The staff at Christian Brothers got it fixed quickly, within two days. It also cost less than what I was originally quoted, which was a nice surprise. My only complaint would be that a small trim piece from the dash was scratched in the removal/reassembly process. It is not major, and it will cost me little to fix myself. Thank you Christian Brothers!

The service I received was top notch. They dropped me off at work and even opened the shop early specifically to get my car in more quickly and to fit my crazy schedule. The staff is very friendly and sweet. As for the mechanics side of things, I was very disappointed when I received my quote. It was MAJORLY upmarked. I have plenty of mechanic friends who looked at the quote and told me it was unnecessarily high. I have been able to find quality mechanic work for less than half the price I was quoted. If you are willing to pay for the Amazon like customer support, then its a great deal! Otherwise, I suggest looking elsewhere for more competitive pricing. I did appreciate the quality service I received and in that regard the company is deserving of 5 stars.

Amazing service and very reasonable prices. My 2012 Chevy Cruze was leaking a little bit of oil and was due for some service so I scheduled my appointment online. I outlined what I thought needed to be done and was able to confirm and go over everything before I left. After a courtesy car ride back home (very nice!) so I wouldn’t have to wait several hours, I went about my day. Around 1pm I received a call from them to go over what they found and whether to go forward with any repairs. Two hours later I was able to pick up my car. The drive home was the best my car has ever felt! They fixed an issue with my rear drum brakes that has plagued me for 5 years. I thought it was just how the car drove. Apparently the brakes were a little loose and that caused my car to decelerate quite abruptly when they slipped. They are the first shop to be able to diagnose and fix this issue. No more leaks either. I feel like I am in very good hands from now on.

Thank you Christian Brothers Olathe for taking such good care of my car and me today. You guys went above and beyond in your service. Last week they diagnosed my car for free. I had a pretty substantial oil leak and needed the valve cover gasket, spark plugs and boots replaced. The cost was very reasonable.I called this morning to schedule an appointment and asked if I could get in today since its my day off. They said if I could drop it off this morning they would work on throughout the day, they even shuttled me home. I wasnt home for more than an hour when they called to say they were able to work on it right away and it was ready and that theyd be back to pick me up.They charged exactly what was quoted, went beyond my expectations and I am so grateful. Shawn and Steve, thanks for making me feel like part of your family. I would highly recommend Christian Brothers Olathe and I will definitely be back!

My dealership is fine for the routine stuff but for the big jobs, Christian Brothers always performs better, faster and for a lot less...like 30-50% less.

Christian Brothers has always bent over backwards to provide quick and efficient service. They are honest and upfront with any and all problems they find while offering great advice and helping to establish priorities for maintenance when needed to work within budget constraints. They are very knowledgeable and polite and I definitely recommend look into them from your basic needs to stuff that is more complicated such as what I had to deal with my during my last visit.

Ive been using Christian Bros. in Olathe for all of my auto service needs for about 12 years now. They are always friendly and courteous. They are honest and trustworthy, and they do excellent work. They tell me when something needs to be done, or if it can wait until a later date. If something does need to be done, they carefully explain what and why. There are no unwelcome surprises with this shop. If theyre working on the vehicle and find something additional that needs to be done, they call and explain their findings, what it will cost, and they always get my permission before proceeding. Mis diagnosed our car and took our money with no hesitation

Very pleased with the work done on my 2009 Nissan Maxima. Replaced control arms, ball joints, bushings, new brakes front and back with new rotors and an alignment. They had a coupon for the brakes and provided shuttle service. Fair price for all the work performed.

I had an appointment and I got waited on right away. I waited for my car and the work was completed quickly. I liked how the staff came and discussed their recommendations with rationale, but did not pressure me to have the additional work done the same day. I also really appreciated the fact that they pointed out available discounts to help keep my costs down. Everyone was very nice and seemed very trustworthy.

I have been using Christian Brothers for several years after numerous less than satisfactory experiences at other shops. The first time I took a vehicle there they told me I did not need several hundred dollars worth of repairs another shop claimed were necessary. That was enough to convince me I found my repair shop! Friendly and business like, fair prices and good communication. I took my daughters car in to fix the door and front seat, as well as an oil change. They found that the problem with the door was the result of the problem with the seat. Part of the seat had to be replaced. The part was ordered and replaced, and the oil was changed all within one day.

We went into this shop this week and were 20 minutes late for their last appointment of the day. They could have told us that we need to come back because it was so close to closing, but they said no problem, and even the mechanic came in and kindly said he would be happy to do the alignment for us. On top of that they honored a coupon that we had forgotten at home. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone. Very kind people.
